Very disappointed that it wasn’t advertised that they were working on the pool. Finally get some warmer weather up there and the pool is closed for maintenance. Poor timing , why did they start working on the pool in March or April????? If I knew that the pool was closed I would have stayed somewhere else. Was looking forward to enjoying the pool.

Got an early check in with no extra charge. There was plenty of parking with no charge either. Within walking distance from Roseville Sunsplash Waterpark. All the staff I came in contact with there at the hotel were very pleasant. A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Would come back for another stay at a later date.

The pool said it was heated but ended up being ice cold. The hot tub didn’t work. Our room had coins on the floor from the previous occupants.

We booked here to use the pool and it was closed and the 1st person at the desk said we could use another hotel pool and then the 2nd guy said there wasnt another pool. We ended up just leaving

The hotel was clean, room was spacious and the staff were polite. The grill has good food. The only thing I recommend to improve things is adding more lounge chairs in the pool area. Overall, we had a good stay.

Everything was nice. The private Cook and Staff Service were excellent. I had been on the Road for over 3 hours was not will willing to leave for a Restaurant and bar in Roseville. The room was clean and spacious with nice office area to work in. The parking lot was safe parking my truck with tools.

Our room unfortunately had an ant issue in the bathroom. They moved us even though their hotel was sold out of two queen rooms. There were 3 of us. We were moved to a king room and they brought in a trundle to make us more comfortable. It ended up being ok. I appreciated their communication and willingness to try and make us comfortable.

The toilet was terribly stained. The shower curtain had a big black mark on it. The worst thing of all was opening the curtain and seen all the mud cinderblocks and junk on the rooftop. That was my window view. I have stayed many times in a Hilton Garden Inn and always been 100% satisfied. But this was not a good experience.

Had a musty smell. Coffe n creamer amenities were not sufficient in room. Staff was unwilling to accommodate with more outside chairs at the pool. Said they couldn’t move chairs from one patio to another even though the other patio was not being used by any guests and the pool was very crowded… we just wanted more chairs by pool.

It was good until the last night and woke up to ants on end table by bed and a few had made it into bed. We have stayed there many times and never ants.. girl at checkout could not help and no supervisor on site at check out… we are Hilton honors and no help..

The hotel is right next to a freeway and we had hard time getting good sleep - it was noisy with all the trucks zooming by on the 80. However, the hotel itself and the room are very nice and clean - plus we got microwave and a fridge. WiFi is pretty good too! The staff is super nice and friendly.

Bed was comfortable. But the rest wasn't so good. Ice machine was broke. One of the elevators wasn't working and the other one took forever to go 3 floors. And the heater/cooler was so loud when it turned on.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My room was directly facing Highway 80, on the same level as the road, and the traffic noise was relentless throughout the night. Despite my efforts, I couldn’t get any sleep. You can check the map to see just how close the building is to the highway. It’s worth noting before booking. I asked the front desk if I could be moved to a quieter room, but they weren’t able to accommodate the request. While they did offer me ear plugs, I personally don’t feel comfortable sleeping with them, so that wasn’t a helpful solution for me. The staff was polite, and I appreciate that they tried to offer something, but the lack of sleep really impacted my stay. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the highway in advance or considering other options.

Very easy check-in. Was very quiet, especially considering that there was dance competition and volleyball tournament groups staying there. Parking was super simple and rooms were large and lots of light. Only downfall (very minimal) was the bathroom door was built to not stay open which made it difficult for coming in and out when getting 2 girls ready for competition at 515 am.

Pre-paid for the room weeks ago. Showed up late at night after a long day of football and cheerleading only to find out they sold our room to someone else because of all the people in town for the concerts. Left me, my wife, and 2 young kids driving around until 3am trying to find a room. We were there for my daughter’s cheer competition the next day. Absolutely unacceptable. Never will I use hotels.com or stay at this chain of hotels again. Even sitting here today writing this review, and can’t believe a professional business would do this. Worst part is they lied to us. They said our room was no longer available due to “maintenance “. I said, “if that’s the case, we didn’t you call us ahead of time so we could have made different plans”. Caught them in a lie, and made the situation even worse. I’m just so disgusted.

We found the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Roseville as friendly and helpful as anyone could possibly expect. Really pleasurable. The most important thing to any traveler. The reason I would stay at Hilton Garden Inn again. Clean and comfy room that was well stocked. Not much more you could ask for.

After arriving, there was no one at front desk. As many as 10 guests were eventually waiting. We had to search property for an employee. Found someone that told us from behind a closed office door to wait 5 minutes without the courtesy of telling us face to face. Then we were told the computers were down, that we should wait 20 minutes, and then the employee disappeared again. 20 minutes later we had to find the employee again. They tried to do something behind the desk but after another 10 minutes they could not even issue a card key for the guest in front of us. Over 1 hour had passed (and it was past 11pm) and we ended up going to a hotel across the way.

During my recent attempt to check-in, I encountered a situation where my reserved room was sold due to a high demand resulting from a concert in the area. Unfortunately, the front desk staff's response was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite their promise of a refund, they mentioned that there were no available rooms in the area, advising against booking through Expedia due to third-party uncertainties. This experience was highly unusual for me, as I frequently book with Expedia and stay at various Hilton hotels worldwide. I intend to contact Hilton regarding this matter. I would recommend avoiding this establishment as it may negatively impact your trip; I had to drive an additional 30 minutes to stay at an alternate hotel in Folsom in which the staff there was very helpful.

We arrived at 145 and tried to check in and it was too early. We left for an all day volleyball tournament.We came back at 930 pm with our tired 13 year old daughter. The system was down to check in. Sat in the lobby for an hour and a half. Clerk was rude and not very helpful. Seems unreal there is not a manual backup plan. Will never stay at a hilton again

We had a great stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Roseville. We were in town for a wedding. This location was a super convenient, right off Hwy 80. A specific shout out to Debbie who ran the night front desk. She was so kind, friendly, and very helpful. All of your staff was great. Just wanted to give an extra mention to Debbie who was amazing. :)

Room is spacious, bed linens are comfortable. The location is convenience and close to shopping and dining. Free parking. Swimming pool and hot tub is just average. No design, not much room to hang out. Room sound proof is worse. I can hear all the movement between top floor and hallway. Bathroom is spacious but new more upgrade and decor. Housekeeping need to pay attention on refill the bathroom supply ( The body shampoo is empty ! ).

Ditch the coupon breakfast. There doesn’t need to be a choice either by ordering or buffet. Offer both. Not that much value in only one for $17! Freeway noise was way too much. Staff was nice and professional

Always enjoy staying here for business or pleasure. Conveniently located near the Galleria and the auto mall. Nice property with excellent staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Rooms are a little noisy. Road noise from the highway and other rooms doors closing can be heard very easily. They do not offer a free breakfast but do offer a paid breakfast which is okay. Plenty of options near by if you don't like what they have to offer or the price.

Room was nice. Bed was a little firm for my comfort but room was immaculate. Mu only complaint was actually the pack and play crib I had asked for. It has some staines which I wiped down but I think housekeeping should check a little better. Also breakfast was fast and nice, I did pay for the full breakfast However during check in would have been the time to get the breakfast coupon. I had to ask the front desk attendant in the morning.
