booked room a week in advance just to arrive at hotel and be told that they overbooked and no longer had a room available. didnt offer any assistance or accommodation despite the fact that it was 10pm.

the hotel is aged, the lobby is really dark. Showed up at 2:57 p.m. for check-in and was asked to wait until 3:00 p.m. We had an ADA room, zero counter space, tiny sink, that had a leak, only old, dingy handheld shower head. The first floor smells of cigarette smoke.
