The property and our room are lovely. The only problem we encountered was there were very few elevators, so we had to carry the suitcases upstairs. Overall, love all the amenities. Would come back.

The property gardens are very nicely done. The room was nice and spacious. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the room though. There was a large banging sound every few minutes or so when the AC was on so it was difficult to sleep. I enjoyed the amenities. Hot tub was very hot and large. Bubbles weren’t working on one side though. The pool lounge chairs and tables could be cleaner. Staff was helpful and didn’t bother you much. Overall I’d stay here again.

Where are all the towels? Pool areas were stocked in the morning and not again all day. Used towels piled up in collection bins and were not removed until the end of the day. There is a small “hideaway” pool that really should be adults only.

I had a great experience at Tommy Bahama Miramonte Resort & Spa! The pool and jacuzzi were absolutely awesome—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the resort atmosphere. The luxury room was spacious and included a small balcony area, which was super nice for morning coffee or evening downtime. A couple of things to keep in mind: self-parking is $17 a day, and the resort fee is $40 a day. While those extras add up, the overall stay still felt worth it thanks to the beautiful grounds, laid-back luxury vibe, and thoughtful details. Would definitely recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing desert getaway. 🌴✨

The renovations and updated hotel beds are fabulous It's always been a great Miramonte hotel, but the smell of citrus and relaxing vibes are great for couples, mothers weekends, and families who want downtime. (Splashing kids were not welcomed) The updated decor and subdued tropical feel makes for a fabulous getaway. The quaint spa and nice private pool is perfect for anyone wanting a tranquil and secret time for themselves. Drinks are AMAZING and the Grapefruit Basil restaurant is delicious. Just wish they would add a few more items to their dinner menu. And hopefully they will be able to bring in more bar and pool staff in the spring and summer to allow less lines of waiting on drinks and food when at the pool & spa. this is definitely going to be our families hotel and resort for future trips to Indian Wells. Extremely perfect place for my teenage daughters to enjoy time at the pool with their parents. We all were able to get every thing we needed from this lovely property.

Resort was very relaxing and we really liked the pool. Overall our stay was good, but the pool bar was only open until 6 o’clock and we have been to a few places where they might offer a complementary beverage. The staff were really nice. The price compared to services at the resort seems a little over priced, but we enjoyed our stay and had a blast stayed at Tommy Bahama Resort. They do really good cocktails. They also have a relaxing session in the pool which is super cool, just quite pricey - worth doing though.

Beautiful and easy access property. However, room was dirty and coffee items were next restocked. Stains in the carpet and TV was placed against same side of wall that the couch was on. That made it impossible to sit and watch TV from the couch. Mosquitos were abundant.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The property was not clean, lacked accessibility for individuals with disabilities, and I was charged incorrectly after checkout. I would appreciate it if someone could contact me to resolve these issues. This experience has raised serious concerns about the hotel's integrity. Bed sheets were dirty, shower curtain coming off, in the “quiet” pool there were no towels and guest were smoking and playing loud music. Not worth it you’re better off at a Motel 6.

Check in was great. Staff was super friendly and the food was fabulous. However the room was a mess! Shower floor was covered in some white powder. There was a hair ball in shower. Shower didn’t drain. One bed had mattress cover one bed did not and just the sheet over the mattress. Toilet did not flush well. No hand soap on either sink. The room was tired and old with paint chipping. Patio furniture was covered in dust. Really a disappointment after the wonderful check in staff. The property itself is nice and the restaurant has great food but would never stay again.

I expected cleanliness of the rooms to be more aligned with their reputation. No need to share pics but there was a dead fly, and debris/dead small moths in tub. I know the heat was peak this weekend BUT staff should do quick check before checking-in guests or leaving room as “clean”

Super disappointed to see insects/bugs everywhere in my room.I wouldn’t return in future and don’t recommend to anyone. I always book my stays at high end resorts and this one was below average. After the bug situation I felt embarrassed to take my husband to this resort when he mentioned that he had high expectations of Tommy Bahama! Staff were friendly and nice at check in and check out. Unfortunately overall experience was not great!

Beware, there are not any elevators in certain buildings of this property. Also, the hotel has designated rooms for 3rd party reservations which are small and cramped with not a lot of space to put your stuff. I had higher expectations of this hotel.

