Room was comfortable but just little things that were irritating about the hotel. It takes a long time to get an elevator. One morning it took 20-25 minutes just to get to the lobby. The front desk was not that helpful and told us to take the service elevator. We did that and did not know different service elevators take you to different floors. In the end, one of the service guys had to help us. Consistently took around 10 minutes to get an elevator from the gym down to the room floors. One evening we ran out of shower gel and the front desk told us the entire hotel had ran out. How can a 4 star hotel run out of shower gel! Check in was great though and was able to provide a connecting room for our family.

It's a nice enough hotel, but the parking situation is terrible. The only option is a very expensive valet. I should have checked this before booking. I won't stay here again. They also charge a resort fee for each day you are there.

Great hotel in a great location. So convenient to have the shopping center right next door and another big one just down the street. Be aware that there is a $25 resort fee but you also get a $25 credit at the restaurant and some other perks (Grammy museum entry, yoga class) so it wasn’t a big deal. The breakfast buffet was really good. Gave the property condition 3 stars because while we were there the fancy elevator tablets that they use instead of regular up/down buttons were malfunctioning in the lobby causing huge pile ups of people trying to get to their rooms. They worked fine on all the other floors. Just not the lobby.

This is a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. Unless you do Valet, parking stinks. The only self parking option is a facility next door that is a shared space with a strip mall.

This is a great property in a perfect location. If I had one critique, it's their elevator card scanning kiosks. Unnecessarily complex, and eliminates any value from automatic check-in ('cause you still need to wait in line to get a key or you cant get to your floor),

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Grand in DTNLA. The beds were soft and comfortable. The rooms were immaculate. I especially enjoyed having a bar/restaurant downstairs. I will definitely be staying here again.

There was a strong odor in the hallway (likely from the carpets), dirty bathrooms with an unclean shower curtain, and we found long black hairs in the bed, which we were concerned about whether the sheets had been changed. Multiple coworkers that were also staying in the hotel shared similar complaints. However, the staff were very accommodating and professional. Staff = A++

We had an amazing trip, the only thing that could’ve been better was the condition of our room. It was extremely dusty, and hadn’t looked like it had been wiped down in a while, so I had to wipe it down myself. There was also something on the sheets on one of the beds. But we had an amazing experience with staff, as well as the restaurant was phenomenal!

Our room was right next to the elevator- very noisy at night. We reserved for a room for 3 adults - sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Bathroom is very tiny But the location was awesome with so many dining places within walking distance. Valet parking fee is excessive

My husband and I went to a concert at crypto Arena. We stayed here and we were very happy with our stay. This is a beautiful hotel and it is very fancy. The bed was so comfortable. It was in walking distance of a lot of things and we will stay here again.

First time staying at a Sheraton hotel. Because it’s an established hotel. Expected a luxury type hotel seeing how it’s a Sheraton I thought I was going to experience a much better stay than any other hotels I’ve stayed at. The front desk had excellent customer service very nice and friendly. Got to the room which was two queen beds for 3 people. Bathroom only had one set of towels so had to call room service for towels. I tried to take a shower but only hot I mean really hot water came out. So I called room service again and they will have someone from maintenance stop by to check it out. No one came to drop off the towels. The maintenance guy came said he would open “it” up to see why there’s no cold water. Later he says that we have to wait 2-3 min for the cold water to come out. That seems like a waste of water but that’s the only way to have a good temp. Mind you there’s 3 of us and we’d have to wait a couple of mins for the cold water?! As much as we paid for this hotel I swear I would’ve stayed at a holiday inn or best western. Also there’s no elevator fr the hotel to get to the parking garage you have to go outside to the plaza and go to an elevator that takes you to the parking garage! So inconvenient. Walking pass people who are eating outside the plaza with all your luggage to get to the parking garage I don’t get it. Plus I asked regarding breakfast I was told by room service that we can order but we would have to go downstairs to pick up the food?!

Centrally located, with easy transport and eating options. Room and bed comfortable, good selection of toiletries. We left one of our mobile phones in the taxi thay dropped us off at the hotel and we are so appreciative of the concierge who helped me to track it down and get it back safely within a very stressful three hours. Cannot be thankful.enough, the concierge is a credit to the hotel. We would onsider staying again if we ever revisit Los Angeles.

Located adjacent to The Bloc shopping and dining center, this property is convenient for a visit in DTLA. I stayed here as a solo female traveler. I felt very safe at the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the elevator requires your key and floor selection prior to operating. The area around the hotel is very pleasant to walk around at daytime but as a solo traveler here to see a show it was a little sketchy at night. This is probably true of most of DTLA post-covid and beyond the hotel control. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The valet parking shares the parking structure below with The Bloc. I was able to get a slight discount via Expedia. I would recommend this hotel for excellent location, service and amenities (but there is no pool only downside).

Had to wait a long time to place my order at the restaurant down below. Although I was seated earlier than others those were seated late, the attended served them first ignoring me. Service could have been more attentive. I had to walk out without having my breakfast.
