This was not a good experience for my family and myself , to begin with u were greeted by swarm of flies entering the lobby , the check in was fast , we were never notified that the air conditioner was not working at all which was terrible , hot and stuffy after a long drive from Los Angeles , we were told after the fact , also the tub was dirty as if it hadn’t been cleaned in months there was dirt streaks all over the tub , I would never stay here again , we were offered a fan after complaining about the ac , and they actually said do you want a heater or a fan ? Not sure if they were being funny ? The ac filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in years , I never leave reviews but this was by far one of the worsts stays ever , not to mention the tiny blurry tv but I could look past that , I hope they make some changes to make better experiences for there guests!!!!

The room the carpet was dirty.I had no coffee for the morning.There were no tissues in there.And I felt very unsafe at that hotel.

The county clerk wouldn't accept our reservation because it wasn't in her computer had to sleep in my car even though I showed her the reservation gave her the number and even called support still didn't get fixed
