They secured our shower rod as soon as we notified them that it was loose. They really do need to put in a small microwave because they have a refrigerator and a coffee pot. It would be nice to also have a small bistro table or more than just one chair so that two people could sit in chairs instead of having to sit on the bed.

This hotel was just what our family needed! Comfortable beds (even some of the pillows were down!) perfect location, and helpful staff. We'd definitely stay there again next time we're in LA.

The hotel is more funky than fabulous. Not well maintained. Not inviting. Not sound proof. The room furnishings were a bit shabby. The closet door wouldn’t open all the way. Credenza wouldn’t open in one door. Bathroom looked okay but the faucets dripped. The room (2 doubles) was small. Parking was convenient. Location is shabby along Robertson but conveniently located to Beverly Hills. Street noise very loud. The person at check in was not customer service oriented. There was an issue st check in and she made it our problem and was not helpful - at 1:30 in the morning. It was a bad start. The pictures and description did not really align with the reality of the property. The price we paid was way too high for the product.
