Updated airport hotel. Good value; appreciate Noon checkout. Lots of lobby seating for quick meetings. Full Starbucks in lobby is a huge plus!

This property was beautiful , professional , courteous staff , and close location to airport with a shuttle that we did use and was very convenient! Room was very nice with plush bedding . Restaurant on site was excellent food and service . The indoor pool and hot tub was a wonderful retreat at the end of a long day and in a relaxing setting with nice cushioned seating and loungers . There was nice music being played in the pool area as well . I would highly recommend this property .

Clean and attractive property. Possibly the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Starbucks and a sit down restaurant in the lobby. Waking area, swimming pool and workout room. Close to the airport. Great value.

Nice property. Rooms are adequate. Nothing fancy. Indoor pool is nice. Parking fee a bit steep for non valet. A lot of airport traffic right in front of hotel.

While we loved our stay there were some unexpected hidden charges. We were charged a couple of extra taxes that were not mentioned in the reservation. As well there was a $48 charge to park our car which is absolutely disgusting.

We had a lovely time. The restaurant was great, the indoor pool and hot tub was amazing. We loved the extra touches, robe, lavender, etc. Thank you. Only one issue, I think the pool and hot tub need to be monitored better by staff, kids were running and racing in the pool, eating in the pool area and in the hot tub without a parent in the hot tub with them.

Decent airport hotel. I stayed one night. Restaurant/bar was closing literally as I was checking in (10? 10:30?) and the pool, hottub, etc. had closed at I think 9? It's unfortunate that an airport hotel would choose not to offer more layover-friendly hours for their amenities, especially because it's situated in the middle of nowhere. It's not like I could just walk to the corner to get something to eat. I guess I could've ordered delivery, or bought a bag of chips from the front desk? But this must be a really common experience - why haven't they thought this through from the guest's perspective? Anyways, the room was fine. Bathroom was old but refreshed in kind of an odd way - they added a rainhead shower into an old bathtub, but it wasn't built-in, so you have to be really short to use it comfortably. Again - totally adequate but not something I'd actively seek out. I was not unhappy with my stay overall, and depending on price I would possibly stay overnight there again some time. But I wouldn't specifically recommend it as an amazing choice.

This is my go to airport when in San Francisco when I overnight before I move onto destinations unknown. The staff is amazing, the hotel is clean and well staffed, a great pool, and the views are outstanding if you like to watch planes, takeoff and land.

I have to ask everything incl. airport shuttle service etc. The carpet in the room was dirty. The double bed was smaller than other hotels. The room isolation was bad so we can hear every talk of the neighboring rooms and people walking by on the hallway.

Everything was fantastic! Staff was polite and helpful, room was clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend staying here, we’ll be back for sure!

The hallway smells, the pool water is dirty, there's bubbles floating on top, we called it the "forever bubbles" because those bubbles was floating around for the entire duration of our stay. The bathtube was yellow, the AC stopped working, and to top it off, parking is $48 per day, not including the resort fee.

Not upholding the Westin standard. Property was well worn, dingy and unkempt and badly in need of renovations. Staff were dismissive. Beds are bumpy and everything were worn including old dingy towels that I skipped the showers and showered in the airport lounge. I couldn’t wait to get out. Terrible smell. Will never ever stay here. Might as well be a motel 6. I was very irritated being here coz I’m particular about where I lay my head. Do better.

Paid for a room “upgrade”. Room didn’t look like it had been cleaned or stayed in for a week because the dust was so thick on surfaces it was visible on practically everything. Air exchange just pours dust out the vents, dust all over headboard, glass table, TV, literally everywhere. Change your filters. Either than this it was fine I suppose.

The fridge in the room was not cleaned out, so it had leftovers from the previous guests when we checked into the room.

Room was clean and comfortable. Liked that shower had wall mounted dispenser bottles. Had a mini fridge, coffee maker (disposable tray with coffee grounds plastic packaged) with two reg and one decaf trays. No creamers. Microwave available for use downstairs in lobby. View was of a roof and some industrial buildings and parking lots. I opted to not get housekeeping during 3 night stay. Furniture was old and a little beat up. Laptop sized safe in closet. Had normal hangers. Appreciated free airport shuttle. Friendly front desk. Decent functional bar, not upscale or anything fancy. Did not eat in restaurant, got outside delivery instead. Elevators need key card to operate which is nice safety feature. Gym was nicely maintained and had good towel amenities (reg towels and refrigerated moist towels). Did not try indoor pool or hot tub but looked nicely kept from gym windows.

Hotel definitely needs a refresh and clean. The carpeting in our room was filthy, there was dried blood on the bathroom door. Thankfully we were only there for about five hours since we had an early flight.

Close to SFO, great walking/running path near the water, beautiful view of the bay, clean hotel, staff was friendly

Very slow check in. Waited in line too long. The room is old and dated and just not presentable. The furniture is chipped. Just looks tacky. Bathroom is super basic and looks old.

Nice heaven bed.

Very good stay. Biggest issue in my opinion is wifi in rooms needs to be updated.

Third floor seems to be the guests with children floor. Woken up several times from crying babies. Really strained our stay.

Major problems with WiFi

Booked this hotel for an early morning SFO flight departure. However, next time I will stay at an airport hotel farther to the east on Bayshore road. (farther from the airport departure runways. This Westin is WAAY too close to departure runways 1L and 1R. From our room ( 528 ), we could hear the roar of jets' takeoff thrust all evening until about 1:00 AM local.

