The place was clean the entire time especially because it is pet friendly place. The staff and cleaning ladies are very friendly. Quiet place and had private security at night. Very lit at night and amenities worked well, pool was clean. Highly recommended for the price you pay.

This hotel was extremely misrepresented in their pictures online. They must have photoshopped them since the pool was empty except a tiny bit of dirty water with no furniture on the deck (unlike the pictures). The room and bathroom had a very sparse, outdated feel with very old fixtures and finishes. The front desk staff was very nice and professional, but the rooms were horrible. Also, our room was right next to the freeway so very noisy even with our tv on (that was hung crooked) and white noise playing on our cell phone.

Grab and go continental breakfast. Major reconstruction underway, none of which was mentioned.

Bed was a thin mattress on metal springs. . No water in the pool, but our patio was flooded We were not able to sit outside. Towels were so thin. Had to request extra towels for every shower. Garbage and sheets only changed every 3 days so our garbage piled up in the room. Bathroom sink had mold in the caulking. Doors did not close. No paint around toilet.

Great with breakfast and clean pool

I booked this hotel because of the location, the price, and it had a swimming pool. Upon arrival I went to the pool and it was filthy… Algae throughout the pool. I complained to the manager… And told him I’d be leaving the next morning and I expected a refund for the following two nights. They said I’d have to talk to the general manager the next morning… She said they have a no refund policy. I said I wanted it and needed a swimming pool. She said too bad… Poor attitude.

The staff at Heritage Inn were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, I was assigned a room right next to one that was under maintenance, and a loud machine ran all night. The noise level made it nearly impossible to sleep, and I ultimately had to move rooms in the middle of the night. I would strongly recommend that staff avoid placing guests next to rooms that are undergoing work or have noisy equipment running. It would’ve made a big difference in my stay.

The room was so dirty that I didn't even want to take off my shoes. Apparently the service forgot to clean it up. The rooms are in very bad condition, very old and need major repairs, it's just uncomfortable and even a bit disgusting to be in the room. A very terrible place, I don't recommend anyone to stay there, especially with children.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, which made the experience even more comfortable. The hotel was also incredibly convenient, with everything I needed within easy reach. The staff was helpful and attentive, contributing to a smooth and pleasant visit. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

It's clean

The bathroom had mold and is very dated. property had airline liquor bottles that didn't get cleaned up. I paid to have a continetal breakfast but, was handed a brown bag with cereal and milk. The police showed up with three cars and the office never reached out to let us know if we were safe. I would not stay again

Rooms were spacious and bed was comfortable. Bath area was clean and modern. Had a good stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS!!! Upon arrival, it was confusing seeing where the lobby was. Seemed off when getting my room. When I checked into my room, it seemed pretty average, a little dirty. I immediately went to use the restroom and on the wall in front of me was a HUGE BEDBUG !! We didn’t even set our bags down before I noticed it. I immediately recorded the bug, and went back to the lobby. Mind you; this was at 11ish pm and there was a lady blasting music and chain smoking cigarettes right in front of our room. I showed the lobby my video and told them I wasn’t going to stay because who wants to bring bed bugs home. I wasn’t able to get a refund immediately because I booked through Expedia, but this property was just devastating. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE BED BUGS HOME WITH YOU!!!!!!

Tv was fuzzy the whole time,shower was only warm not hot

The staff was very professional, very knowledgeable, very helpful and very friendly. They answered all of our questions with great knowledge. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We enjoyed our stay. The only problem was the air conditioner was very noisy although it worked very well!

We stayed at this motel out of necessity, as every other hotel and motel in the area was sold out. Unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The exterior of the buildings was uninviting—white facades covered in dirt and spider webs, giving off a neglected and unclean appearance. Inside, things didn’t improve much. The walls are extremely thin, and you can hear every conversation and movement from neighboring rooms, making it very difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. While the laminate floors looked nice at first glance, they were filthy. I highly recommend not walking around barefoot. There’s no proper closet space to store your belongings, and the TV was essentially useless due to poor reception—you could barely watch anything. The bed was moderately comfortable, but the pillows were rock hard and made sleeping even more difficult. Overall, this was a last resort stay, and it showed. I wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it to others looking for a clean, quiet, or comfortable place to rest.

The water pressure in the shower was painfully strong and the tub to get in required a large step down. It seems like it’d be easy for a less mobile person to fall in

Super noisy, impossible to get some sleep.

2 different rooms, 2 seperate stays and both rooms tvs were static-ridden. Every channel was annoying to watch. Definitelyusing a cheap coaxil. Stay was awesome, TV sucked. Luckily i watched only 30 mins before i passed out lol

Quiet & clean!! Plenty of room in the room

The tv was broken, had fuzzy lines running through it. The room was nice. the beds were super comfortable. Not enough towels. The quality of people around us was super questionable. Saw quite a few cops circling the lot, a car got graffitied with tires slashed. It was an interesting stay. The kids insist it was haunted.

