Pool is closed and no work being done on it, so no eta when it will be opened, though you can use neighboring hotel pools. Breakfast is busy, and they run out of cream and milk for coffee early

The hotel is nice but elevators are horrible lights don't work and we can read the certificate of inspection was expired back in 2020. The bar/ restaurant was only open 2 nights out of the 6 we were there which means no food in the hotel, when you ask front desk they will send you to the Hyatt across the street for food. Rooms are nice big and clean, breakfast is pretty decent they put same menu every 3 days.

Hot water took forever to come. The hotel elevators do not support the amount of guests and the wait for them was atrocious. On a good note, they do have a good breakfast for a hotel continental.

Such a great place for a family stay. The kids loved the pool, basketball court, ping pong table, and the arcade!

The property is one of the few affordable 2 bedroom resorts close to Disneyland. We had a few issues however. The pool area was closed and there was no notice of this, we expected that after a long day on our feet sitting in the hot tub or soaking in the pool would have topped off the evenings. The room was only serviced every second day, and often there were insufficient towels left, the last time they completely forgot to service the room all together. If we needed a 2 bedroom in Anaheim again we would return, however if we only needed 2 beds we’d go elsewhere.

Stay over for a 3 day Disney trip with my little one. Loved how there were activities like a game room arcade, an out door area that had the pool, half court basketball court, ping pong table and seats around to enjoy a meal outside or just hang out. There was also free breakfast that also was good for a dine in or grab and go. The main dishes were different every time. Our room was very clean and also very comfortable. I had the suite so we were able to have a mini kitchen, fridge and cooking area. The couches and bed we comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful and also accommodating. There is also parking onsite but can be limited depending on how busy it is and time of the season you are going. Checked in on a Sunday and it was busy and parked a little farther but Monday & Tuesday died down a bit and was very easy to park. Target was right across the street if you need anything. Many restaurants around and also close by and drivable. Disney is very close to drive to. I wouldn't recommend walking unless you prefer which one of the days we did because of going to other places around the area afterwards. It's about a 20-30 min walk but also other transportations can be considered if you are going to the parks. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and my little one was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

The toilet was extremely low & difficult to sit down on comfortably. There is a bar in the hotel but it is barely manned. It doesn’t open when advertised (4pm) and with our 3 night experience, closes well before 10. We had looked forward to watching a lil tv & having a drink or two after an A’s game Saturday night & the bar had already closed before we arrived back at the hotel shortly after 9pm. Parking a rental car cost $30 a day and the parking is limited. We had difficulty finding a spot several times. The coffee was good.

Property is old and the rooms need a remodel. But staff were extra nice and helpful. Pool out of service but they had an alternate pool next door which we appreciated. Breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great staff and good selection at breakfast buffet. Housekeeping was done on our 4th day of stay. Rooms are definitely in need of upgrades, and could absolutely use a deeper clean. Fridge didn’t seem to be working properly when we arrived, and basic utensils such as a spatula were not available and had to be requested. While the pool and exercise room are great, parking can be difficult depending on the time of day and it is a pricy additional expense to the stay.

The pool was dirty and cold. The hot spa doesn't work. And the sofa was ripped.

The room was filthy and definitely needs major updates. Had to change rooms first room smelled horrible. Soda was ripped and dirty. Second room was much cleaner but had blonde hair when I pulled back the sheets. Shower had hairs. Soap holders had rust and hairs. Never again

I got a room that was not wha I selected on line. It was dirty an smell like smoke. The bathrooms smell like mildew. Very disappointed with my stay!!!!

No parking available had to park at a different facility and had to pay for parking, no shuttle to park even thou on website say it has one, bathroom was dirty upon arrival and over all hotel rom was not clean

The front desk service and breakfast were great, but the room itself was lacking cleanliness. The towels had someone else’s hair in them. The bathroom always smelled of poop. The shared living space in the 2 bedroom suite was filthy. Bottom of the oven was splattered with lord knows what and don’t even get me started on all the mystery stains on the couch. We were traveling with two children and I was mortified letting them roam the rooms.

Our first impression was okay. The hotel was older, but the lobby was in good shape. We'd booked two rooms, and it "luckily turned out" (desk person's words, even though I'dd requested being near my son, wife and three small children months before) that we could have ones across the hall from each other. We got keys for both rooms, as my son was delayed and it was too late to cancel - we used it as an opportunity to get things ready for them. The room smelled funny, like someone smoked and they used carpet fresh to try to mask it. I used Lysol and kept both bathroom fans running to try to get rid of the smell. It pretty much worked, as by the time they arrived it was much better. The day they arrived we could not open their door; apparently, the flip lock was loose and the door was locked from the inside. We had to call maintenance, who came quickly, as the littlest needed to take his nap (he was an hour late, but the lock was fixed). That night my daughter-in-law went to take a shower and found hair and some weird goop from the previous guests. They called down about it after she had taken her shower in the boys' bathroom. In all, 5 times we went down to the desk or called to get this bathroom properly cleaned - it never was. Breakfast was okay, but I only saw english muffins the first day, except for the worker who toasted one and took it in the back; apparently they were only for the staff. The hall heavily used that lead to the elevators was usually dirty or sticky.

