I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything made for a really pleasant experience. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

The photos of the hotel look nice and the hotel facade is stunning, BUT… Concerning area of town—lots of homeless in this rea of town. The morning we checked out, we went down to valet our car and heard a woman screaming bloody murder outside the hotel. We gave a concerned look to the guy at the front desk, and he said, “Oh, I saw a girl get robbed earlier this morning, so you may want to stay inside while we get your car.” The thing that was most concerning to me was that this seemed like an everyday occurrence. There was no alarm or urgency to call 911. Also, I wasn’t thrilled to learn upon arrival that the only option for parking at the hotel is to valet for close to $60 a night. Wish this info had been on the hotel’s listing. Grateful we only stayed one night. Won’t be returning.
