The room itself 123 Wasn't bad because I think it may have been one of the renovated rooms. Other than that watch your step cause you might step in any pile of anything outside of your room. Swimming out of the question pool was gross room key didn't work about 4 times

This place is too hot to enjoy. 5 months no pool access already . Nice staff but there pool is never open . So don’t book it for the pool like I did . If u get trapped here like I did ask for two extra fans . I had to wet my clothing and sit next to a fan . I couldn’t breath . Bring the fan with u to use the bathroom it’s hot in there too. Good luck in hot hell .

Tha clerk gave me key to wrong room on 3rd floor at the end of the hall. I walk with bag and cane back down, I was already tired. I got new room on 1st end of hall. Key wouldn't work. I called desk. I didn't want to walk again. Someone came with key. Breakfast was ok. Gym was not. Broken weight machine. I did ride stationary bike. There was no food in walking distance.

The parking lot was full of people shouting and drinking. There were liquor bottles all around on the ground. The hotel was in a poor state of repair and the pool was empty except for debris. My room smelled of smoke and there was spilled ash on the upholstered chair that wasn't even vacuumed off by the cleaning crew. The carpet was stained. There was paint peeling up in the bottom of the bathtub and a mysterious stain underneath the sink. The water pressure was awful. The staff were nice, but I wouldn't ever stay here again - especially not for the prices they're charging.

I wish them well but it's an older property that needs a lot of refurbishment. The pool was drained, the breakfast area not comfortable, bathroom outdated and no bathmat nor shower mat, making it a slip hazard.

This was one of the worst unsafe hotels I have ever stayed in. I was afraid for my safety as there were homeless sleeping on the side of the hotel, glass around the reception area, my keys did not work 2 trips to the desk and the topper is that there was suppose to be a pool-well there was with no water in it. I feel I should get a refund. Absolutely scary and filthy dirty. Should be condemned.

The AC didn’t work, the shower curtain was missing support so it didn’t hold water, there were burnt holes in the sheets, outlets didn’t have power and the walls had crayon marking on the walls. Plus the pool had no water.

The place is a dump....dirty old and the pool is empty!!!! There were roaches in the girst room so we had to move to another...unfortunately there was a festival.going on so everything was booked up. There was no real manager...gut in touch with Hotels.com and they did nothing.

This property was disgusting. We should have stayed at motel six. Hotel staff did not want to clean the rooms. They also have wet toilet paper stuck to all the walls under bathroom sink. There were cockroaches crawling on the floor we trapped them and ask them to take care of it.Toilet were broke hotel would fix them. Water in shower smelt moldy. This place is the worst I rather sleep under a bridge then there.

room was horribly disgusting.. bathtub was dirty, didn't look like it's never been scrub for 5 years, it needs to be replace 100%..room smells bad like towels hasn't been dried for a week and it's just sitting in the laundry basket. i won't be surprise if we roll up the carpet in the room and finds mold under it.. asked for a fresh set of towels but never came until i picked up the room phone that doesn't work, so i used my personal phone to call downstairs to asked for new towels. didn't even apologize when i said i asked an hour ago.. very disappointed with the overall service since this is supposed to be Ramada Inn not a motel.. if i would've known it will be like this, i would've stayed in some motels for a cheaper price.. never again...

Room was dirty. Sink drain broken. Shower head broken. Stains on furniture. Thermostat does not work. Visited by a cockroach in bathroom. Carpet worn out. Need replacement. Overall, not good word of mouth from me. Will never come back!

When we got to the hotel it smelled horrible. The walkways and walls were filthy, the elevator was so dirty my kids didn't want to go in it. Our room was tidy but not sanitary by any means. Again, fingerprints and food all over the walls, the remote was covered in gunk so badly the buttons got stuck. Dont get me started on the bathrooms. I took my kids to the pool where the underwater flood light for the pool was hanging out of its socket. Unsupervised children were asking me to teach them how to dive and screaming for attention (which I gave to them because it was no fault of their own.) I tried to get my kids snacks and drinks from the gift shop but they wouldn't charge it to my room or allow me to pay with my card and I had no cash on me so I had to put everything back because I couldn't leave my kids alone in the pool are. We left for a while and returned to the room nextdoor blasting music so loud it sounded like the speaker was in our hotel room. We could hear an extremely ghetto couple screaming profanities across the hall. The next morning we woke to the neighboring hotel blasting rap music again! My family and I left to get food and when we returned our room keys no longer worked and had to take the elevator 3 stories down to have them fixed. That evening a man in regular clothes knocks on our door claiming we ardered towels and sheets, we did not. He had no cart, no name tag, no uniform so we sent him away without opening the door. I will not be staying here again!

