Breakfast menu was very good, even good bacon! Omelets, pancake maker, cinnamon rolls, and the coffee is a special machine that grinds each cup! Very nice surprise to see a good breakfast like this (not always the case in hotels). Parking was easy. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location without all the traffic of other hotels. Pool was always cleaned and ready for use and the rooms were new and cozy. Pillows were amazing and the water pressure was enough. Staff were great.

I had to wait a long time to check in because the clerk was alone and dealing with customers that couldn’t decide what rooms they wanted to stay in! I just spent a week staying at a lot of different hotels and yours was the only one that charged me a parking fee. So from now on I will be looking for another hotel that doesn’t charge a parking fee! You lost a future customer for a parking fee!

We stay here a lot for concerts at Thunder Valley or Wheatland Amp. Always clean and easy. They started charging for parking which I think is ridiculous but it’s still a good deal !

The couch in our room had crumbed all over it, leaving me to believe it wasn’t vacuumed. Staff didn’t care no lights in the room except for by the door have to use a flashlight to go to the back room where the bunkbeds are and final lamp in the corner and pull a chain cord no can lights in the ceiling

We got to our room #231 on December 24th there was dirty underwears under the bed with poop on them. THE room really smell like poop the whole stay. Also we found poop on the floor near our kids' bunk bed where they had to sleep. my wife had to go into the restroom and get some toilet paper to clean the poop off the carpet. I went down and told the front desk the lady didn't seem very helpful she said she would send somebody up. The guy came up named Jose which was really nice and apologized and got rid of the underwears that had poop on them and we told him we already cleaned up the poop off the floor. About 15 minutes later after he left our phone rang and it was a lady from the front desk she said she applied 3,000 points to our IHG account which we never use at all so that 3,000 point is useless to us. She said she would have moved us to another room but there was not another room available that was the type of room we ordered. We had the room that had the bunk beds in it so we were pretty much stuck in that room for the night with the smell of poop all night. I think this might have been one of the worst rooms we ever been in I really think our money was wasted and I want to be contacted by the hotel. I have pictures

Check in was super fast, everything was immaculate and the front desk gentleman was friendly. The king suite is huge, has lots of space and is VERY clean. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

The breakfast was great; many options, good coffee also. The rooms were spacious and clean, nice showers/ bathrooms. The refrigerator came in helpful for leftovers, and the staff was able to store our cooler freezies in their ice box at the front desk. Extra supplies of towels and toiletries was exceptionally welcomed. And booking extra stays in the same room really helped.

We stayed here during a trip to help our daughter move into a new home in Roseville. The hotel was close to Highway 80 but far enough away that road noise was not an issue. The front desk staff was very welcoming, friendly, and professional, especially Ray who was on duty during our check-in. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will definitely come back again when we’re in the area.

I had an amazing stay! I travel to Roseville about every two months for work, and this location is perfect. This Holiday Inn is by far the cleanest and best one I’ve ever stayed at. The only issue I had was when I needed a late checkout. I asked if I could check out at 12 p.m. since I had to conduct an interview for my company, but I was told it wasn’t possible because the hotel was fully booked. I even asked if I could stay until at least 11:30 a.m., and they still said no. When I checked online, I noticed there were still plenty of rooms available for that day. Because of that, I had to take my interview call from the parking lot of the Holiday Inn. Even with that small issue, because of all the work I had to do in Sacramento, I ended up staying an extra day. Other than that, everything else was excellent, and I’ll definitely be back!

The person who checked us in was so nice and friendly and was able to honor our request for a room away from the elevator. The room was spacious and clean with minimal road noise (although you could hear vehicles every once in a while). The bed was comfortable, the shower had ample pressure and good temperatures, and the breakfast was really good. We would stay here again if the need arises.

We called several times before arriving to ask for an early check in between 10:00-1:00pm. No one ever answered the phone and mailbox was full so we were not able to leave a message. When we arrived at 1:15 there wasn’t anyone at the front desk. We stood around for several minutes. Finally some of the house keeping staff who were sitting in the breakfast area acknowledged us and radioed to other staff. A woman finally greeted us. I asked if an early check in and the staff person just said no rooms would be available until 3:00. She didn’t ask any of my personal information or check their system. Not being allowed to check in caused us to be late to the event we were attending in the area. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana and we were woken up several times throughout the night by sirens.

The front desk associates were very friendly and welcoming. They even remembered me by name! The room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillows were comfortable, and the AC worked great! Breakfast was fantastic. Definitely staying here for future trips :)

It was so wonderful to find there was an entrance to local trails right next to the hotel. It was disappointing how much street noise came into the room from the street. Next time we stay there we will request a room facing the dry creek, which will probably be much quieter.

When we checked in, we were notified of a per car $10 fee, which was not advertised in listing. The room was a bit shabby. The carpet was in disrepair, there was broken tile in the bathroom & the hide a bed couch was old & uncomfortable. The hotel is in a horrible location - it must be close to a fire station as we heard sirens all night long.

I chose Holiday Inn Express for the wonderful breakfast. The lady at the Roseville-Galleria Area location who assisted with breakfast during my stay was unfriendly, unwelcoming and uninviting. Each time I went to help myself to a serving of food, she was watching me from the back staff room observing my actions as if I was not supposed to be there.
