The property was in a convenient place for the Peterson Museum and the Tar pits. The parking was terrible!!! Very limited and overnight they had a valet parking the cars in like sardines.

Great staff. Only issue was parking. First night no spots. Luckily the security person let us park in the EV spot. Breakfast was good. Overall condition of the property was excellent. I would stay there again if my travels bring me back to the area.

Property was pretty good. The AC unit in room 307 was a bit noisy but not enough to keep me awake. Parking was $15 a night, which isn’t bad considering there is a 24 hr security. But the parking is very limited. Would be much better if each motel unit had a parking space allocated to it.

Great option for specifically Anime Expo, walkable distance from one of the shuttle stops. They have limited parking spots so they will stack you. Consistent breakfast offered, security guard always there, great attentive staff.

Though the location was convenient for getting around to local eateries, the parking situation is incredibly difficult. I guess due to its hotel size and location, the maximum allowance for vehicles in their parking space was about 10ish cars- something that I am not used to when staying at hotels in LA/So-Cal. Overall I think this hotel is fine to stay in for short trips

Overall great experience again. I’d like to point that the gym equipment needs to be fixed- 3 machines : 1 treadmill ( middle ) does not work- walking interruption which is not safe, eliptical machine does squicky noise and the cable machine ( last one at the end ) - the cables don’t pull smoothly- they need to be replaced. In addition, it would be much appreciated if the breakfast will have a gluten free bread or bakery. Other than that, wonderful place to stay!

The hotel had a pretty decent gym and they served free breakfast which was really nice. It was very clean and spacious. It was also very close to all the spots in Koreatown. Would book this place again! I didn't like that I had to pay for parking but it wasn't expensive at all and very affordable.

All employees very friendly and helpful. Parking attendant vey friendly and professional. The only problem was that the parking it was over crowded to the point that cars were blocked in. We had to wait for the parking lot attendant to move two cars in order to exit our parking spot.

I stayed for 6 nights the end of year season. The price was pretty affordable even including free breakfast. All staffs at hotel were very nice and helpful. Also, it’s located in Korean Town where is convenient to travel around city. If I go to LA in the future, I would stay again. There rarely are super small ants and bugs here and there in a room, especially in a washroom. Please be mind when you choose this hotel. Otherwise, I liked here very much.

Loved it! My family and I have stayed at a few places around the LA area and this was the cleanest, the rooms are spacious, and it’s close enough to downtown LA. Definitely worth it!

Hotel room was overall very clean minus some mildew in the bathroom. Location is convenient, walkable to great food choices and shops. Good location. Parking was reasonable vs other hotels. Liked that security was at entrance. Would recommend

There was a bug crawler bug in the bathroom of the room we checked in. Wife and daughter are really scared and we asked to move to another room. The huge concern is lack of cleanliness and bug/pest extermination. I have a video recording taken too.

The Bad: the room smelled of urine. (room #321). When I took my shoes off, the carpet was damp. I thought the smell came from outside, but when I closed the window, the urine came from the room. When I told the front office I wanted to check out early, they did not ask about the reason. I appears that this may happen often. The staff was not friendly or attentive. The ladies at breakfast were very rude and would ignore you. (except for the Asian lady). She was very nice, smiled, and made sure the guests were comfortable. The hallways were hot an humid. There was no ventilation in the hallway. I get that the hotel was located in LA, but it was not clean, and and gross. The GOOD: The beds were comfortable (but the urine smell of the room caused me some anxiety). The bathroom was clean. The drains were clogged and it took a while for the water to drain. The sofa was comfortable (and clean). The coffee machine in the front office was awesome.

The first night the ac was very noisy and would turn on and off ( economy) so it was hard to sleep but the next morning I checked it and turned the constant fan on and problem solved ! Otherwise everything else was perfect for us!

Stayed here for the night during the weekday and had a great experience. The room was clean and nicely maintained, with comfortable beds and fresh sheets. The AC worked great and was quiet, which made for a good night’s sleep. I really liked the breakfast options and the clear menu display. Parking came with a small fee but was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was super helpful and the room comfortable and clean. The bathroom light had a motion censor that could not be turned off. So anytime we passed it would turn on. Outside street noise is pronounced until about 1am. The heater, which, admittedly, isn't likely to be used much in LA was a bit loud.

