Awesome place. Clean and classy. Classic Hollywood vibes. Beautiful pool with flower boxes on the windows facing the pool. It looks like a photograph. Super quiet and relaxing. Room size is bigger than an ordinary double and had an arm chair and table with chairs, extra sink near microwave and fridge. Antique chandeliers in the hallways. Plenty of EV charging spaces in the easily accessible parking garage. It’s all the little touches that make this place awesome.

Good stay here for four nights. Not much around the hotel, but it felt safe and the hotel staff were exceptional. If you workout on holidays the gym isn’t very good. The pool area was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed eveything about the stay. The checkin was easyband seemless. The room with the balcony was stunning. The included breakfast was good. I do wish they had a gym or equivalent. The outlets seemed a tad loose.

I understand that renovations need to be done, but my issue is that we were not informed of this when booking or at any time before our arrival.

We were not impressed with this location at all. There was an open dirty soap in the shower. The sofa bed was stained and dirty. The area was not very nice with strip clubs nearby. As my kids said, it looks like the video game GTA. The beds were the worst hotel beds I have ever slept in. They were like sleeping on a thin mat on top of cardboard. We will not stay here again. It was not worth the money paid.

The room had a terrible smell. The carpet was dirty and very damp which I believe why the room smelled. The bed sheets and pillows were also damp which made sleeping very difficult and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

Worst experience I ever had in a hotel. I stay here often, and for them to not let guests know that there would be construction is beyond me. I got yelled at by a construction worker for trying to get to my room, I’ve had to dodge ladders all week, rubble, dust, and tools. One worker was waving around a hammer in the air while I had to walk under his ladder. Really not safe AT ALL. It’s a COMPLETE construction site. The hotel should be closed. The rates are the same as they usually are. Lastly, I work nights, which means I need to sleep during the day. Not one hour of sleep as the construction was SO LOUD all day. Started at 8am and they would leave their mess around my room and pile stuff up on my windowsill. Rubble everywhere. So unprofessional and this hotel acts like the guests are the burden during this time. Such a shame and I am genuinely shocked. Never again.

I’ve stayed here many times since 2008 but this is the first time I’ve felt it wasn’t as clean as before. The sheets have marks on and there is only housekeeping if you request it. Breakfast is awesome though and it’s still a nice location with great staff and a pretty pool/courtyard. Not as expensive as some of the local hotels either.

This place is very dirty and old. The bathroom is clean but the good news end there. The carpet was disgustingly dirty. The furniture was old and outdated. The sheets and towels are old. The place smells. The staff were very friendly but there was nothing they can do about the condition of this place.

Breakfast was the main reason to make the stay on this hotel a good stay. why do you have to request every day to get clean up your room?! Covid is over almost 3 years ago! Every day the lady didn’t leave clean towels, she didn’t check shampoo nor soap dispensers! You are in vacation! You’re not supposed to be telling people how to do their job every single day! That’s why you pay to go to a hotel! To be free of stress and worries!

The hotel was nice, but a little tired in some areas. Our room smelt a little damp when we first entered but we had a long 24hrs of travel so were all shattered and just went to bed and in the morning it wasn’t as noticeable. It was clean and comfortable and quiet with it being at the back of the hotel, we heard no noise during our whole stay. The hotel is the perfect base for exploring LA. There’s some nice restaurants and takeaway options in walking distance and the area felt safe walking both day and night. Breakfast was plentiful and available from two separate breakfast rooms in the hotel, you can also take a tray back to your room which the kids enjoyed. No problems with parking in the garage, spaces always available. Pool area is small but we only used it for an hour here and there as we were mainly out and about. 5 night stay was perfect before we moved on to our next destination.

The Best Western is a great economy option that is situated on The Strip, The rooms are large and the pool is particularly good, which I understand will be refurbished later in 2025 The pool area is enclosed and surprisingly quiet from the street noise adjacent but we were puzzled to why it will be refurbished because it was in good condition and looked great. The facilities are more business oriented as per the chains hotels, but if you want to stay on The Strip this isn’t important The Free Breakfast is akin to a UK Premier Inns if not a bit more basic The rooms did not all have bath and the toilets did not work that great either The rooms were well looked after but not far off refurbishment and looked a little dated in places The standard room facilities were great with Microwave, coffee machine, large fridge and hairdryer, phone charging station and iron and ironing board The pool had free beach towels which were replaced daily The Free WiFI was top notch and super fast The US TV service was ok with some channels suffering from poor snowy signal The housekeeping staff were great at their jobs During our stay a pipe burst in one of the corridors however it was repaired immediately the next day in a sympathetic manner to the customers The staff were friendly and helpful but not too overbearing. Most of the front desk staff were experienced. Overall we were really happy with our 10 night stay here and would stay again

The first night I didn’t love the room as it faced the wall but the staff moved me the following 2 nights to the pool side and it was 100 percent better . They were very nice at the desk from check in to check out . Clean pool and I loved the Italian resort feel to it . Very convenient location . Walked to many places . Also convenient walk to my daughter’s apartment. Beds were comfortable and WIFI was good and fast . I’d love to stay again when I come back and visit my daughter

The room was clean, the breakfast was good. But this didn't matter if you were not able sleep two nights in the row and woke up with a headache. This is what happened to us. The noise outside on the street was unbearable and we were not able to close the window. Because the crank on the windows was broken.

