Their pool doesn’t allow children, 21+ which means is not fair .

The rooms were really nice. Note that pool is ONLY for 21 and over. So don’t bring your kids to swim. The town is nothing special.

Property had EV charging available.

Our room was beautiful and spacious, and the pool area was incredible. There is a small cafe on the first floor which was a really nice bonus, and parking was abundant. The ID requirement to enter the pool was inconvenient, but I'd imagine casino-goers sometimes try to access the hotel pool. The lobby area smells of cigarettes from the casino portion of the building, and the hotel gym was closed for renovation, which was a disappointment for us.

The hotel and staff are great. Disappointing so many things are closed—gym & spa, buffet & cave, Food court.

No kids allowed in the pool

Comfortable beds and friendly staff but if you are going for the pools, beware of the very limited evening hours and food service hours. Very disappointing to have a pool close at 7pm on a weekend night and food service end at 5pm!

Only bad thing is kids could stay but could not get in the pools.

In the middle of summer 102 degree heat and the pool closes at 7pm. At 7pm its still 92 ddegrees.

Very nice property with expected amenities. Room was comfortable and quiet. Size was wonderful, mattress firm, but not hard. Hotel is far away enough away from casino to not have noise. Location is off the beaten path so traffic noise is not an issue; ample parking.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The staff was friendly and the service overall was decent. Cleanliness seemed alright at first, but we unfortunately discovered a bed bug in our room as we were getting ready for bed. To the manager’s credit, they acted quickly by relocating us to a different room. However, the only compensation offered was a luggage transfer service, which felt underwhelming given the situation. While we appreciated the prompt response, the experience definitely impacted our overall comfort and impression of the property.

Spotless room and courteous staff

The hotel was spotless. One of the nicest & cleanest hotels Ive ever stay in. Everything looked brand new. Thank you PALA.

Nice rooms, very clean and spacious

The entire hotel smelled horrible like smoke cigarette smoke cigar smoke. I smelled all different types of animals pets. It was awful and I know I never would have stayed there. The hotel was absolutely way too expensive to be experiencing this type of discomfort. Also, I was on the eighth floor and for two consecutive days. The lobby on the eighth floor was full of trash. I complained to the front desk and only the day that I checked out, did they clean it?

The room was spotless and we appreciated the beautiful mountain view even if it was somewhat obscured by the parking garage. Plus we won at the casino! Casino staff were also courteous and professional.

Didn’t like that my room was not serviced daily went front desk was told that my infor to opt in for room service was not put in the system and when it was cleaned it was not as cleaned as it was when I first arrived they didn’t deposed the empty cups, empty trash bags just didn’t seem as fresh as frost arrived also all my coffee station was not fully stock after the they cleaned

Room was spacious and clean

The room and bathroom are not clean. There are hairs everywhere, in the bathroom and on the counter. Toilet is so dirty with brown color marks on the seat cover. The ice tong is dusty. It’s so gross that we can’t wait to check out.

The hotel/casino definitely smells like smoke so did one of our rooms- not appealing at all.

The location was convenient for a wedding weekend, however, the overnight stay itself was not the best. The pillows were so thick we had to sleep without any pillows. Then, I believe it was the air vent, would make very loud noises suddenly throughout the night that woke us each time. The room was very clean but unfortunately not comfortable for rest. :/

Mountain view was disappointing, overlooked the parking garage. Pretty awful.

We reserved Mountain View. They gave us parking structure view. I asked the receptionist about it she said that’s what the area was called because the surrounding was mountains. 🤔😂that’s the only complaint.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean and mostly comfortable, but there were a few issues we weren't expecting in a 4 star hotel. There was no luggage rack, which isn't a requirement but it's noted when there isn't one you have to place your luggage on the bed when you unpack. The storage space in the bathroom wasn't great, and there was only one small shelf in the shower which was inconvenient. The Wi-Fi was glitchy. It did connect, but it was slow. We appreciated that there were plugs and USB C plug ins on each side of the bed. The delay at check in was the biggest issue. I understand it was a busy weekend, but an hour after check in time and our room wasn't ready? We arrived 30 minutes before check in, paid, and were told our room wasn't ready. Ok. It's not 4pm check in yet. But...it wasn't ready until 5pm, with no offer to comp anything for the inconvenience or to alert us when it was ready by calling or texting; we had to keep checking back with the front desk and standing in line to do so, which was frustrating. I was even more annoyed when I learned that the person next to us at 3:40pm who threw a fit over the delay was promptly provided his room. So apparently the delay was only for the people who didn't throw a fit? While we had an overall mostly positive experience, it didnt wow us and as the hotel is a little out of the way, there was nothing about our stay that would motivate us to drive past the Pechanga to stay here again.