We were in town for a weekend family reunion. It was a sweltering Sacramento summer day, we arrived to a rude front desk lady who seemed like she had better things to do…. Looking back as I write this and think about how my husband and I arrived in separate cars…how I gave her my ID but His credit card, and their other clientele during my stay she probably thought I was a lady of the night…anyway back to the review. She was rude even if I was a lady of the night. I’m a customer. So then we go to the room, the rooms are numbered all out of order we get a little lost, its hot AF..so we get to the room and the ac blows hot air, maintenance guy comes but it doesn’t get cooler than 75 degrees all weekend. Brush our teeth, Sink wouldn’t drain maintenance comes takes apart the drain stopper and leaves it all torn apart but it does now drain. We start to get ready and realize the Outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. Maintenance comes again, says he can’t fix it. Outside we saw an entire rat family living in a bush, I found a cockroach in the bathroom and The Hallways smelled like weed. They do get 3”2 stars though for security. My nephew left my car door wide open for over 3 hours while we swam and no one stole anything. Oh and the pool was dirty. But it was 200 degrees outside so the pool was nice.

The room was nice. Better than expected. A good value if you are travelling through and want easy access to the interstate. Was unhappy that they asked for a $100 deposit from all guests (I assume I didn't look unsavory?). This was not disclosed when I made and prepaid the reservation. If they disclosed, they'd lose business. It leaves one in a 'my way or the highwat' position. Apparently they've had problems. That also made me uneasy, but gave them my corportae Amex card. I gave 3 Stars, but would have made it 4 Stars without the deposit nonsense. The people running the motel are trying to have a nice place and generally speaking, they have succeeded.

We entered and the front desk attendant said that the system was down and was unable to check anyone in. She took our phone number and said she would call us once the system was back. She allowed us to use the public restroom and when I got out there were guests who were screaming at the attendant and appeared to want to hit her. There was a guy walking around shirtless in the lobby. My husand and I were worried about what was happening and decided to leave the hotel and find somewhere else to stay. The front desk never called us to say if the system had come back on. If we had decided to stay there, we would never have received a room. It was the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel.

When we checked in the front desk person barely acknowledged we were there. Behind the thick plexiglass front desk she continued a conversation with a friend in her native language while ignoring our questions. Laughing and carrying on w her friend on the phone we requested a cart since it was not a good area and we had to bring everything in our vehicle inside the hotel and leave nothing in the car. She finally responded w multiple random excuses why they had no cart. When my wife got upset she finally called security to bring a cart. We live in the Sierras where at this time of year it is often single digits or below zero. So we’re used to cold weather. On this particular date in Sacramento it was cold as the heat did not work in the room. When I called the front desk they obviously knew the issue because before I could complete my sentence they had security bringing us a small 750 watt heater. With sheets for blankets we were extremely cold all night. Only hear we got was the shower in the morning. Breakfast promised was bread and cereal. Not excited considering this was my reward for renting 10 hotel rooms w hotels.com

We arrived and was advised that we had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes because the clerk was on a lunch break. When she finally returned to the desk was very rude. The room was super dirty and there were bugs/roaches crawling on the curtains. Me and my guest both have bite marks on our arms, legs and back. Lots of prostitutes in the area one even had an argument with someone who worked at the hotel on 4/24 very unprofessional.

Kind of a musty smell to the place. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was pretty good, clean and the sitting area is nice. The bed was nice and firm. But it\'s got that "old building" smell. My guess is that it\'s the carpets, they really should just replace all of them and do a deep clean while they\'re at it.