We arrived early for a cheer competition 12/7/24. We killed time until My son had to use the restroom so my husband went inside to see if my 5 yr old son could use the restroom. She completely ignored him. My husband went to McDonald's and returned. I was irritated but maybe she was on the phone. I went in around 2:20pm to see if the room was ready.She said it was and needed deposit. I asked if I could use a different card. She said yes said it would be $127. I asked what the extra $27 was?she said if you check in before 2:30pm it was extra. Shocked why she didn't mention it 1st I said ok I'll wait the 7 min. Returned at 2:30 & checked in she handed me my room key for downstairs as I had requested. After getting to my room I realized she didn't explain breakfast or say if there was wifi.Expedia had breakfast included that is why we picked it.After returning people were smoking right outside their rooms and the three rooms surrounding us were nonstop with noise. We tried to ignore it. I found out that breakfast was included by doing a Google search. And found on the keycard sleeve it has the wifi and times for breakfast. I was woken up by stomping and running down the hall at 4am. I couldn't sleep so I went to get breakfast I walked in after 6:15am and served myself coffee after ringing the bell I asked for BF. Attitude was given. The floors were filthy and our doors didn't even lock. I was able to get in by just turning the handle. Housekeeping walked in at 7am.horrible

Staff was friendly room was nice, but I didn't get my security deposit back from this hotel so I'm not sure I'd stay here again.

Henry had the best customer service and he made the welcome so easy and comforting! Best stay I've ever had. I'm in crutches and even though Henry has other people to help, he stopped and helped me and it saved me a lot of time because of my current disability. Henry was the best and he definitely deserves a fat raise

At approximately 9 am my wife was taking a shower and without warning the water turned scalding hot, then stopped running altogether, with her body covered with soap. The front desk lady said the water would be off for 10 minutes. 1 1/2 hours later the water came on. The staff should have advised us they needed to turn off the water before they did. Poor customer communication. Made us late to a very important meeting. Will be contacting corporate management for the motel to file complaint. Also my wife skin color is still red after 4 hours!

The water was shut off to the entire property Saturday morning. No advance notification to all the guests. I personally had a business appt that I had to cancel because I could not shower and get ready for it. I thought this was a display of very poor customer service. Really did not like the sunken tub. Grab bars were not even usable if you are getting in and out of the shower. The faucet in the bathtub is not functioning properly. I would expect some partial refund of my cost due to the extreme inconvenience of not having any water for well over an hour. I will never stay at this location again. Nor will I refer anyone to this location.

The employee named Christian in the front desk was really rude. Charged us twice for the deposit was very condescending and just plain rude. When we tried to explain to him, the toilet did not flush right you needed a hole down the handle. The shower was not working properly. They had a notice that the pool will be closed October 13 and when we showed up for a visit on the 11th they said that the pool was closed and when I explained to him about the notice he said like I said it’s closed and I told him to read it closely and he was mistaken, but still closed

Most reasonable place in Roseville, close to a lot of stores

There is an abandoned building right next door with graffiti on it. The exterior was ok all white brick. The interior was nice. We had to go to the office to get ice and their “breakfast” was a bag that had an apple, yogurt, and a jimmy dean frozen sausage sandwich. One of our bags had a rotten apple and no yogurt. I was glad McDonald’s was on the other side of the abandoned building so we could walk to it. Would I stay there again, probably not. I will spend the extra $25ish and go to Best Western down the street. Oh fyi, this place will charge you extra for checking in early and checking out late.

Breakfast was in a bag

Disappointed. Booked it because they said they had breakfast but all it was was a bagged breakfast with a jimmg dean sandwich, an apple, juice and a yogurt... definitely not the breakfast any of us were looking for! Room was fine but staff wasn't the best. Overall, its a fine motel but breakfast was terrible. Hotels should state if their breakfast is an actual breakfast or a bagged breakfast with a frozen sandwich!

All was good except the reservation said - includes breakfast - assuming there was a breakfast bar. the one and only option was a pre-packed bag with very unhealthy options. Until the breakfast bar opens - maybe a small menu to choose from - not all of us eat Jimmy Dean. thank you

Room was good and clean. Not enough toilet paper. Tv was not good. Reception and volume were bad. Breakfast was bad. Basically a bag breakfast for a child.

I think they are remodeling, but what a dump. The breakfast was a paper bag of something. There was a pile of who knows what in thr "lobby" i wouldn't recommend this site, especially if traveling with just your daughter.
