I called in to request a refill for the body wash but no one came. I was in a hurry and ended up not using one. The gate at the exit was broken so it also added the time taken off when Im already late.

Our toilet was clogged all night. They provided a plunger for us to try to unclog ourselves. It couldn’t be fixed. Also, our balcony was dirty and overlooked a green, mossy swimming pool. SL disappointed!

Pool and spa were not working and were left to just go nasty and green. Outlets in room are old and loose so hair dryer wouldn't stay plugged in to any except the lamp. Maintenance and front desk barely understood English so could not remedy this situation. Noise was very disturbing. People must live here and get the run of the grounds. Towels in room were very wet upon check in. Replaced quickly. Tub is in need of a makeover. Couldn't take a bath and after a 5 hour drive with no working hot tub, a bath would've been nice. Could use warmer bedding. Room served it's purpose. Likely won't stay again.

The property is overridden with homeless and drug users around the outside. The door to the room was not secure. The key card malfunctioned every single time we closed the door and we had to go back to the front desk to get a new one- every time. The property was misrepresented and we were not informed that the spa and pool were closed. Very bad choice of a hotel! Go somewhere else!!!

I had cockroaches and while we stayed you can hear guest yell at each other. I called the office repeatedly because we were out of soap and the floors were dirty. Towels had stuff on it. The office is stingy on additional towels too. I’ll never stay there again. I showed the office the pics too and they could care less. Taylor has an attitude.

I don’t even know how this place passes its inspections. The rooms are disgusting, dust on baseboards probably since opening of hotel, dirty walls, ripped blinds, ripped chair in the room, bugs in shower, rusted shower. This place should be shut down.

. Staff was very nice and helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bedsheets were clean. However, the bathroom needed a thorough cleaning, and the flooring outside the rooms could use some cleanings too.

The place is not in a very good location. There are homeless people and they make a lot of noise at night and don't let you rest. The rooms are comfortable and the people who work there are very helpful. Only on the outside, the place is dirty.

Not a good place. Lobby area reeks of pot smokers. Have to sign all but my first born away to keep pets in the room. Floors in room were filthy, they had not been cleaned in some time. Rock hard beds. TV didn’t work. We were awoken at three in the morning by a tweaker knocking at our door. The whole place has a fence around it that clearly doesn’t keep anyone out. The breakfast buffet as an some grey sausage and eggs. We skipped it. We were supposed to stay on our way back into town but I cancelled that reservation.

This is the worst place I ever been… room was dirty and smelt like weed and the pool was yellow I walked in the room and walked out took a $100 loss but I could not stay there because it was disgusting!

We’re close to the weekend concert we were going to. I loved being able to check in early. There was plenty of light in our room, and the blackout curtains allowed us to sleep in undisturbed. Room was clean. Liked that it had a mini fridge and microwave. We will be staying there again next year.

We got this place for the location for the aftershock festival. But we paid so much for the rooms because they jacked up the price for the festival, which is somewhat understandable. But then charged us parking on top of it even though the listing says free parking. We definitely paid way more than this hotel was worth, super rundown and thin walls so we could hear every other room around us.

Entire staff was pleasant and professional/helpful. Room was clean, basic. Bed was terrible and uncomfortable. We felt every bump and hardly any cover.(inadequate) Breakfast was great and waffles were delicious! We did feel secure with the fence surrounding the property and the alert security guard. No noise problem at all.

The agent at the reception took a really long time to check us in. And when I politely mentioned that it was taking a really long time, she retorted in a really loud voice in an attempt to snub me. She could have been more polite. The bathroom also appeared really old and in a bad condition.

We got there after 11pm and we had been driving with two children since 6 am. There was no clerk at the front desk. The security guard told us that the clerk was at a sit down restaurant and wouldnt be able to assist us till he got back. Around 30 minutes later, we were able to check into our room. The front door did not properly lock and we ended up just putting stuff against the door because no one was answering the phone. I would never stay here again.

The front desk young lady was too distracted on her phone upon my arrival. On top of it, she had no professional customer service etiquette. I requested a non smoking room and I received a room whose walls and everything had the lingering smell. The hotel looked decent in photos but was NOT decent and the people who stayed there made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable at all. To make things worse I had called the front desk on the second day and was left on hold close to an hour!!! I had to hang up. The pool didnt look as attractive as it did in the photos. Complete disappointment!!! Never again!!!

