It was a small Hotel. The room was very clean. The mattress was a little warn out. When I sat on the side of the bed you can feel the wire on the side of the bed. I have a full size truck and it did not fit in any of the parking spots. Parking is very limited, to about 24 parking spots and the street parking. Its first come first serve. They had me park at another hotel for $25.00 and it was half a block down and another half block to the other parking. Thats probably my only issue with this hotel. The staff was great! Maybe i will stay there again.

Clean, quiet, and friendly. The check-in process was very quick and easy. We stayed in room 109, ground floor near the alley. The bed was super comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. They have a wonderful coffee machine at the front desk with about 20 different options. In the morning there are biscotti and snacks available. There is a great breakfast spot right next door. The location is so very convenient to most of the convention center area. We walked around the area quite a bit. There are bars, restaurants, shoes, and parks all within walking distance...5 or 6 block radius. The employees were all very friendly, and Lupita kept our room spotless for our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Was a nice play to stay. Staff was friendly, rooms updated and clean. Only reason i gave it a 4 is because they dont have a lot of parking. If theres no parking you have to find street parking if your lucky or garage/pay parking down the road. We left our car and walked a mile n half to the Village at the Harbor so we wouldn't lose our parking place. That night all spots were taken so thank goodness we did. Nice budget Inn.

This hotel is amazing! My room was so clean! The whole place was actually very well kept. I really appreciated how clean it was in my room though. I actually felt comfortable walking around barefoot and took my shoes off inside lol. Great value. Great location. Walk to the beach in 3 mins. Nice people working there. Next time I'm here I'll stay again. Thanks for providing fresh clean rooms for us 😃 I even left a tip for the maid

We had a late check in and the attendant was very nice. However, in the morning, with the sunlight, we realized the floor around the toilet had pee and the shower floor had hairs on it. We complained to the manager and all he said was that we needed to talk to housekeeping, that since we were checking out, there was nothing he could do, that we could spend another night and they would refund some of our money. He argued that we should have said something when we checked in. DO NOT STAY IN THIS “HOTEL”!!! Expedia should not promote this “hotel”. Awful experience!!!!!

Check in was easy, staff was friendly. But, no parking available in their small lot. Had to pay $24 to park in their underground lot a block away. Room was nice but, not clean. There was random hairs everywhere, especially on the bed and in the bathroom. It didn’t seem like the top blanket had been washed at all and definitely not since the last guest had been there. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. We stayed on the bottom floor, which meant hearing what sounded like movers above us most of the night. Pretty disappointed, could be a really nice place if more effort was put in to cleaning and comfort.

Awesome hotel @ a great price! Very clean & spacious. Looks like they’ve done a little bit of renovations to the property & rooms. Staff was super friendly & helpful. Hotel is walking distance from several restaurants, a grocery store, LB convention center & shopping.

A nice affordable little inn. They just renovated it so everything was nice and clean, all the amenities were present and working! Stayed for an event at the convention center and it was about a 10 minute walk so not too bad! Area a little spooky to walk at night but if you’re in a pair/group it’s not bad at all! As a frequent convention goer my friends and I will definitely come back!

The room was clean and close to the convention center, but smaller than I expected. The neighborhood has some sketchy characters, so we didn't feel safe being out after it got dark. Housekeeping did an excellent job!

I only took off a star because my shower pipes were rattling when the hot water was turned on. I was afraid they were going to burst. I would definitely stay here again. The front Desk employees were very nice and helpful. The parking lot is small and is first come basis. The room was large and clean. Front desk was very quick to help when we had TV service issues. Great location!

Great little inn! Great breakfast place is right next door. Rooms are clean, simple, and modern. It was very quiet considering it's somewhat downtown location. Easy walking distance to the beach, aquarium, restaurants, and shopping. We had a two bed room - and I was surprised to find that it was a two room suite!

I really liked the inn. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The only reason I won't come back is because the owner was terribly rude to the customer in front of me. There was no reason to be so unprofessional. It left a bad taste in my mouth.

The staff was extremely rude. They were combative and aggressive. They threatened deposit for no substantiated cause. I’ve never been to a hotel, or motel in this instance, where the staff (who also appeared to be Owner Operators) be so disrespectful. We thought this would be a good overnight experience before we boarded the Cruise, but it was far from that. Would not recommend at all.

Everybody from the owner to the staff have been exceptional with help and hotel is very well kept up. I would stay here over the big hotels much more friendlier and will assist you in anything at any time.

