Hotel can stand for the carpets to be clean. The toilet is leaning and the room set up is odd. The couch has snags in it. the exercise room water dispenser is disgusting. Staff did not greet us upon entry or departure. Housekeeping pass by and don’t say hello. Overall, Staff can be friendlier and hotel can be cleaner.

I was sad to learn that the pool and hot tub were nothing but concrete holes when we showed up. We had been depending on using the amenities after a long drive and there was nothing that indicated they were going to be down. The elevator also made some interesting sounds that made us feel like we were going to end up stuck in it, so much so my son ended up taking the stairs for the remainder of our stay. At least the check in was seamless.

The dang elevator is not working. They put you in the third floor which you’d think is okay and no big deal until you come down and you see an older lady almost catching her last breaths just trying to make it up the stairs. Bad at multiple level to have a hotel with broken elevator.

The room had plenty of space, had a small fold out in the chair for an additional bed which was nice for our kids to sleep separately. Bed’s weren’t the most comfortable and pillows were flat, but overall was a great stay. Enjoyed the indoor pool and the price was decent.

A roach was found in the bathroom. Also rating is low because of two other reasons. I received an email which indicated the pool would be closed for repairs and cleaning while we were there, so no bathing suits were taken. Surprise to us, the pool was open but without swimwear my family was unable to use it. The other reason was the elevator. Some of the time, there was a loud siren of sorts that sounded and almost every time, it shook while moving.

Great stay with nice pool and jacuzzi. Staff were helpful specially the maintenance guy. Great location, just by the highway with loads of shopping center around. Things to approve maybe include complementary breakfast and condition of the elevator.

My pillows literally smelled like someone’s bum. I honestly don’t know if the linens were changed. I tried to communicate with the hotel, but they never responded. The shower was pointing towards the bathroom when I turned it on, so it got all over the floor. There was hair everywhere.

It was an amazing visit. Angel went above and beyond with his customer service. He helped me out not once but twice. What started out as a bad situation was turned around because of his help, kindness and obvious love of his job. He seems to really care about The Guest.

The property was fine, but the front staff were often away from the desk chatting with friends or co-workers. My sliding glass door also broke, but the maid worked really hard to find something to put in the track to make sure that it couldn't be opened from the inside. So, good and poor staff, I guess! Another negative was that the bistro was advertised to be open until 10:30pm, but closed at 9pm on a Saturday.

I didnt like how when i extended an extra day i was charged hotel prices for the extra day stay instead of the price i paid for my original reservation through Expedia after being told by the lady working the front desk the prices were the same. First night $183 second night $230? After being told i would have to switch to another room to accommodate the 2nd night stay i was rushed by 9am out the room so it could be serviced.During the switch i had left behind a pair of shoes. i didnt realize this till the following morning. Contacted the front desk about this he went and checked- no shoes? I had a room with 2 queen size beds and both were slept in. I had left my shoes on the side of the bed next to the wall. Housekeeper doing her job making that bed had to see them in the space between the bed and wall.The guy working the front desk even checked to see if they were turned in. Nothing. Do a price adjustment for the over charge on the room and return my shoes.

Super clean!! The staff was very nice, bistro employees were very attentive & the overall service was great! On our last day the power went out for a couple hours which was..not great but also not the end of the world, enjoyed the stay here (: would come again due to the cleanliness — only downside is how dead it is around the hotel but its a good pitstop for people on long roadtrips!