Room was very nice and spacious.

The room had an amazing view of the pool And stage area. Enjoyed the big bathtub and the complimentary lotion , shampoo, etc. The size of the bottle was bigger then most other places.

Sleeping rooms are very dark. More light please. Enjoyed the size of room and bathroom!

I didn't like that I was checked in after 4 pm ...We arrived at 2 pm...front desk said the room was not ready I understood becAuse we had arrived early...I was told to come back at 3:30 we did and the room was not ready..came back at 4 pm not ready ... again at 4:15 not ready... finally around 4:30 they called me when it was ready ..The front desk was not apologetic...

The employee at checkin, Justin, went above and beyond to assist us and the rest of my family members with our rooms

Everything was good. However, the second night we stayed, our keys weren’t working and we had to go back down to the receptionist to get our keys reactivated. The receptionist said that the keys were only programmed for one night. The receptionist was polite and fixed it for us.

We had confirmed reservations. Reason for the stay was to attend a wedding 20 mins away. On our way to the wedding, I stopped by the hotel (Pala) to see if there was a chance to pre-check, this was at 2:00 pm but was told that check in was at 4:00, rooms weren’t ready and I could not check in early. Since I had my luggage with me, I decided to leave it with guest services until I returned from the wedding thinking I would not run into any issues at check in. Sadly, when I returned at 9:30 pm (before the 10:00 registration deadline), the front desk clerk named Mia took my id and when to get her manager, Oliver. By far the worst customer service from these two I have ever experienced. Oliver let’s me know that the hotel is overbooked by 17 rooms and my (confirmed) reservation was moved to a nearby “sister” hotel. I let them know that I would not be able to move and they would need find another solution since I would not be moving to the other hotel. Oliver then disappeared. Meanwhile other guests showed up after I did…. They were told same story difference was they were offered a room in the hotel within minutes. Meanwhile, 50 minutes later, Oliver only came out twice to address me and our other party (who had a 1 y/o) and then Mia offered her unsolicited advice “had you taken the rooms we offered you wouldn’t have been here so long”. Ummm, no one asked you Mia. At the end, a room was “found” for me and our other party without an apology for having us wait as long as we did.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort. I was not happy to pay extra to check in 2 hours early but everything else was wonderful!

I won't stay again. I arrived after 5pm and was not able to check in and was told my room was not ready yet when check in time is 4pm. Then when I finally got up to my room there was a leak in the ceiling so I could not use the bathtub because it was catching the water that was leaking from the roof above my room. When I asked for another room I was told I would have to pay for an upgrade as there were no others available. Then in the morning when I asked for a late checkout I was told I would be charged $35 an hour for every hour after 11am despite not being able to access my room until after 6pm and having a leak in my room which dripped all night and I could not use the bathtub. I had a great experience at the casino but I will not be paying over $400 a night to stay at the hotel again.

Love the location. Was there for SuperMotocross. It was 5 miles to Fox Raceway.

Heading to the hotel the 76 is a pretty narrow and widey road. So if you're atrick driver just a heads up. They say they have truck parking but i didnt see any outside parking to where you can park your semi. Overall, great rooms and delicious restaurants. FYI no Buffet anymore.

We planned are stay at the resort after being at a family wedding. Convenience and location were perfect.

Everything was good . A little far from everything but service was excellent the best thing to me was that hot shower the water temperature was as perfect . And the shower head just right for my back. . 😂

Had a fun stay. I wish that they they would rent the pool cabanas to guests instead of saving all of them for heavy club gamblers. It would be nice if there was room service for meals.

We tried several of the dining options and everything was really good and convenient. We stayed here for a wedding in the area so didn't gamble or use the casino other than the bars and restaurants. Pool area was really nice!

Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean! We enjoyed the live music and the bartenders were very friendly. Noodles restaurant was delicious!

The resort was beautifully decorated, and the staff were so courteous. The Pala Cafe was our go to place to eat, and we had three meals there. All were delicious.

Dining was very limited. The steakhouse was empty but they informed us they had no seating for three hours. At that time, three tables were taken. The other fine dining restaurant had 80% tables available but had no table for three hours. Very frustrating.

Pala Casino is a beautiful place! As soon as you walk in, it has a WOW factor. The room was well cleaned and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was nice and firm with soft and fluffy pillows. I would have liked a little bit more water pressure in the shower but hey, that's just my preference. The casino has smoking and non smoking sections to try your luck and many food options.

Just a lot nice touches. Our room was very comfortable. They put a lot of thought into the design and what people like/need in a hotel. Lots of dining options. The burger in the sports bar was excellent

Everything was slow, the check in, food service, and getting into the concert all so slow.