Unfortunately i had a bad experience with the hotel staff. i am handicap and unable to walk for long period of times. i made hotel reservations and upon my arrival while checking in, i was asked to move my vehicle from the only handicap parking space available. i informed him that i was handicap and had the card on my vehicle to show him. he proceeded to place me in a upstairs room when i had made reservations requesting easy mobility (there is no elevators) he insisted that the handicap parking was designated for the room across it so i proceeded to ask to be moved in to that room, but it was already reserved. i will be looking into the ADA regulations because having only 1 parking designated for handicap is not okay, specially when its assigned to a certain room. meaning your establishment cannot accommodate more than 1 handicap person at a time.
Unfortunately i had a bad experience with the hotel staff. i am handicap and unable to walk for long period of times. i made hotel reservations and upon my arrival while checking in, i was asked to move my vehicle from the only handicap parking space available. i informed him that i was handicap and had the card on my vehicle to show him. he proceeded to place me in a upstairs room when i had made reservations requesting easy mobility (there is no elevators) he insisted that the handicap parking was designated for the room across it so i proceeded to ask to be moved in to that room, but it was already reserved. i will be looking into the ADA regulations because having only 1 parking designated for handicap is not okay, specially when its assigned to a certain room. meaning your establishment cannot accommodate more than 1 handicap person at a time.

I booked the Inn at 50 last minute for a convention. The property was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. It is minutes from the Long Beach Convention Center, as well as Alamitos Beach. The only minor issue I had was that the fridge leaked, but otherwise the stay was great.

This is great hotel to stay for a day or two. Very clean, fresh remodeled, contemporary style. Staff is very nice. We didn’t have any problems with parking on site even website says limited parking. Be aware it’s downtown, it’s better to drive in and out hotel rather then walk at night. During daytime it’s ok to walk around. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location with an easy walk to the beach, the convention center, many restaurants. The coffee machine and breakfast bars in the check-in office were perfect for me, but there is also a Qargo coffee shop right around the corner and a Vons with a Starbucks less than 5 minute walk away. Everything was clean and neat.

Nice walk to the nearby convention center! This place is really more like a motor inn than a hotel - the 'lobby' is really just a check-in desk, and there is no free breakfast. But the room (a single) was clean and comfortable and had all the usual hotel amenities. The only issue I had was that it was very easy to hear my upstairs neighbors walking around, so this might be a problem if you are a very light sleeper. If you want a full hotel experience I would look elsewhere, but if you want something relatively inexpensive but still clean and comfortable, this fits the bill.

We enjoyed our stay at Inn at 50 which was walkable to the beach and many restaurants as well as the Metro to LA and LAX. A nearby grocery store plus the microwave and fridge made breakfast easy in the room. We did have some noise late on Saturday night. The room was clean and a nice size.

Clean, quiet, and friendly. The check-in process was very quick and easy. We stayed in room 109, ground floor near the alley. The bed was super comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. They have a wonderful coffee machine at the front desk with about 20 different options. In the morning there are biscotti and snacks available. There is a great breakfast spot right next door. The location is so very convenient to most of the convention center area. We walked around the area quite a bit. There are bars, restaurants, shoes, and parks all within walking distance...5 or 6 block radius. The employees were all very friendly, and Lupita kept our room spotless for our stay. We will definitely be returning!

The place was simple. It met our needs for a clean, comfortable place to stay overnight. It is about a 40 minute drive to LAX. Very easy commute. We walked at night and saw all of the lights and the fountain at the convention center area. We walked to an outdoor mall area by the pier and had dinner at a local place there. There were several options! If you can plan it, there's the Laugh Factory in walking distance to catch a live comedy show! The parking was simple and free inside their own property. Staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was up a flight of stairs. Easy access. 1 queen bed. Television, dresser, fridge and bathroom with walk-in shower. All were nice! Very clean. Plenty of towels, soaps and such. We would stay here again. Recommended.

We really appreciated how the second bed was in its own little room. Our room was clean and comfy, and the Inn is next door to an excellent breakfast spot! It's also a quick walk to Vons or even 7-11 if you need to grab something you forgot.

This is a nice property near the Cruise Ship Terminal, QueenMark and Aquarium. From the outside the property is ok, not badbut could be better - they are working on it so it could change. The amenities are ok no on site food so you will need to get door dash or go out if you are hungry. The rooms are really nice -Rooms are cozy and clean and set up nicely. Heated bathroom floors. There was some construction taking place so it was a bit noisey. The staff is awesone A hard working guys who really yry to help. There is a really good breakfast restaurant next door too. If we need a hotel for our next cruise we will be staying here!

When I pulled up the hotel looked like a super 8 but when we got in our room it was nice, and clean. Same as the pictures online. Restaurant next door was really good too.

This was a last-minute find for us. It ended up being better than most of the hotels we’ve stayed in. The staff was very friendly, and the room was very clean and quaint would definitely stay here again. Parking is a little cramped, but we parked for the day and Uber around.

The policy states “One vehicle per room” Unfortunately my stay at this hotel was not the best due to the staff inefficiency and lack of communication. They called my room to ask for me to move my vehicles because of it’s policy, which we understood, when we only had one vehicle in the hotel they told us they were reserving spots for vehicles for $150 During the time of an event in Long Beach. The staff did state it was first come, first serve but they were placing cones and reserved spots. The room was nice but not the cleanest. If you are attending an event in Long Beach, BEWARE they may charge you for parking if you aren’t there early during check in
