Overall, the rooms and property were as expected. I just happened to specifically choose this property for the hot tub, which it turned out was not hot whatsoever. It would be generous to say that the water temperature was lukewarm, and when I asked the front desk whether it could be adjust to be warmer, the response was just No. The TV in our room also stopped working the second day (the channels started glitching and wouldn't display properly). I completely understand that maintenance issues can occur, I guess it would be nice to have some sort of response to convey that expectations may not have been met. Although everything else served our purposes, I'm not sure I would choose this property again.

Very convenient. Close to the ocean, close to UCSB, good food on site and staff was helpful. Loved the putting greens and the jacuzzi.

The Courtyard Marriott in Goleta ks a perfect hotel for anyone visiting UCSB. It is 5 min from anywhere around campus, shopping and food. The lobby and outdoor space is lovely for reading, working or relaxing. The WiFi is a bit up and down, but you can connect in the right spots. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and updated bathrooms. The fitness room is well stocked and 24 hrs. The pool closes at 10pm as does most of the dining around the area. There are UCSB hiking/biking trails and beach views within walking distance. And Downtown Santa Barbara is a short 20-30 min drive away. The price is comparable to the hotels in the area, and ceryainly this Courtyard is super comfortable and convenient for anything campus related.

Very nice hotel near UCSB campus and wine country. We enjoyed location to visit student and explore the area. Used fitness room and hot tub in the evenings which was very nice with view of fire pit.

We loved the hotel and its amenities: pool, hot tub, mini golf, fire pit. The location however wasn’t ideal for people who want to explore Santa Barbara (however it is great for people visiting near by college). We wish we stayed downtown Santa Barbara where all the fun things are: wineries, restaurants, museums.

Our room had a distinct rancid odor that lasted the entire stay. Otherwise the staff are outstanding, the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. The coffee bar was great but the hours that it was open were minimal and it was understaffed.

The property is very nice and we loved our stay . Biggest problem is the shower leaks and makes the floor wet no matter what you do with the shower curtain. Hopefully this can be fixed

The property is beautiful! The lobby and rooms are charming and so well decorated. The entire building is clean and well kept, and the grounds are gorgeous and so inviting. I will stay there again in the future. I fell in love with this place, so I took lots of pictures!

The staff were very helpful. The room was good and the amenities were good. The only problem is the noise from the room above was terrible. If you stay here do not stay on the 1st floor.

The property is beautiful and well maintained. Our room was on the ground floor and at 2 am, it was incredibly loud. People banging, doors slamming. The bed made all kinds of noise and was uncomfortable. The room was very clean.

Terrific staff, good facilities and very nice room. Unfortunately, there was some outside noise throughout the evening that didn’t allow it to be the most restful experience - from the parking lot noises to other rooms - sound insulation is not as effective as would be ideal.

The hotel is by an airport you can hear the airplanes flying over the room at 5:30am it was very loud. Also the next morning there was no WIFI. If you had to work on the computer good luck. The Bistro coffee amchine for Lattes and cappacino etc was out for maintenance all morning till after 1:00pm.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and intelligent, they are excellent and make you feel valued as a customer. The common spaces are homey and fun, feel like fireplaced living rooms rather than an impersonal lobby. Really do a great job here, others could learn a lot from this particular location.

Check inn was fast and easy with Mason. He offered us 3 bottles of water. Hotel lobby was clean and Cozy. The only issue was that Expedia website state that parking fee is $10.00 but they`ve charged me $15.00 . when i mentioned this they adjusted the price for 1 night only. So i paid 15.00 one night and $10.00 the other. Other than this everything came out smooth.

It was very nice, Molly at the front desk was super helpful. She really put me at ease for my first trip to Santa Barbara. Only one thing that wasn’t great was the fact that there was no coffee until 6:30 in the morning. It would be nice to have breakfast in the mornings as well.

They didn’t have the room we booked for three people and put us in a room with one bed and the hotel staff wasn’t accommodating at first until we pushed. We were put in a noisy room above an AC unit for the hotel and could hardly get a good night rest. Also the hotel says it’s a short walking distance to UCSB and it is not.

The hotel is super close to Santa Barbara airport & offers free shuttle service. The pool area is beautiful with lots of seating. They also have bicycles for loan. Staff is very friendly & responsive.

The dining options are very limited. The cafe is only open until 9:30am which is ridiculous. Then it closes and doesn’t open again until 5pm so if you happen to need to eat between 9:30am and 5pm, you’re out of luck.