The bathroom was outdated and had rust stains in the tub and the sink had a very slow drain. The mattress was slanted or broken very uncomfortable. There were baby roaches. But the staff were friendly and helpful. Also if you arrive there after 9pm there is ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING available on the premises.

This hotel is nasty. The sheets were dirty the shower was moldy and the paint was falling off. I deserve a refund because this hotel was not worth the 500 dollars I paid! I will never stay in this hotel again. I should have took pictures of this place it was so dirty. The floors were nasty. The elevator was tagged and it seemed like no one is keeping up with the maintenance. I should have took pictures of everything because the pictures they have on the website are false advertisement. The room itself the paint was chipped in every corner. The toilet was rusted. I can go on about how terrible this place was.

This hotel is not Marriott quality. The rooms were old, the furniture was cheap and old. The carpets were dirty and left your feet black if you walked around barefoot. The paint on the walls was chipping. The fridge had dents all over it. The bathroom looked like a cheap motel bathroom. On top of all of that, the hotel had a bad leak and a bunch of rooms had water pouring from the ceiling and walls, including ours. The carpet was wet so the hotel had to bring in large fans to try to dry the carpet. Not only would I never stay here again but I would never stay at any Residence Inn again and I’m seriously questioning whether I would stay at any Marriott after this. And for the record I never bother to leave hotel reviews and I’m not one of those people that hate everything and always complain. In fact, my expectations are pretty low. I just want my room to be clean. It wasn’t.

The room looked like it had tried to have a renovation complete and material taken off was being reused. Bathroom walls had stains, cracks in floors, door jams rotted wooden with a poor attempt of being cover with paint, sofa had stains, holes peeking out behind toilet paper holder, stains in tub, carpet on wall boarder falling off with loose stamps on ground. Additionally poor TV reception. Breakfast was okay, staff in dining hall was pleasant.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room/bathroom is on the older side but was comfortable for a family of 5. Great kitchen with full size fridge.

The room was okay but in need of some updates. The refrigerator has dents all Over it. Minimal plates, utensils, pots and pans. The pull out sofa is so uncomfortable you cannot sleep On it.

I mean, you can start scanning into the parks at 730 but breakfast didn't open at the hotel until 7 so it's a tight morning if you need to walk to the bus in front of the hotel next door to get to the parks + through security. Idk I just think if you're a hotel that predominantly caters to parks guests the "actual" timing of park opening should be considered. BUT that's my only complaint. If you're looking for bus convenience, this spot isn't too bad. There is a stop right in front of the hotel that staff are instructed to tell you to use to get to the parks but DO NOT USE IT, or at least don't use it without checking the bus schedule and maps first. Those buses took waaay longer to get to the park than the buses that pick up at the depot in front of the hotel next door. Loved the stay and would book again, but those are my tips for park guests if you're debating where to stay! I know everyone balances different conveniences in different ways.

Stayed in a two bedroom nice and spacious staff was welcoming and very polite. Breakfast was super great. The only thing on the downside was the sofa bed maybe an added padding to the mattress so you don't have to feel the frame, but other then that I would stay here again.

Everything was great. Only thing I had trouble with was a non working remote, which was immediately replaced and connecting a couple devices to the WiFi.

Parking was super difficult, especially if you spent a whole day at Disney and return late. They send you to the parking of the Hilton conference area. Also, I typically book my friends and I suite rooms with one bedroom and a sofa bed in the common area. This was by far the worst sofa bed I've ever slept in. Bare bones, literally felt like I was sleeping directly on the springs... Staff was extremely friendly though. Shame this hotel is majorly outdated.

It was fine. My family really enjoyed the close proximity to lots of family friendly activities unrelated to the Disney park. The only thing that was annoying was the refrigerator in our room would sometimes (randomly) make loud squeaking noises. It was annoying for the time it made the noise, but otherwise it was a working fridge that we used regularly during our stay.

Rooms are spacious.

Everything was great and the front desk was so helpful. When they learned I brought my kids on my business trip, they gave us a room with firework views. I’ll never forget my kids excitement watching fireworks from their bed.

As a family of 5 with three teenagers it was great to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms for busy days. The breaks was excellent with lots of options for everyone’s needs. We only encountered one not so pleasant staff member at check in, everyone else was wonderful. The only negatives I have is the horrible rep at check in (no smile, didn’t tell me what I was being charged, didn’t offer the Marriott promotion going on, didn’t tell us about the holiday stuff they had going on for guests.) thankfully we had other family members checking in with another rep that was fabulous! She told us about the daily little extra things they had for guests (free cookies, hot chocolate night etc) and the scratch off game they had for Marriott members which saved me $90 by winning a $10 parking pass!! The beds are very firm so they were uncomfortable for us. My 13 year old tried to sleep on the pullout sofa and certain areas felt like you were being poked by a nail which was horrible to sleep on so we didn’t end up using it.