Pros: very close to where we needed to go. Felt safe in area and staff were absolutely kind and hardworking and amazing. Our room was spacious and accommodating. Cons: our beds were worn down; didn’t sleep very well due to the lumpy beds. The bathroom was nice but a deep cleaning in the sink and shower would be good. Overall, you get what you pay for, but I would definitely stay here again due to the excellent service of staff and area.

The staff was very nice, both the valet and the woman at the front desk. We were only there for a night and we checked in late and left early. They apparently didn’t receive or reservation from Expedia but were able to accommodate with an available room (the same one we booked) with proof of purchase from my Expedia app. Despite the error, the lady at the front desk was nothing but kind and helpful. We had a total of 3 adults and the 2 queen beds worked well for our sleep and go stay.

to be honest I never will come back to the hotel, Edward the guy that works in the front desk was very rude and had horrible customer service, the guy doesn't understand that he is the face of the hotel, Edward really needs training in how he can Treat the guests. it is too bad that people like him destroy the image of a Bunises.

BEWARE. The lady with the long hair that works overnight tried to scam me out of the $100 security deposit stating “smoke smell”. I have never once smoked in their rooms. This has been the second time she has attempted this. I have been coming here regularly for years and don’t have any issues with the rest of staff but this lady has an issue. She tried to go against their own security guard who even told her she was wrong. She has scammy behavior.

Crap hotel. You have to pay for parking overnight and you might not even get to park in the garage as it gets too full. Maid service sucks. I called twice in one day for toilet paper and towels, which never arrived. Staff is rude. And the beds have some weird tiny pillows that are hard to sleep with. Spend a little more and go somewhere nicer.

Great staff! Very friendly, desk , cleankng, and breakfast staff all very cool and kind. The roundabouts are walkable during daylight as everywhere in LA. The hotel is one block from wilshier Metro Station so My wife and I hit It to Santa Mónica one day, and Warner Bros another day. Parking Lot and lobby entrance have security guard 24/7, room very clean, (they clean It daily which was amazing for todays standard) , We definitely gonna feel secure and comfy here , we Will get back here on our Next travel to LA. Thank You guys!

Staff is excellent. Friendly. Very clean. Extremely centrally located. Only a bit noisy outside (hotel has no influence over this of course). Nice breakfast and very good cleaning service. I did not park but rates are very reasonable. Dining options are plentiful and nice. Safe area. Walgreens nearby. Will definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here many times and always enjoy it. The location is perfect for the things I like to do in the area, and it’s just a short walk to the subway, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood can feel a bit sketchy in one direction, but head the other way a block or two and it’s really nice. The hotel is always clean, the rooms are fairly large, and it’s consistently a pleasant stay. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

The staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The area around the hotel was over run with homeless people, a guy was injecting durgs on the sidewalk across the street. I understand the hotel can't controll the area it is in but i wouldn't fell safe walking around there.

The hotel was clean, and our north-facing room had a good view of the Hollywood sign and Griffith Observatory. The hotel was right next to buses and is a short walk from Wilshire-Vermont subway station. The free breakfast had good options, too. There were a lot of restaurants and a pharmacy and other shops in close range, as well. Overall it was a pleasant stay, and a good choice if you're using public transit.

We stayed at this Best Western Plus LA Midtown location near Koreatown. The concierge desk and support staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to popular attractions like Universal studios, the Broad/MOCA, and Arts District by Uber or car in under 30minutes. Koreatown is your main area with lots of Korean spas and places to eat. It was central enough to visit other parts of downtown LA without having to deal with LA traffic. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch with simple hot classics that change daily. Overall the structure itself was a bit dated, smoke-free (though some reviews mentioned smoke) and quiet for a busy area. I would stay there again for the savings. Thank you BW staff.

We loved our overall all stay, especially since the hotel was affordable over 4th of July weekend. Our room was pretty clean as well. I took 1 star away for the breakfast area. The area was incredibly warm/hot with barely any air flow making it hard to enjoy eating breakfast in there. You'd be better off taking the food back to your room.