I was not happy with our stay. The images and other reviews made me feel like this was going to be a good pick for our family fun weekend. Unfortunately, it was in a bad neighborhood. We were worried about our car all night. The parking lot had trash everywhere. People doing unspeakable things in a fogged up car, and others crowded around and open car door looking like drug deals. Flies all in the lobby when we walked in. Took 4 times and multiple hours to get the pillows and blankets for the pullout couch bed for our son. The bathrooms in the suite looked like they have never been cleaned. Definitely not worth the price and do not recommend. Little mart in store had nothing but water and condoms. Felt like it was a hotel you take your mistress too, but not your family. Security SUV on site but never saw a person looking after the place.

worst experience ever.first, we were double charged ( no refunds) we had no wash cloths for bathing. this is not their fault, i guess, but we had a neighbor that got real loud yelling at 3 a.m. which was heard through an adjoining room door. when we returned from a hard and long day of work for our second day, first, the key did not work, and i had to go back to the front desk and wait for them to verify who i was and reprocess a key. when we entered the room the bed was not made and no clean towels. we are an elderly couple who just wanted to sleep, but i am sure a lot of customers would not want to sleep in a bed that had not been changed from the night before. i had to go back to the desk to request clean towels. they said they would be delivered, which took an hour and a half,at 11:30 p.m., and a phone call on my cell, since the room phone did not work. i have had better experiences at budget hotels, and expected a much better stay at a ramada and windham.

The initial gal that checked me in was very nice, friendly and helpful. The one that was there later in the evening, not so much. Very dismissive and acted like anyone that asked her anything was an imposition on her time on her cell phone. The room... no cups, no shampoo... little things but kinda made a big difference. The bed was quite comfy. No A/C ?!?!?!?! The fan was super loud, and it barely cooled the room down to a bearable temp. Why no A/C ?? The fan in the bathroom did not work. The intake and outvent were caked with dust like they hadn't been cleaned in years. I get that this isn't a 5 star hotel, but it really was well below what I expected.

The prpperty was beat up. Theres lots of rift raft there. Didnt feel safe. Appeared to have drug activity. It was the only avail horel near by. Everything booked. I was with my grandkids and didnt feel safe. I wouldn't go back.

I didn’t want a motel. I was looking for somewhere for my wife and I to stay the night. Unfortunately I booked online. Which was fairly easy, I appreciate that. Once we got there it was very ghetto. Prostitutes very visible. Druggies slumped over against the building. Inside the “hotel” smelled terrible. My room smelled. I nor my wife dared shower in the room. Loud atmosphere. It’s a cool place if you’re looking to get it on . Just don’t bring your family there.

The smells was of smoke trough out the whole hotel. I check out right away and ask for a refund. There was homeless people walking around in and out of the lobby. The receptionist was on her phone home the hole time . The room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes even though we had a no smoking rooms. DO NOT TAKE YOU FAMILY HERE. It is unsafe and dirty . Please do not get a room here. Spend a few the extra money . You will not regret it .

My room was freezing , heater would not stay on and blew cold air. In the morning the hotel was cold , like they turn off the heater to save money, the front desk had a heavy jacket on. Neighbor was loud Continental breakfast was a joke , coffee tasted like hot water, there were 2 bagels and orange juice in a dirty looking plastic container. Yuck ! We left and next door to my car someone left tires , so much for security scoping out the place

The heater didn’t work. The electricity went out in half the room. It took 40 minutes to send a guy up at 10:00 pm. When he got there, he said he couldn’t fix it. They moved me to another room. No heat, just a fan that blew cold air. For breakfast there was no milk for the cereal. Not a great place to stay.

Things were about as good as could be expected overall, but the breakfast area was not taken care of. The fruit rack was empty the first day. The counters were not cleaned. The top of the trash can had things spilled all over it. There was trash and spilled food on the counter. The orange juice was nearly empty with 2 hours left of breakfast time. It appears that it gets set up but never checked on during breakfast hours.

The room was old and worn. The enamel in tub had many large chips. The bathroom smelled of stale urine, and the bathroom door looked like someone did a very poor job of patching it after an angry customer punched a hole in it. There was almost no food at the free breakfast. A few bagels and some cereal but no milk. The fridge was completely empty. No milk, no yogurt, no hard boiled eggs. Even the cream cheese packets were left sitting out on the counter. I found a duffle bag in the closet of our room that had been left by previous tenant. To top it off, the sheriff came knocking on the room next to mine in the middle of the night and arrested the three tenants.

This is in a bad area and the lobby was dirty and sticky, had signs up but nobody cleaned it for over 24hrs. Our pull out bed frame legs were broken and unusable (let office know). The suite we got was for 6 persons, 2 people had to use the lounge couches inside the room to sleep (kid sized). Breakfast was standard waffle makers, bread, bagels, and cereal so we went to MCD for protein, Parking was great.
