Stayed 1 night

The room was clean but the bath tub needs a deep cleaning. Tub surrounding area had black mold. I was not comfortable of taking a bath. It’s my opinion but the room would be nice to have room brighter. I felt room was dark. Breakfast yes it’s free and including with the room but since there were only few room was occupied they moved to a smaller room and provided a new coffee maker and no one knew how it worked. I had to get instructions online how to use it.

Stayed 3 nights

I have to give this review one star out of five, because I only stayed one night of my three nights. There wasn’t anything that I wanted to stay for. The “made to order” breakfast had been relocated to a meeting room because the AC in the breakfast room was broken. There was no “made to order” breakfast and no were there eggs of any kind. Just white bread, peanut butter and jelly, and a toaster so you could toast it yourself, plus plain yogurt, and and some tasteless muffins. It was like I had paid for a first class seat on a jet, and I was bumped into coach in the middle seat. The managers reception likewise was toned down quite a bit. They had one bottle of red wine and one bottle of white wine and two kinds of beer. When another guest and I were ready for our second glass of wine, there was only one glass of red wine left. I stayed at this Embassy suites last year and it was wonderful. And I understand that when AC goes out, it can throw things off. But I really expected the staff to handle things much better. For example, they never informed me when I checked in that the manager’s reception and breakfast would be in another location, so I ended up going to the usual location only to find the door handles changed with a padlock on them. And there was no sign on the door to indicate the new location. And they should’ve gone to a bakery to get some decent food for the breakfast offerings instead of what tasted like Dollar Store fare.

The staff members were friendly and professional. The hotel rooms are in need of a remodel, and more handicap parking near the entrance would be nice, but we would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay my only concern is that the carpet in the room had a lot of visible stains on it. As well as the walls and bathroom.