1. Untrained temporary staff manning the reception and dining halls 2. Staff only was offering complimentary services to Caucasian guests checking in. Colored guests were expected to request for their complimentary VIP entitlements 3. Hotel charged 2 different rates for 2 days of stay - for one day they charged the Expedia rate of stay and for other day they charged $50 additional 4. Staff either told “no English” or avoided saying even good morning whenever I tried interacting with them 5. All of above convinces me that this hotel franchise was running their hotel with temporary staff during the Thanksgiving holidays and just fleecing money. Have you ever heard of a luxury hotel staff in Los Angeles telling “no English”? It’s beyond belief

ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL! We were in town for a wedding & the day of the wedding, literally when we got back to our room, the toilet in the room above us EXPLODED and leaked all throughout or bathroom & room. SH*T Happens, and literally in this instance it did, but OMG the lack of response, accountability, & willingness to make it right from that moment until now has been nonexistent. It took HOURS before they could finally move us into a different, smaller room, and of course we ended up being late for the wedding. Both NIKKI and CARLOS assured us they would take care of our bill and apologized for the inconvenience with such ease that we believed them, guess what, they didn't remove a single thing from our bill. This stay was so awful I'm pretty sure it's illegal, but what recourse do I have? When I call they put me on hold and no one calls me back or returns my emails. I will NEVER STAY AT A BEST WESTERN AGAIN!

Upon arrival 3 staff members were behind the counter (one male). No greeting and they all stood and watched while I (a small female) juggled 3 large suitcases, 3 carryon and other items on a luggage trolley by myself as my husband had to rush to get a rental car back in time before it closed. No one offered to help even after struggling to get it to the lift with the luggage trolley and go to my floor. Towels were hardly topped up for the pool area and the free breakfast was free for a reason. Didn’t eat there at all.

I made this reservation for my manager. And it was promised to send the receipt through e-mail. And since last week we've been trying to get it to her expense report. Several e-mails sent but no answer. I wouldn't recommend it if you need a receipt. I really don't believe this kind of treatment of one corporate guest. Or maybe they are making something worse, evading taxes. Worst treatment ever seen in a hotel.

Property was better than I expected. The front desk staff however failed to have our room cleaned when I asked and I had to ask for our complimentary bottle of wine twice before receiving it. Besides that it was the perfect location for us.

Busy area but not crazy. Parking a plus. Nice to be able to grab a coffee and light breakfast before heading out to visit the city. A few good restaurants within close walking distance. Great comedy club (called The Comedy Store) across the street. Located directly on the Big Bus Hop-on-Hop-off bus route which is an asset location wise. Clean with nice pool. We had a good size fridge in room which was handy for food from Trader Joe’s just a ten minute walk away.

Had an excellent stay, I loved this hotel, it practically checked off all the boxes for me. The great location on the Strip. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean comfortable room and bed with nice fridge, microwave & big TV with many channels, all worked well. Nice newer bathroom with big 2-head shower, bright lighting. Big in-room safe. Nice desk & chair to work at, and handy power & USB ports. Housekeeping request was delivered fast. Indoor parking if needed (I didn't use, but checked it out). Beautiful pool area. The breakfast 7-10a was excellent with tasty selections, hot food that varies each day and waffles made to-order, with 2 staffers taking care of it all. Only caveats - probably 1/3 of the rooms have no real view due to buildings next door, which was fine with me, I like to darken the room to sleep into the morning. The sink & shower water took a full 2-3 minutes to turn hot, most of the time (may be a temporary issue?). And there are no onsite lunch, dinner or bar options - BUT there are plenty within walking distance, including right across the street. For the price you pay here versus the many other more 'upscale' hotels around there, it is quite the bargain, in my opinion. The many great reviews helped me to choose it. I would definitely stay there again.

This was an ok stay but far too expensive for the quality of the hotel. It is in a nice area though - the only good thing here. Parking is excessively expensive. Lobby smelt musty and had old furniture and dirty windows. Breakfast was low quality food, mostly junk food, no healthy options such as muesli or granola with plain yogurt. Had to request room cleaning and fresh towels every time at the lobby which I found very strange. Overall not worth the money.

We had a pleasant stay at the Best Western. The room was well equipped with a large and comfortable bed. The parking was very convenient and the hotel was well located to access all LA attractions. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast however was terrible - we didn’t return after day 1. The food was not great, but the worst part was only plastic plates and cutlery were available. Not good for the environment or practical to use! The breakfast room was also very small and uninviting. We just walked out to get coffee and breakfast locally instead, and would still recommend the hotel for its value and location.

Even though this hotel is very dated it is so beautiful. The woodwork, the fixtures, it all makes you feel like you're staying anong the rich. They are starting renovations so the stairways are messy. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of food, fruits, and pastries. The room was comfortable with plush pillows.The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The customer service was more than accomodating always pleasant.

Great location for everything I wanted to do. (Just down the street from my old house up on the hill.) The only sub par item was the breakfast. I was grateful it was there, but eggs and sausage were a bit soggy. Still, hard to do a good breakfast buffet. I probably should have gone for the waffles. They were made ot order!

My husband and I were traveling with my sister and brother in law. The pool area is very nice and relaxing. The hotel, inside and out, is very well maintained. The complimentary breakfast is really nice. There are two breakfast rooms with slightly different options.

Gorgeous courtyard and pool area. Loved the balcony and ability to open the window for fresh air in the room. Beds were comfortable and the little kitchenette was nice. Breakfast was ok. The breakfast room is small and seating was limited. There was always parking available so parking was never an issue.
