Hotel was clean and comfortable, great location while visiting UCSB, breakfast was tasty and I loved the courtyard area.

There were several issues but the most memorable was the water pressure with the shower head. It was basically a trickle. It was like showring with a waterhose on the lowest water settings. When I wanted to make coffe in the room, there was old coffee still there. The televisions connection was the worst, it kept pixalating and freezing. I could hear the other rooms water pressure all night. When I went to get coffee from the lobby's free breakfast, there was a homeless woman eating breakfast in the lobby and knowbody blinked an eye. I could go on. But i think I've said enough.

Everything was perfect for a 1 night stay.