We had a great stay! The breakfast included was so good. Every staff member we encountered was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and ready for us. We were able to check in early too-will definitely recommend to others and we will stay again if traveling to Disneyland again.

Very understaffed. They deactivated our room key an hour before checkout in the morning during breakfast and rush hour. Wasted an extra 30 minutes of my time to get on elevator and lobby line to get back into my room and collect my belongings. No apology was given

We had a major snafu with our reservation. Even though we were charged for all 3 nights of our stay we got checked out a night early. I'm still haggling over charges with the hotel but the mix up was on their end. I definitely wouldn't book a room at this property with expedia.

Staff friendly, has a small issue and when reported to front desk maintenance showed up literally within 5 minutes to fix. No other issues. My family and I enjoyed our time there.

Staff tried hard but were overwhelmed by the amount of guests. Breakfast service really struggled. Room had some issues, but the staff was really responsive and took care of the issues as quickly as possible.

The room was not ready at 4, trying to get me to check in 30 minutes later.

The stuff in this hotel will steal your personal items, this happened to me. Then claim how can I prove I had it. I was told this by an employee working in the front desk can’t remember his name! instead of helping recover the stolen items from their employees knowing they had my bag in their possession. They stole an expensive item out of my bag! Then I was able to get my bag back from them, but they had already looked through it and managed to steal it and never returned it. I felt validated, embarrassed and at the same time accused instead of them taking responsibility for their action. Terrible experience 0 trust in this hotel and its employees.

A cleaning staff member tried to enter my room before my scheduled checkout time, and another hotel staff unlocked room without my consent. The manager claimed I had already checked out, which was not true. After wasting time at the front desk, manager agreed to give me 30 extra minutes to pack, but my room key was deactivated before 11 AM, forcing me to go back for a new one. When I tried to escalate, property management told me to contact corporate. Corporate customer service then told me to go back to the property and hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable experience.

Lots of pros and cons. Disney bound? Pro: First stop on the ART bus (right outside the hotel). Breakfast eater? Pro: Several options to accommodate your whole family. Need a later check out? Pro: front desk was able to give us a 1pm check out, to accommodate our later afternoon flight. Forgot something? Pro: Target is right across the street. Pro: full fridge and microwave in the "2 room suite." Cons: Bathrooms were dirty. Toliets and showers needed a good bleach cleaning. Their room types were unclear. We booked a 2 room suite to accommodate 2 families. We were expecting one king room and one double queen with a combo living/kitchen area. We were placed in a double queen with 2 twins. This may have been a hotels.com issue, as we were put in an "extended family suite." It was a tight fit and one family had to utilize the pull out couch (not comfortable). The second night we asked if the larger room was available, it was at a $500 price increase for the remaining 3 nights.

Rooms are a good size, close to target for groceries and about a 20 min walk to Disney. Pool area was nice for relaxing

We loved that the suites had bedrooms, a full kitchen & more than one bathroom. The breakfast was great. We also enjoyed the hot tub and basketball court. The only disappointment was that the pool wasn’t actually heated. The convenience of being near the Target and lots of restaurants was also a bonus.

The front desk staff were very helpful and nice. Close to Disneyland. Having the free breakfast was great. Would stay here again if we visit Disneyland again with the family.

Our time there with the family for a Disney vacation was good. S Harbor Dr was busy and loud at night, the walk to Disney is a few miles (sort of long for the kids), we only walked day one of three and took an Uber back and forth the other two days (approx $40 per day). The pool was busy but the kids did enjoy it, the breakfast buffet was nice, got something into the kids every morning which helped get the day going. Room was ok, a bit dated but served the purpose. Overall we had a good stay, we will prob try something a bit closer and higher priced the next time.

Extremely satisfied with the stay and it was obviously very convenient as we were just a mile away from Disneyland, which was one of the main attractions that we covered during the trip.

Great stay, family trip and was very good. Lots of parking, but it does fill up. Huge food location to sit. Food wasn't great but it was very good. check in was easy and nice. room was very spacious. I really enjoyed this stay.

Breakfast was better than nothing. No meat when we were there. Staffs was awesome though.

Stayed for a couple of nights and the convenience to the theme park was great. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast options were top tier. Room amenities superb.

-No restaurant in building -Pool should be heated especially in the late afternoon when the shade is in the pool area -the hot tub should mention that this is for adults as you don’t need children splashing around

Best thing about this place is the breakfast. So good and plenty of options. The pools were nice, and i loved that they heated it so you can still swim when its chilly out! The room/hotel was clean and nice, i didn't see any problems. It was comfortable and i liked that they had cribs for babies, so you don't have to worry. Staff could definitely work on their customer service! And PARKING IS HORRIBLE. FOR 30$A NIGHT,spots are SOOO TINY and not enough. And the arcade was pricy, kinda not even worth it!

The store in the lobby had their shelves and offered practically nothing for sale. The free breakfast was terrible. Refried beans and eggs. No bacon no sausage.

The staff were impeccable from check-in to check-out! The included breakfast was fantastic with everything from fresh fruit to staple breakfast items like eggs & bacon and everything in between. I would definitely stay again.
