The room was excellent, clean, spacious, best pillows, clean sheets & great service. They had live music on roof top. The only downside is they do not have room service or service by the pool. You must go up to the 4th floor, order your food, and must it yourself.

Everything was wonderful except being charged $15 for parking my car....which I parked by myself! When I called the desk clerk took the charge off and was very nice about doing so...As I understood the explanation this is company policy. I think this is a terrible 'company policy'. This certainly is not a 'service' offered by the company...it simply is another way for my pocket to be picked!

Stayed here solo for a quick overnight trip. The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had to leave early, but check-in and checkout were smooth. Big plus for the onsite EV charging — super convenient and easy to use. Would definitely stay again when in the Goleta area.

I've stayed here several times. It can be noisy depending on who you're next to (the noise travels easily through the walls and vents). The carpets are stained (seems to be the case in every room I've been in). There is some street and airport noise. I turn on the fan (which is loud) to drown it out. It was a busy Labor Day weekend, so requesting any amenities upon check-in was understandably denied. First thing we noticed was dirty socks underneath the cabinet. We were too tired to complain after the long drive. The busy weekend also meant the property was pretty loud with kids running around. Walls are very thin, and they were heard running and screaming throughout the night.

The rooms had amazing black out curtains and even though we were near the highway you couldn't hear the street noise at night. Their outside areas could have been better kept up with cleaning wise as they were pretty dusty especially the pool cabanas and we were there still during the summer traveling season. Also their servers for the breakfasts some were attentive as where others didn't do much at all to explain the process between order breakfast and their Buffet selection. Pillows horrible absolutely flat as pancakes . Overall it was a so-so average experience, expected more from a Hilton hotel

The facilities were clean but the area is extremely noisy. You can hear all the traffic noise from the nearby intersection. Also, I stayed on the 2nd floor, you can hear every single footstep from the 3rd floor room above. I would stay here again, but I would request a room on the top floor at the corner away from the intersection.

We have stayed at this property before and enjoyed the location. The rooms are large for a hotel room and nicely decorated. We didn’t go to the restaurant upstairs this time but did last time and loved it. If I had to say anything negative I would say the shower valves are difficult to figure out and theres not a whole lot of pressure. Only other negative is that there is t any safe in the room. The staff were lovely. We will definitely stay again.

Overall enjoyed the experience, but a few things were not great. Some staff were super friendly and helpful and others were rude. My room had a metal wall in front of the window so there was nothing to look out the window, not even the sky. not even a parking lot. Also, while the AC was cold, it sounded like a truck running.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. Everything was exceptional except one thing... the shower. As it looked very nice, we had luke warm water all the way dialed ti hottest and there was barely pressure. We were in room 111. The only reason we didnt complain is because we were only staying one night. I didnt even bother giving my 8 and 5 year old a shower. They would not have survived it lol. Great hotel other than that.

The staff were very accommodating to our early check in and late check out request. Excellent customer service. One of the two hotels in the Goleta area that allow pets which was super convenient. Loved that along with the large rooms with high ceilings. The rooftop restaurant happy hour was very relaxing and had a variety of options. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend this hotel.

I stay here a lot to visit my son at UCSB. Clean and comfortable. However today we had breakfast at the hotel and on my final bill they doubled the tip I left. I left 18 percent and they doubled it, very dishonest. Trying to remedy it with Hilton.

The reason for my poor review is because the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was an incident in which the manager barged into our room with a repair man and did not ask if it was ok to enter. My friend was changing and our door was just opened and the manager entered without approval. This was unacceptable and I’m sure no one would approve of this. People at the front desk, with fake apologies. Loud music and noise from the rooms above. Called front desk... I was told that they would address the issue. An hour later still very noisy at 1130 pm. Called front desk again... was told "it was addressed" I told them it was still noisy... they replied with "sorry you feel that way" nothing else to be done... terrible service with a SMILE.

Everything about this hotel is great: the staff, the roof-top bar and bistro, the cleanliness, a location close to very good restaurants and shopping, and the hotel is all still quite new and modern. Should I stay here again, which I probably will as I have family a mile away, I will request a room in the back. My room faced the front, towards a well trafficked road and the landing approach for the airport. I was unable to sleep past 5:30 AM due to traffic and airplane noise. This hotel needs to invest in triple-paned windows plus noise insulation on the front facing rooms.

Room did the job, location & parking was convenient, staff was super friendly (even went back to retrieve the bottle of wine I left in the fridge after I checked out). My only disappointment was that a continental breakfast was not included. Other than an omelet made to order (which I could see paying a few dollars for) the other options were not worthy of a $20 price tag.

Had a comfortable stay here after dropping son off at UCSB summer program. Easy friendly check in. Comfortable room and bed. Little fridge and coffee pot were nice. The best was the rooftop bar and restaurant. Very nice staff. Happy hour specials too.! And there was a Target close by in case we needed some last minute apartment items.

There was no literature -- directory, guest book, or menu in our room. The beds were not as comfortable as I would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The rooftop bar area was nice, but the food was not to Hilton standards. We returned the burger sliders as they were overcooked. Please clean the cushions on the high top chairs. Quite a few stains on them. The music was nice. But I would recommend a sun shade. The sun was beaming on the performers, and they did not look comfortable. Friendly, courteous staff. Convenient location near freeway.
