Pool area very nice , clean, comfortable lounge chairs, towels provided. Private.

This was a very beautiful hotel. Check in was easier and the girl was very helpful. The only issue we had was there was only 1 working elevator for a very busy 12 story hotel. This hotel had everything and we will definitely be looking to come back again

We loved staying at the Beverly Hills Marriott! It was so central to all of the schools we were looking at with our 16 year old daughter. We loved the view of downtown from our 11th floor. We loved the breakfast option and took our food back to our room. Room service was excellent. Hot tub was hot and pool was warm.

The hotel facilities were extremely plush, the room was large and included a sofa and ample space to work. I was pleased that a fridge was included and a safe. There wasn't a kettle but the staff kindly provided me one in the room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as were the guests. The club lounge could have been better stocked and real cutlery would have been appreciated rather than plastic.

The property was very clean! Great, safe location. We ate breakfast at the deli across the street and it was delicious. The only bad part is that you must valet park.the one valet driver had an attitude but the rest were very nice. I would stay here again.

If you stay with a car, the parking cost $70 usd a day so it’s not that good deal I will get another one that has parking included

The location is unbeatable and the service was superb--from Matthew who checked us in to Jesus who checked us out and everyone in between. The only thing that I would caution travelers about is the exorbitant nightly charge for parking. Had I know I might have made other arrangements.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. The window seemed to by slightly open so we could hear the cars driving, people pulling up to the front of the hotel but after inspecting the window, nothing was wrong so I’m not sure why it was so loud. Parking is $70 per day and no other options. Was advised not to park on the street but I was not willing to pay $70 daily. Street parking was good and had to walk a little but no problem.

Bar should open earlier and close later. Room service ended after lunch. Room service Should be avlbl for dinner.

We had a fantastic stay. Great and clean room, fantastic service (especially Laura from reception), great location, and great outdoor area + pool. We can highly recommend!

There was no sign to hang on the door for housekeeping. Went out for the day and rooms were never cleaned until after 3PM. No environment friendly signage asking whether or not we wanted to reuse towels or have them changed daily. Bathroom lighting was pretty but terrible for applying make-up. They should have magnifying mirrors.

First room we were assigned smelled heavily of smoke. We were then assigned a different room without a view four floors down - we found the bed in there lumpy and one side of the bed had clearly been laid on - there was an imprint and the pillow was indented. We snapped a photo to show the reception. Third room on that same lower floor was fine but nightstands very dusty (like the two other rooms before as well). Furniture a little beat up. Updated bathroom was a plus.

The air conditioner did not work to my room, i reported it, it never was fixed. It was colder in the hallway than the room. I stayed for 2 nights and my room was never cleaned, i did not have the do not disturb sign on. I have stayed at many marriot properties and i would never stay here again.

Booked this hotel for the pool and location. We had a great time! All the staff were courteous & friendly. Rooms were great and beds were comfortable.

This is the first time “ever” staying at a hotel without a fan in the bathroom. It was unreal! I asked the people at the front desk where the switch for the fan in the bathroom was. They didn’t know!! They offered to send an engineer to our room. Wow! What’s he going to do! Plus, the door to the bathroom, was a super heavy sliding door and was “off” its rail the 2 nights we stayed there. You couldn’t even close it! My husband and I were there for a Dr. appt. in Beverly Hills. I chose Marriot because of their name. After this experience, we will never stay at Marriot again!

All of the staff, front desk, valet service, bartenders were excellent. Everyone had a cheerful attitude and took care of any and all needs. The only drawback to this hotel was that the rooms are small. The bathroom was very small.

The check in experience was horrible. We booked a specific room type - a room with 2 double beds. It was guaranteed and we even fully prepaid for it. Upon arrival, the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and disrespectful, whilst trying to greet me as if I was her "buddy" and not a customer. She spewed several inappropriate things and then immediately proceeded to tell me that the hotel is out of rooms with double beds, which means my husband and I would have to a single bed with our adult son (18 yo son), all 3 ults in one bed. I told her -absolutly not! She then asked me for my BonVoy membership, took my phone into her hand to verify it and held it for too long while casually chatting with her co-workers. Then, she seemed to magically find our room, which took a while, after my husband and my son walked up to me. She called my husband a sweetheart? and gave him a beer voucher because at that point we were all pissed with our painful check in experience. When we got to the room, it was extremely noisy, which we couldn't understand why. So looking closer at the windows, we immediately saw a huge gap along the entire side of the window - a giant open unsealed gap/space fac the main noisy road! 2 completely sleepless nights later (it was like sleeping ON the streets/road) we are finally out of this awful hotel! Never again! Train your staff to be respectful and professional! Seal your wondows! And actually KEEP your customers fully prepaid guaranteed reservations!

The only downside with the rooms is that there's no bathroom door - it's a sliding closet-type door that cannot be locked and provides no sound barrier to the room. Unlike other Marriotts, there are no microwaves in the room or even on the floor, nor are there ice machines. Ice must be taken up in a ziploc bag from the lobby. Parking was valet only and $58 a day. Street parking is not plentiful, and there are the typical parking regulations to watch out for. We opted for valet over worrying about the rental car, but it was a big added expense to our stay. Staff is super-accommodating and friendly. We never waited longer than a minute for an elevator regardless of the time of day or night. If you keep kosher, there are several dozen excellent dining choices within a 20 minute walk (and some just two minutes away!) and several synagogues to choose from.

