We spent a couple of nights here and had a great stay! Being the hot season, the room rate was great. The pool was nice, we enjoyed the bar and the live entertainment of the evening. The "Lucy and Ricky" (Lucy and Dezi), Gerald Ford, Rat pack, and various nostalgia throughout the lobby, hallways, and restaurant areas was fascinating to see. Room was good and liked the room's patio area. Overall, a nice stay and we will return!

Nice location and nightly entertainment. Had to change rooms during check-in bcz 1st room didn't have a functioning Tv and the second room had a creaky floor and pot smoke seeping in from a loud party next door.

Stayed in the room to spend a nice day by the pool. The room was average. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. The pool was not clean at all. Water was not clean. Could not see bottom of pool. Many bugs on surface. Looked and felt very dirty. Nice place to stay if you will NOT be going in the pool. Service by the pool was not good as well. In the picture you can see how you can’t see through the water at all. I did my best to try to enjoy for the kids sake. Never again though. The water even felt dirty. I just pray none of us get sick. Kids were all pool ready…. If they were willing to get in I didn’t want to ruin their time. But as I said, never again.

Ok so this hotel is just “okay,” and for the price it’s “decent.” We spent $209 for 3 nights and were charged an additional $75 for parking ($25 a night). We saw a few cockroaches the second day we were there one inside the building and two right by the entrance door. They weren’t cleaned until a day or so later. The pool is also just “okay” and at times hair, dirt, food remnants, and a used cigarette butt were in or around the pool. Pool bartender and drinks were amazing! Food and show on Saturday night were phenomenal though. We ordered happy hour drinks for $9 well drinks and $7 beer and $10 mocktail. For food we got the poke and Asian salad which were both about $20 something a pop. Really worth the price especially considering we had really good live entertainment at no extra cost. The actual room on the third floor we had was spacious and very basic. It did the job. TV channels extremely limited. The pillows were hard and lumpy and uncomfortable and the bed was springy and old. We stayed for three nights and had to request new sheets which was accommodated. We did have a broken phone which we asked to get fixed twice on the first day and it never was. Luckily cell phones exist. The staff were generally ok except for a rude staff who got annoyed when we asked for an early check in a day ahead of time. This place is worth it for the price but would I go back? No. Rather pay more money for a cleaner, more comfortable and overall more pleasant stay.

The hotel was very quiet and smelled very clean. First hotel home I could walk on the floor and not have my feel turn dirty. All the photos of Lucy and Denze was enjoyable.

The sheets were stained with some black material, those were never replaced with clean ones, carpet was not vacuumed, same crumbs stayed for days, coffee pot leaks, we put napkins underneath for maid to notice and replace it but they didn't. Unable to open the safe no matter how many times we tried. We were not aware of $25 per day parking charges.

The whole place felt outdated and a little run down. Overall it was clean. We had to ask to switch rooms because our first room we walked in and the ac was making a terrible noise. We only stayed for one night, so it was fine but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I loved the outside pool and patio with a bar and fire place. The beds in the room feel they have an indentation, meaning they are worn out. My brother in another room mentioned it without me bringing it up, and I agreed. In addition they are full size beds, not queen.

This resort is past its stale date. The rooms are getting old, the bed is soggy and soft, the noise from outside (the highway) is loud because the window/door is old (no furniture on the balcony either), the shower is weak and very little hot water, elevator is slow. Get the picture? The pool is pretty nice, service was fine, breakfast was decent but overpriced. If you want a nice, quiet room, this is not your place.

This room was rated "8.4 very good"? I was very surprised that a hotel so cheap would be rated high. I figured it was off season, but realized you really do get what you pay for. From the cheap laminate floors in the hallways from the slap-dash remodel, to the nasty carpet in the room, the same 10 pictures of Lucy and Ricky that are everywhere (which is creepy) to the air conditioner that took ALL NIGHT to cool the room down (it was probably 100º when I got there, turned it to 67º and went to dinner and 2.5 hours later the room was still glowing when I got back, making it very hard to go to sleep. As I lay there sweating I WISHED I had spent more.

The hotel is clean and staff friendly. The hotel is dated, room was very dark, light switch by one of the beds didn’t work, outlets weren’t near beds for charging and the air conditioner is very loud and blows are on the bed close to it. It was a horrible stay, just could have been a lot more comfortable.

Check in experience was the worst. Extremely rude guy at the desk. Charged me $25 for outdoor no-security parking. He basically said it was a mandatory charge and I shouldn’t complain since I booked at a low rate through Orbitz. Although I booked garden view terrace, he gave me a parking lot view room. The room was very outdated. Uncomfortable sinking bed and a very loud wall unit AC kept me all night. Low shower pressure too. The property seriously needs updating. It’s a tired old hotel.

Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the level of professionalism and hospitality I expected, and I believe these concerns warrant your immediate attention. 1. Unprofessional Front Desk Service Upon check-in, the front desk associate greeted us with the inappropriate comment: “Oh, everyone is coming now”—in an unfriendly tone. There was no proper welcome, no explanation of the check-in process, and no courtesy such as a simple “thank you.” To make matters worse, when referencing hotel policies, the same staff member stated dismissively: “Oh, nobody reads those.” This behavior was unprofessional and unwelcoming. 2. Inappropriate Response to Guest Request When we requested pool towels, the staff member’s response was, “Stand in the sun, you’ll get dry.” This comment was not only dismissive but completely unacceptable for someone in a guest service role. 3. Cleanliness Issues The room itself was in poor condition and far below standard: • Insects crawling on the bathroom floor. • Hairs left in the bathtub. • Popcorn on the chairs. • Stained linens on the bed. These issues are unacceptable and do not reflect the cleanliness and comfort expected of a hotel stay. 4. Upon my arrival, I met a tired, irritable front desk staffer who never once made eye contact. I was told I had 30 minutes to order food. After unsuccessfully hunting down a waiter, I ordered a pizza from the bartender. It arrived cold and the bartender was nowhere to be found. No wifi in my room, and after I moved to a new room the problem persisted. I was told I needed to go out into the hallway or in the lobby if I wanted wifi. The woman who took over after that was equally or more so rude. The next day I tried to address the issue again and I met the same level of distain from the Manager David and his subordinate Brent. In fact when I said that wifi is an amenity and I needed it to be addressed. David, raised his voice at me and said, "If you don't calm down, I will have you evicted." I was completely startled by his irrational accusation and taken aback. I said I will check out and I wanted a full refund. He yelled that he was happy to do that. BTW, this was in front of another guest, who came up to me shortly thereafter and said "that was weird." I packed my car and returned to the front desk to receive the promised receipt of a refund, and he informed me with equal belligerence that he charged me for one night. To avoid further confrontation I accepted the receipt and left. I am disabled and I am suffering serious trauma from this incident. I had booked three nights and stayed one night without sleep. I am consulting my doctor and discussing legal representation.

Front desk staff are awful, regardless of the time, can’t even ask for towels while the kids were swimming, complained about the room door not locking well, didn’t do anything about it. It was only the maintenance supervisor and staff that drives that shuttle were the only helpful ones

We first arrived on Wednesday, May 21st. We stayed four days and left on Sunday, the 25th. We then returned on Thursday, May 29th and stayed until June 2nd. Both stays were delightful and enjoyed our time at the hotel. All the staff was great, special thanks to Sara in the restaurant and Jennifer at the front desk!!

I bought some cocktails and the bartender was very nice! My last day I was sunning by the pool and had a conversation with the Maintenance Supervisor Eddie. This man was so friendly and welcoming!! I would go back just to see him again!

This hotel is not 4.9 out of 5, it like a 2.5. The rooms are old and beds are uncomfortable, it’s roomy but just old. Also there isn’t enough staff. There was a roach in our room and an underwear in the balcony. After reporting it at night (there was no staff to come clean) I called in Am asking for deep cleaning and it never happened both items still in the room. They just made our beds and changed our towels. It was also far from other resorts such as Westin and downtown. Too much driving which I didn’t anticipate. Def a no for me. Loves the outside and lobby of hotel with Lucy and Desi photos but honestly that’s it!

My favorite place for a very comfortable, peaceful and beautiful stay in Palm Springs! Friendly staff, clean and very nicely decorated so you can sit by pool and overlook the golf course and/or pool. It’s not a huge hotel so it’s less hectic and more quiet than a big tower hotel which I really appreciate.

The staff was all super friendly and helpful. The room was nice but had a few maintenance issues (that were addressed by the staff immediately) I wish that the TV was bigger (like it is in most other hotels.) The breakfast buffet for $15.99 was only a Continental Breakfast. No cooked eggs - that would need to be ordered off the menu. So that is very expensive for what you get.

Overall I had a good experience. The only issue I had during my 3 day stay was that No bar or restaurants were open when I was there. Im guessing because I was there during the week. Other than that it was ok .

Housekeeping was very nice and helpful. Morning restaurant not so great one of the waitress was rude. Room service was great and rooms were spacious and very clean. I did pay for extra for a pool view and golf course view and I was very disappointed when I came up from my room to see just a wall of bushes. Besides that the bar area by the pool the girl was very friendly and amazing. Front desk was very welcoming. Highly recommend the price was also very affordable.

The room carpets were definitely old and outdated and also the decor. However overall was really clean and spacious. I do love that each room has a refrigerator in it. The pool area was great and the lounge. Overall I would stay here again! I don not like that you have to pay $25 each night for parking though a complete rip off! Also they offer basic breakfast which is convenient but $15 is too expensive and if you want meat and eggs an extra $10! I can go elsewhere for a cheaper better breakfast
