instead of camping in our camper last night,.decided to splurge and book a hotel with a hot tub....but the hot tub was cold and the steamroom doesn't work. The attendant said it takes 15 minutes for the steam I turned it on and got in the sauna while it heated up. I waited 40 minutes and no steam. She said the Hot Tub stops heating at 10pm. I got in it around 9:15, it was probably 65ddegrees.deReally a bummer.

Only issue was the parking! They had me park outside my whole stay since the entrance of the parking was under construction! I had to make 3 trips in the middle of the night to take out my stuff from the car to the room! Beside that the room was great and the stay was great too!

Clean, having daily housekeeping was a pleasant surprise! Old building with lots of odd noises in the middle of the night. Staff was fairly friendly. Very nice common areas.

Property is really outdated, looks like they tried doing a “4renovation” consisting on painting over really old furniture. Bad chemical smell from the use of excessive carpet cleaner to mask the old dirty carpets. Old TV. On the good side, staff was very friendly and the bathroom looked better than the rest if the room.

This is a great place to stay in Mammoth. It’s very central, and there are many restaurants in walking distance. It’s also about 5 minutes from Eagle chair which is great if you are hitting the mountain. The staff were friendly, the space was immaculate with daily visits from housekeeping, and we even got a free upgrade to the loft suite which was an unexpected but greatly appreciated surprise. We also enjoyed the hot tub and pool table amenities. Will definitely stay here again, 10/10 recommend.

This was an excellent stay. Comfortable bed, excellent location and friendly staff. The only thing that would have made it a perfect stay would have been air conditioning. The fan was welcome but air con would have been fantastic to have during the heat.

Had room 91 on the ground level. Heard the walking in the room above, The windows faced the street but had trees in front of them so no view. No AC and could not get the room cooled down. The bed sank somewhat in the middle which was not a huge problem for one person and the bedding would have been great if the room had been cool.

The rooms were older and it was hot. There was a little fan in the room but it didn’t help much. The tv didn’t work either. The staff were great and we were literally the only guests. There was a cute little jacuzzi/sauna and showers downstairs.

Stay was comfortable and cozy. Tom was really great and so helpful. The spa and sauna were very relaxing and it was really nice they had a gym as we got snowed in during our stay. Will be booking here again definitely.

Our overall stay was lovely, but we encountered a recurring issue with Room 213 that needs attention. The door does not lock properly and, on one occasion, it opened on its own. This was especially concerning as my wife was changing in the room at the time and was unaware that the door had opened, as it is silent when doing so. We brought this matter to the attention of a gentleman at the reception, but unfortunately, he didn’t seem very attentive to the issue. This is something that should be addressed promptly for the safety and privacy of future guests.

I had booked a room thinking the jacuzzi , the gym , the steam room and morning breakfast was available We got in from Yosemite late and exhausted The woman on the phone said no one would be there after 11p , we arrived at 10:30p and no one was at the front desk, we then woke up the next morning and no breakfast no gym no steam room , nothing was functioning Or available, we were disappointed, However I asked about the breakfast and the young lady said they weren’t serving breakfast so she recommended “the stove” restaurant served great breakfast And they did!! that was the highlight of my mammoth stay , if you’re in mammoth go to the stove it’s awesome !!! I will go back to mammoth but will not be staying at mammoth creek unless they fix their equipment!!

I was expecting more after reading the good reviews. There was no air conditioning available, just a fan to put in the window. Super close to another building where the lights were on all night, but we couldn’t close the blinds because we needed the fan. Carpet was loose and had a large bump in it. No breakfast available. Broken hot tub.
