The hotel was excellent coverall, but the check out is at 11:00 am and the pool is not open until 10:00 am. Would be great if the pool is open more early to be able to enjoy the pool before tou check out.

I saw others were offered water when they were checked in. I was not granted I am glad they let me check in early and for what I paid I guess it was a good value. The pool was awful. It’s inside and I wouldn’t use it for the price I guess it was a decent place and it was close to the venue that I attended, which was what I wanted.

the staff was very nice, the room nice and big BUT, the blinds didn't work, couldn't open them. The fan in the bathroom didn't work. The worst part: wanted to use the pool, hours are posted from 10 am til 10 pm. At 10:05 am the janitorial staff STARTED to change the filter, told us it'll take 1 hour. At 11:30 am we were told it'll take another 30 - 45 minutes.... that was disappointing. I specifically booked at this hotel due to a Pool available

Great customer service. Costco & Walmart nearby to get gas & snacks. Not much else around there but inside hotel was clean & rooms are comfortable. Indoor heated pool is great. Area around hotel isn’t the best but we enjoyed our stay.

We chose this property because it had an indoor pool. The pool area was clean and tidy. The pool was small and only four feet deep, great for small children, but not deep enough for me.

During our stay we were very surprised on how filthy our carpet in our room was. It was so bad we had to keep our shoes on the entire time. When walking to the elevator we noticed it was just as bad. Our window was fogged up between the double pain window do to condensation that has dried up. I would like a refund for my stay. Our lock to our front door malfunctioned so we had to wait 20 minutes for maintenance to come unlock our door. This weasel not a great experience and will never stay at this location again. I’m a pretty fair person but this is unacceptable.

We had to figure out where the elevator was ourselves. As soon as we walk in the room theres a strong odor and bathroom was worse couldn’t figure out why it wreaked. Carpet has big blue stains everywhere, corner wall on top has big spider web, bathroom has stains in the tub around the walls. Bathroom sink water did not drain well either. We paid $157 for the night I guess we could have asked to switch but didnt bother going through with that hassle. They shouldn't even be renting this room in that condition period. Sheets and towels were the only things that looked clean. Its too bad because everything is close to this place food, costco, gas stations.

The check-in at the front desk was fine. The young lady was nice. The room has a host of issues. The security deadbolt on the door doesn’t lock. There are no bath towels in the room, only hand towels and washcloths. There aren’t any extra blankets or pillows in the standalone wardrobe. In general the room and bathroom are dingy, and definitely in need of a good cleaning and sanitizing - which would help eliminate the residual odor that lingers in the room. Essentially I don’t feel safe because I’m in the first room on the first floor and the security bolt doesn’t work. I’m a germaphobe so don’t like the dirtiness or smell in the room. The TV offers a few local channels only. The ‘free’ WiFi asks you to sign up for marketing junk and a rewards club to get a decent speed and connectivity for free, or to sit through an advertising schpiel to get a barely functioning free version.

My room deadbolt didn't work but didn't discover until we got back to the room at midnight. Ended up propping up the luggage rack and ironing board in front of the door to feel more secure. Bathroom was not in the greatest shape. Rust on door frame, grout very dirty.

First, the good: The beds were comfortable. The There was an extra sink and counter where the microwave and small refrigerator were located that made it easy to fix and wash things. The room was a large size. As far as we could tell, the refrigerator wasn't noisy, as sometimes happens. The couch and carpet seemed a bit dated, but clean. The not-so-good: We were on the side facing the very nearby highway. The windows must be single-paned because the traffic was very loud and it was difficult to sleep, even after midnight and apparently the trucks all head down the freeway at 5:30 am. If we had been on the other side of the hotel, facing away from the highway, we might not have noticed so much noise.

The place is fine, nothing special. The indoor pool is a nice to have. However, the internet is completely useless. The speed is less than 1 Mbps and cell service is terrible. In this day and age, there is no excuse for internet to be that bad.

Loved the level of service provided by staff. They were repaving the parking lot during our stay, there were signs everywhere about the paving and what to expect. Staff did everything they could to make things painless for the guests. Everyone was friendly and helpful. There were several homeless folks in the area, I was glad for the extra security at night. Would recommend they continue their upgrades with the installation of vinyl flooring to replace the worn carpet in the rooms.

Check in process was extremely slow! I reserved a 2 queen suite in Febuary for a concert. When we finally get to our room someone else was already in it. I was told they were still cleaning rooms and gave me no eta as when 1 would be available. I was offered a king with a fold out couch. Assuming couch was a double I took it. Turns out it was not big enough for 2 adults to sleep on. After the concert I checked with a different front desk clerk and explained the situation. Unfortunately they were all booked and couldn't give us another room to accommodate. She was extremely apologetic! She was only able to scrounge up 2 crib mattresses and extra bedding. So my 6ft 8in brother in law slept on the floor. Deb, the following morning did what she could to set things right. This estimate just didn't seem to be prepared for the event that was in town. I will say room and property were very clean. Great complimentary breakfast.

The property wasn’t able to offer an early check in on a Sunday, and then had only one staff member checking in a long line of customers at midnight who had attended a local, well-publicized, music festival. Overall, the facility is well-worn. It didn’t appear that the room andhallway carpets had been cleaned in some time.

Doors don’t lock and I was not the only one who had this problem. When I called they told me I had to try my best to make it close and lock and did not come check on my complaint at all. Additionally, had problems checking in and due to front desk having little English, they didn’t understand.

We booked this property based on its excellent reviews. Upon check-in, I waited 15 minutes before someone arrived at the front desk, though the staff member was pleasant. We noticed that the side hotel doors were propped open with tiny shampoo bottles, even though they were supposed to be locked and required a room key for entry. In the morning, we saw many homeless people getting breakfast in the hotel lobby. The parking lot felt unsafe at night, with people parking, walking around with flashlights, and lurking. Based on my experience, I will not stay here again. My friends who live north of Marysville mentioned that the Walmart across the street is also dangerous. This is just my personal observation from my stay at this hotel.

The Hotel and Rooms are very nice and it's in a convenient location. However, that convenient location is right next to the freeway. There was also a number of homeless people congregating near the front entrance when we arrived.

Toilet backed up twice. Not all lights worked. Several usb connections did not work. Had to contact desk regarding TV programming. Ran out of food for breakfast on our last day (Sunday). Door to bathroom squeaked both opening and shutting.

The location was good, and the process for checking in went well. Upon opening the room door, found the cleaning rag on the floor. There were no towels in the bathroom, and the television had no signal. Water was tepid, it said infused with lemon which was so bland. Poor fare offered for the breakfast buffet. The waffles were good. The location to my event was good as well.