The front staff was very un professional during checkins. The hotel room’s door lock was not working from the inside. The property had people parting in front of my door from 1:30-3:30 and the security guard and the front desk staff didn’t even respond to my call. The next door neighbor was very loud and obnoxious. My friend and I couldn’t sleep. I reported it in the morning and nothing happened and the front desk person didn’t acknowledge or apologize to me. I will not recommend this location for anyone.

Not in the best area, alot of homeless about. But, hotel has 24/7 security and front desk. As a solo woman traveler they treated me to a room above the office where i could feel really safe. And indeed i did. The room was nice, very clean, and comfortable. Id stay again. Great for the price.

This property is right up against the freeway and not a clean or desirable neighborhood. The gas station/convenience store across the street locks its doors at 8 pm to keep out the druggies and the homeless who hang out around the area. Too bad, because the rooms are clean and nice. But the location is terrible.

Great location for access to the airport. It is only about 6 mi away, about 15 minutes. The rooms are newly updated and the check and staff very friendly they even provide breakfast. Extremely good value

Service was great. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. They really made the stay great. The breakfast was also surprisingly GOOD. I don't often use the free breakfast, but they had quite a variety for a smaller space. Biscuits and gravy was really good, and I appreciate they always had fresh fruit and sugar free syrup for the waffles. All of the linens were clean and I felt comfortable staying there. The baseboards in the room could have used a little attention, which is not a big deal, but then it makes you start looking at other little things. The area is close to a freeway, so it was a little noisy and didn't feel like a "luxury stay", but I would definitely stay here again for a night or two as it is located in close proximity to many things we enjoy, such as old sac, and some concert venues we frequent. Parking felt safe within the gates.

The room was very neat and clean. It was also very spacious. The bed was very comfortable; and I'm very particular about the comfort of the bed because of my back problems. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very surprised with breakfast the next morning....it was an actual breakfast, not just a Danish and coffee. The were several choices for a hot entree plus sides and coffee and juice, and this was included in the price of the room!! We will definitely stay here again when in the area.

Wasn’t terrible, better than I expected. Breakfast was good, beds were OK. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned better and all the toiletries were empty or almost empty. Homeless seeming ppl walking around all hours of the night and the parking lot has an idiotic layout! I’d stay here again if I needed to.

Great weekend pricing. Clean room, gated & secured parking, great breakfast options not just cereal but eggs, sausage,biscuits n gravy, waffles coffee. Seating is limited n your Not allowed to take food back to room. Other than that no other issues. Don’t ask security about casinos or attractions he don’t know lol. Well definitely stay again.

I came to this hotel and I have NEVER FELT SO DISCRIMINATED against. Day 1 - was no issue with staff (Managers - were nice), area is very sketchy when we arrived there were homeless literally peeing on the tree right outside hotel, the hotel is gated - then there was a homeless female literally changing at the exit gate of hotel/dennys full on butt naked (I had my 10 yr old daughter with me) who saw it all. Room was decent. DAY 2 - I sent my daughter and my ex mother in law to get breakfast and the "SECURITY" Indian guy literally tried kicking out my 10 yr old daughter and her grandmother because they did not have a ticket for breakfast when I arrived he told me i needed a ticket - i went to front desk and the lady gave us one after explaining I never got one. But while I was at front desk the Security guard allowed a couple in without NO TICKET!! I didn't say anything and continued to get our breakfast. We were in hurry - all three of us got ONE plate and were headed out and he stood in front of us and said we could NOT leave we had to eat the food there. We sat down and started eating and a few seconds later he allowed a WHITE guy to leave with a coffee and a plate of food. When I said something he said he only had coffee - I went to the front desk to complain and then a few seconds later he allowed a Mexican mom with her child and 4 plates out of the door! I complained and told her and said you are not keeping me here and I would file a complaint! AWFUL!!!!!

We booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children we were guven one towel. When i asked for more towels they said that they were short of towels and offered me 2 more hand towels. The light in thr bathroom did noy work, again was told there was nothing they could do about it. The garbage cans were missing bags and there was not soap or conditioner in the room. The breakfast was very limited and cold.