The room was super cold upon entry. The heater did not work well. I caught a cold during my stay. The refrigerator in the room did not work well.

Biggest issue was not feeling taken care of. Room was not ready on time. The staff was also unwilling to help with an early check in because we booked through Expedia. And Expedia could not assist since the property took payment. So basically nobody would even try to help. I understand early check in is based on availability but to then. Not even check me in on time was ridiculous. Staff was just not accommodating as you would think for the zip code of the property. Very underwhelming

Arrived at 3 am after paying for the day before to find out no rooms available , no call no texts no emails nothing and had to go to a diff hotel for the night biggest mistake staying there

The service was unprofessional. First of all, they took for ever to check me in. Secondly, the hotel charged me twice for the deposit. And when I checked out they charged me five times for my stay, I contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel regarding the overcharged. The hotel is completely unprofessional.

Staff was amazing! I was able to do an early check in without any hesitation. Great service!

Check in personnel have an attitude. They double charge the deposit. My room lock ran out of battery. Stay stranded in the hallway for maintenance. The maintenance guy was very polite, really appreciate him.

So our stay at the Beverly Hills Marriot was very disappointing. We checked in at 10pm and then 45 minutes later we get someone knocking repeatedly on our door saying they are housekeeping to give us water (which we never asked for) and then 30 minutes after that we got a call to check if the room was occupied. These 2 instances made us very unsafe. And also when we checked in they never asked us for our ID, making the incident even more unsafe. And the next day they didn’t even clean our rooms and when we complained to them they said there is nothing they can do now. For compensation the property only said sorry we can only waive parking that’s it. Do not recommend this property as it made us unsafe and does not live up to the Marriott name.

Extremely friendly staff, not just only at the front desk, but also dining staff, housekeeping, and maintenance staff. They are kind, welcoming and they all have great customer service skills.

Despite being an avid Expedia member, I have rarely posted reviews but felt like this experience was so awful I had to share: I booked a hotel for a potential hire in town for an interview with our company and paid three times as much as it usually costs not knowing why. They cancelled the hotel room without warning at 9pm, just before his arrival. I didn\'t understand why and tried calling but couldn\'t get through to anyone. So I drove over myself and at the front desk they told me they made a mistake and overbooked the hotel and the room I paid for was no longer available. But, they had booked him a room at a sister hotel about a 15 minute drive away. I asked them multiple times: "are you sure his reservation is down at the Ace Hotel?" They said yes. So I texted the person the new hotel and went to sleep. Due to his plane arriving late he arrived at the new hotel at 2am. They told him they had no reservation under his name. He had to wander around the empty streets until he happened upon a motel where he spent the night. Complete and utter unprofessionalism from the Beverly Hills Marriott.

I had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel, just a short drive from Rodeo Drive, Hollywood, and Santa Monica. The staff was amazing, especially the valet team. Kevin was exceptional, always greeting us by name with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

I loved this hotel for many reasons! I slept so well, it was so nice and quiet during the day and late night, you can hear very light traffic in the evening but not much. We walked up Beverly drive (about 1/4 mile) and had breakfast at a corner bakery then walked up again later for a delicious dinner. I would definitely stay here again, so convenient off the 10 freeway Robertson exit, safe and convenient. It’s a great location if you want an easy 10 minute drive to West Hollywood and nice walk or very short drive to the heart of Beverly Hills. Wonderful staff, very attentive to our needs!

Property is dark; restaurant desperately needs an update (fabric is peeling off booths and benches). I believe they guy who checked me in pocketed one of my breakfast passes. The breakfast that I paid extra for was lousy - basically a glorified continental breakfast. The sink stand in my room was peeling and separating from the wood veneer. Disappointing overall. I will not go back to the Beverly Hills Marriott. I simply is not worth the money spent.

The place itself is nice. Valet parking is required and they don’t tell you but it’s $70. I think that’s expensive compared to most hotels. The restaurant is good, but $20 for fries is a lot. The stuff was nice. The area is nice because it’s Beverly Hills. Lots of restaurants to eat at. Good Mexican restaurant called Frida’s down the street.

Overall it was great especially the room layout and big seating by the window. I didn’t like the outdated coffee maker, should be Nespresso. I didn’t like that the room service was not free ( $5 charge just to deliver free ice from downstairs). Also, the in room dinner wasn’t that good

NOT LIKED: The bathrooms of this hotel DO NOT have locks..!! The housekeeping/cleaning staff DID NOT replace the soiled bath towels and hand towels for 2 days, there was NO towel in my room after the cleaning. Dining options in the hotel restaurant are very limited; and any worthwhile good restaurants are quite a walk from the hotel. Does not seem to be a real MARRIOTT Hotel. LIKED: Front office staff was good. Location of the hotel is good in Beverly Hills with attractions relatively nearby.