I’ve stayed at this property before and I’ve enjoyed it. However, on this visit, my room was not serviced any of the days I stayed there. When I came back the first evening and noticed the room was not serviced, I contracted the front desk and told them. And, of course, I expected it to be serviced the following day. And I mentioned it to the front desk when I left for the day. When I arrived back the following evening to see that my room wasn’t serviced again, I contacted the front desk and they asked if I signed up for housekeeping. I found that to be a very odd comment. I stay in hotels every couple weeks and that has never been the case. Regardless, they apologized but I was disappointed. Also, despite paying for parking, the lot was completely full and I couldn’t find a spot. I had to park in Staff parking. Not the visit I was hoping for.

The front staff were rude and not well trained

We had a late, after midnight, arrival. The front desk staff (Roy), was quick and efficient and pleasant.

11:30pm: Man tried getting into my room, profanity laced statements from this man. It woke up and scared my daughter. 11:40pm, Man leaves and comes back, i assume with hotel management this time, and they try to continue to swipe key and get into room. I ask, "who is it". They leave. 12:00am...front desk calls me, asking who i am, accusing me i\'m in the wrong room. I wasn\'t. Daughter was too scared to go back to sleep, woke up at 4am for flight. I did speak w/ front desk informing them of this issue (the next day), to make sure they learn from this, someone was going to call me back. That did not happen. Failures on many levels here. 1 star.

Great staff .

The service was excellent from check in to dining. The beds and linen were very comfortable. The restaurant had plenty of great options at a decent rate considering being in SF and at a hotel. Will be staying here again! The prompt shuttle service and location by the airport was a huge plus.

Parking was horrible, multiple parking, lots full. Service at the front desk was very unfriendly. Zero interaction.

Well everything seemed okay at first they even gave me comp for parking which was $41 a night I stayed for two day Fri-sun but when I got back home Monday afternoon I checked my credit card balance and noticed they charged me $57 for something called a discovery destination now I’m not really stressing off the $57 but it’s how they implemented this into my stay so they comped my room and yes I went through a third party bookings app to book my room but never did it state anything of destination fee the manager who I have to admit was nice and professional gave me these coupons which was $12 coupon to eat at the restaurant and a glass of wine whenever I felt the need to drink.well I’m now a drinker and I only used these coupons for food when I checked out for breakfast so basically I paid $57 for $12 coupons for the restaurant when I explained that I never asked of this fee they told me it’s on the app that I booked if they didn’t want this I should’ve checked no so even tho nice and professional I feel I got stung and left feeling unhappy I went there to relax for a getaway if I knew I was going to get suckered into extra charges I could’ve just stayed at motel 6 where you pay for what you truly want. So when I looked at it I paid $460 two days for room $84 for parking and $57 for the destination fee which the food was mediocre would’ve been better food going to IHOP SO FOR TWO DAYS and one order of salty chorizo and burned eggs turned to me paying $610 not worth it

This hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport and has Starbucks. The only thing is hotel service is not up to par I called the front desk and requested something to be brought up to my room and it never came so I would suggest that the hotel staff be more attentive to their guest.

Hotel is near SFO and not too far from the city center.

Few meters away to the seashore which is good and location is very convenient to the airport especially offering a free shuttle bus to airport. For passengers are very good choices.

Located conveniently near airport, but far from any well lighted parks or shopping.

Close to the airport and across the street from Bayfront Park access. Westin Heavenly beds are always a welcome treat.

Very convenient. The shuttle for the airport was the reason that I booked. Shuttle service every 15 minutes starting at 4:00 AM

There is no room service so you better eat dinner before you check in. They have snack machines in the lobby.

Shamefully overpriced, specially the $38 pp borderline continental breakfast.

well organised and good restaurant both staff and food

Stayed here for 1 night as my family and I had early flights the next day. It just seem like a ripoff they would charge you $38 per person for what looked like a low end continental + breakfast. plus specially after we paid $300 for a room. We weren’t even told about the $38 pp until we got the bill. Should have not trusted them. If we knew we would have gone to the Starbucks right there in the lobby for ‘acceptable’ coffee. Just ridiculously over priced for my state. So they offered us free wine coupon, to which we dont drink!?? plus they offered a $13 dollar food or drink coupon but it was just for 1 person, we were 3 adults.Skip this place, or at least ask questions about pricing and research the place better than we did.

I love the ability to walk across the street to the Bayfront, and walk to great restaurants near the airport/Bayfront/Westin.The Salmon Egg White Omelette and Fruits & Berries were delicious in the hotel restaurant! Provided me with 2 complimentary promotional coupons for the hotel restaurant. Great service from staff.

A very nice and conveniently located property near the airport. The restaurant, ala-carte menu is great. The breakfast buffet is vastly over-priced at $38 per person! Additionally, they charge $24 for parking - even for a very short visit!

Excellent hotel at SFO airport, 5 minutes shuttle ride from terminals. We stayed for 1 night as we had connecting flight. Rooms were very comfortable, restaurant was great for dinner., lots of choice and very tasty.

The restaurant food was very expensive. They had $22 for pancakes.

Quite convenient shuttle from the airport. The room is spacious and clean. The hotel has a nice gym and a decent swimming pool. Dining is also at reasonable price with large portions. Happy with the stay.
