As Days Inn goes, this one is a disappointment. I don't know if the region is still running on pandemic policy or not, but it seems this Days Inn is. Lobby is not opened, contact with front desk through a night window. I asked if they could spare me a plate and a fork, I was told they don't have any. The free breakfast is none existent. I could have paid the same price for the night as a motel I stayed in the first night I was in town for the non service

The staff was real kind. The hotel is deceiving though. Pics don’t match what they offer. Said they had a pool There was no water in the pool. Our refrigerator did not work. Blankets have cigarette holes all over- Looks like un-housed individuals found this place to hang out at. Oh and people yelling and fighting at night about un paid pu$$y. Breakfast is pre packaged pastries, coffee, tea with a locked lobby. Haha Anyway, the hotel has potential Just got to clean up the hotel a bit - and update info so people know what to expect with pools and so forth

This hotel is really old and needs repairs. There is no pool. Also one microwave for the whole hotel and its in the srea where the front desk is and it is never open. They are always on break it seems, some of the staff is friendly. Also they will make up issues about your stay to keep the deposit. Also a week later they charged my card for 60 bucks claiming it was for 5 stained towels. However during checking out they charged someone $10 for one towel. There was 5 towels, so why were we charged 60 also why a week later?

The property is a state of distress. It needs a lot of work. Our first room, the door had a 1inch crack when closed so the AC was ineffective in 115 degree weather. The second room had a window that was stuck open and wouldn’t close. The grounds were run down, the pool out of order (and empty hole in the floor). We cancelled our stay with the property and left. I cannot recommend staying here.

I asked for a non smoking room and the room I got was clearly a room that had been smoked in. The tv was broken, the phone in the room did not work, and the room was not like the photos when I booked it. The pool had no water and the property was sketch at best. I was shocked to see the elevator certificate was expired by 3 years and I felt a genuine concern for my safety.

They did not clean the room everyday like they said they would. No water in the pool. The wall heat and air unit either had the room toasting hot or freezing. All the writing on the dials was worn off. The pillows were half size and felt like sleeping on rocks. Bed was too hard. It needs to be completely remodeled or just bring a bulldozer.

There were gross stains everywhere, curtains, mattresses. There were burn holes in all of the blankets. Pretty sure there was a bullet hole in one of the rooms walls. We booked 2 rooms and they were both absolutely disgusting. Bathrooms had mold inside the shower. The nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke. I will never stay here again.

All I wanted was a clean place to sleep for one night. I did not even get that. The lady at check in was super friendly and i was hopeful for the room. How I was wrong. The hotel was state of the art in 1980 and never been touched since then. A few things the door had some kind of oil strayed on the door. The walls were all marked up and unfinished patches, missing handles on the end stand and stained everything. The non-smokers room not surprisingly had cigarette burns all over the blankets and floor. The worse part was the mattress. All stained and dirty. I slept between two of my towels i bought for the pool that was all drained. In the past I had good luck with days inns. Not this one. Oh and "breakfast" is a small cup of coffee, a small apple and one small danish. Not good for this not coffee drinker. Think twice before booking this hotel until the owner decides to get their act together and invest in their own property. Slum lord for the hotel world.

Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, whether they were smoking or otherwise. The smoking room just had the added bonus of burn marks on the bed cover -- the nonsmoking bed cover was simply stained. (I suspect period blood) The "breakfast" at this place amounts to tepid coffee with powdered creamer and a gas station danish. The key to my room was broken, and two of the four lights were broken. At $100 a night you should be able to expect something better. Hard pass next time!

Upon arrival there was no staff to check us in, there was a couple there stating they had been there over 30 minutes waiting. I waiting about 15 minutes before someone came to check us in at this point she had 3 guests waiting. Once i got to my room it was sooo hot. I turned on the small ac and it didnt cool the rook at all. The ac did run and work but the room was big compared tot he small ac. The room took til the next day at check out to actually cool down. Never again.

The hotel definitely could use a remodel. The room I was in had a crack in the window, missing cover plates on some outlets, duct tape on furniture and the towel bar in the bathroom was falling off. I do not plan on staying here again unfortunately. Also it seemed that the lobby was always closed and the breakfast was just packaged items, capri suns and coffee.

The first room i got was terrible. The window of all things was placed literally backwards. It wouldn't close and wouldn't lock obviously. The lamp shade near the window was.. coming off. It look like someone had sat on the bed prior to me getting in and to top it off the couch cushion was literally pilled off one of the cushion you sit on. But they did give me a different cleaner room after I showed them the video I took.

There needs to be better maintenance the room had holes patched in the walls and not painted, the window wouldn't close all the way, a lot of the outlets were worn to the point my phone charger wouldn't stay plugged in. Sheets blankets and bedspread were stained and had holes, there wasn't any wash cloths refrigerator had food left in it from previous guest the television had reception issues.

Lights didn’t work. Outlets would not hold plugs. Window broken and taped up with scotch tape. Carpet falling apart. And housekeeping came at 9am when checkout was 11. She didn’t even knock to verify if we were gone or not. If the lock wasn’t in she would have just came in.

Check-in was fine and the room itself was good enough (and actually spacious). But it was difficult to open the door, the floors were dirty, and it looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. In addition, there were many transient types loitering and someone actually tried to open the door to my mom and daughter's room in the middle of the night. I would stay here again (it's cheap) by myself but I won't have my family stay here again.

The staff were uncooperative and pretty rude from the moment we walked up. Our key stopped working almost daily and they sometimes wouldn’t even replace the key until we asked two or three times. The beds had cigarette burns and the bathroom door didn’t work. The coffee maker was broken, the pool was drained and there was shattered glass in the bottom of it. Horrible place.

The guy at check in was great and the girl in the morning was nice too. The room was in good shape. The shower needs new caulking and the shower head needs replacement but I'm a builder so i notice that stuff. It's extremely minor. The staff was great and the room was quiet and comfortable. We booked a room for 5 nights. The front desk woman was awesome and I hate that she has to work there! The first room we were given, the tv was broken. The second room was missing couch cushions and the bathroom door was stuck shut. I can’t imagine if I had been stuck in the bathroom and not able to get out. The bathroom handle just spun around. There was also missing carpet in the doorway where you can step on tack strips. The third room they were going to give me had a broken window, filthy couch cushions and broken tv. All of this within the first 15 minutes of checking in. I got a refund and left to another hotel.

It was convenient on/off the freeway and had restaurants nearby. The room had a missing handle on the dresser, the TV had spots in the screen (not a cleaning issue), and the bedspread had at least three burn marks. Do you want pillows? Bring your own since the few provided are half sized and only 10th filled. Do you want to charge your phone? Nearly every outlet doesn’t hold the plug; just falls right out. Hungry for breakfast? Pre wrapped tiny danish and capri sun. Pool is drained with no sign of ever being used. Plenty of cosmetic issues in the room with baseboards peeling away from the wall. Lastly, possible mold in the bathroom with whistling pipes from both the toilet and shower. We got no maid service for the three nights we were there.

Our room was inconveniently located based on all the rooms that looked empty. Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries, apples and Capri Sun juice. Usually Days Inns are much better!

From check-in throughout our stay it felt like we were in an a creepy abandoned prison. The desk person was surly and unwelcoming, the “free breakfast” was coffee and packaged pastries, the amenities almost non-existent.