The grounds of the property are beautiful! Great landscaping, Spanish style architecture, large pool area. The staff were great, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are nice and clean, but have a few quirks. The TV was placed on the wrong wall (left side of the bed) had to turn your head to watch TV. lol The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable. Back breakers. Those are minor issues, great place to stay.

Overall it was a nice hotel. We had a pleasant experience. For the price I think the rooms need to be upgrade. We noted the vanity had finishes missing. Cracks in the tile in the shower and the door that hides the mini fridge was missing. Also the plumbing from other rooms could be heard i.e if other guest used the shower or a faucet you can hear it. Thank you

The room was spacious & there were 2 sinks which was a great feature. The air conditioning system was quite noisy. Hotel need to upgrade their sound proof quality in the room. I could hear quite clearly my neighbors talking , laughing, coughing & playing music. Restaurant service was great, but food quality was just ok & not consistent

We booked a room at this hotel based on the room that was pictured on the online reservation. The room description included a patio or a full balcony. When I asked to get the room described on the website, the front desk person Angela Dunn coldly remarked "oh, the picture on Expedia is wrong and we can't give you another room with a balcony or patio". I asked why are you posting a misleading picture on Expedia and she stated "Well, we know that, and the manager is working on it". Apparently the misleading picture took a lot of work to remove, or maybe they just didn't care...

I’ve stayed across the street at the Esmeralda possibly 15 times because of the location. I am very grateful that I stumbled upon this property which I never heard of previously -not in this space. Although minor imperfections to some of the features -the service offered exceeded the best the renaissance staff had to offer in any of those previous stays. I will stay again. Great vibe. The

Property was beautiful and peaceful, the only thing was there was some construction going on we didn’t know about and some stuff was moved around. It would’ve been nice to be informed at least, we walked around for a while trying to find the where the restaurant was moved to. I want to highlight the staff here or at least the housekeeping staff. Specifically the lady with the blonde hair, she found my husbands hat returned it, helped me into my room when my husband was at the pool and I left the room keys w him, helped usI multiple times and went above, she was so kind.

The resort is renovated (esp. the restaurants, pools and the rooms). Our room was Luxury King room that was nicely remodeled and spacious. But the rooms have very thin walls and we could hear our neighbors clearly. The check-in hotel staff was polite but the checkout Hotel lady named Rosa was very rude. She didn’t even care to ask us about our stay and when asked to take off extra charges for undelivered drinks, she told us that we would have to wait for her manager. Her manager was literally 10 feet away and could have called her but she didn’t. We then asked when she’ll be back, she replied that she was on the phone with another customer and didn’t know. I mean, how long does it take to help a customer? A common sense person would say it would take 5-10 minutes tops. But she was so rude that she stopped talking to us and looked away from us. We patiently waited and the manager was literally with us within 2 minutes. What was terribly shocking was that $18 worth of drinks were never delivered to our room and she ended up refunding only $12 saying she had adjusted the amount elsewhere across our bill but wasn’t clear about it. It felt like a shady business going on to loot the customers. It was anyways a small amount for anyone but this revealed the terrible attitude by a well known resort like Tommy Bahamas. It’s a shame. The service here is awful. Our rooms weren’t ready and our luggage was never delivered to our rooms until we called multiple times. Front desk calls unans

Restaurant service needs major improvement. We had dinner and breakfast 3 times and service was terrible. Prior to our recent stay, restaurant service was great. Rooms should have more towels on hand. Pool service was exceptional. Elvia, Angel and Albert provided excellent service.

my boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel for a concert, it was the perfect distance from the arena as well as places to eat and stores! it was so nice and clean!! would definitely recommend to family and friends!!

We wanted a nice relaxing weekend getaway and Tommy Bahama Miramonte was perfect. Roomy and comfortable accomodations, easy parking, and the resort was small enough to where you could walk to the pool in less than 2 minutes no matter where your room was located. The pool was a bit roudy on Saturday but that was due to 2 separate groups. One was a bunch of guys on a bachelor party weekend, and the other was a bridal squad. The pool got calm & quiet after they left though. The grounds themselves are beautifully kept and the on-site restaurant had wonderful food. My only critique would be to maybe offer a bit more salad options. There was only the caesar salad on the pool menu.
