Hyatt Place Sacramento Roseville

I sbsolutely loved the location and the staff were incredibly friendly! The pool and hot tub were both great amenities, and it was nice to have those options to relax. However, the pool did get a bit chaotic with kids splashing and making noise, which is totally understandable. That said, it would be a nice touch if there were designated times for adults to enjoy a quieter pool experience. A set time for families with kids and one for adults could help balance the atmosphere and ensure everyone has a chance to relax and enjoy the space."

I wish we could have used the hot tub without a bunch of unsupervised kids running/yelling/splashing in both the pool and hot tub until well after the supposed 9pm closure. Also, you could have insisted that the parents deal with the boisterous children who were running around and talking loudly in the hallways until 1am in the morning. For $200 a night, it was not a very restful visit and we got very little sleep. Also, in room 105, the wall paper is peeling off in the bathroom just above the tile and the shower doors are on backwards so you either have to let water spray through the gap or have the interior handle on the wrong end. And (just niceties) the blackout side has come out of it's track and the privacy shade is lopsided.

Great property and location w friendly professional staff. Property is being renovated so the entrance lobby is currently (June 2024) in a bit of disarray as is the breakfast situation. Otherwise a great property and is the only place I stay in Roseville area

Quiet, relaxing easy parking nice bar/food environment

Liked the property, but wanted to sit out by firepit on cool evenings and was told it doesn't work. First day we came back late to find our room was not cleaned even after we asked to have it done. They did bring us towels so we could shower. We made sure to ask every day to have are room cleaned and actually got a call from hotel while away telling us we had our do not disturb sign on room and they couldn't clean it. My husband told them we definitely did not leave the do not disturb sign on the door and to clean it. When we arrived back at hotel it was cleaned. Read reviews before booking and several stated breakfast was better then any place they ever stayed. It was ok but I have definitely had better and larger variety. Employees seemed fairly friendly. We accidently left a nano and speaker in the room and called within 24 hrs of checking out and nobody could find it. Hope housekeeping enjoys it.

Updated nice property with clean comfortable rooms. Not necessarily a scenic location but quiet and safe with an upscale shopping mall and restaurants nearby. Rooms are not luxurious but have nice amenities. The standard king room had a sectional sofa bed, coffee bar, fridge, granite countertops, plenty of outlets for charging, extra bedding, glasses, mugs, coffee/tea. Easy, free, safe-feeling parking.

Stay was great. I love the Peleton Bicycle. Staff helpful.

Great stay here for our family. Extremely clean, nice staff, good breakfast. The hotel is currently under construction without access to a larger lobby so the check in area was crowded and kind of chaotic and guests have to walk through a construction scaffold to get to rooms. This impacted the vibe upon check in but we had a great stay otherwise.

Had to request housekeeping to come 4 times before they did. Missing bedding, towels, empty soap dispensers in shower. Over 100 degrees and all umbrellas missing from pool area, apparently they haven’t arrived after being damaged in a winter storm…months ago.

Bed was comfortable and it was great for a few nights stay. The pool was so dirty though. The tile clearly hadn’t been cleaned recently, if ever, and there was so much stuff floating in the water and on the bottom of the pool. Was pretty gross. There was very limited breakfast options for gluten or dairy free individuals. My room also had a sticky spot in the carpet that was pretty gross. Staying there by myself was fine, I wouldn’t have wanted kids in the room, I don’t trust how clean the floors were.

We liked the location and the price was reasonable. It was a little unsettling to find bugs in the bed in the morning.

The hotel is clean, beds were very comfortable. The best part was fresh smell of the bed sheets and blankets. The towels were very soft. Overall very good hotel.

Property is under construction. Website is very misleading and the hotel itself is filthy. The room that we got was not clean, hair in all the drawers, carpet hasn’t been vacuumed and a bunch of crap was in between the couch cushions. Had to leave one night early due to a family emergency and no refund or discounts, nothing. It’s all good, we just know not to stay here again.

Cups in room were dirty. Asked for new cups and those were dirty also. Now charge for breakfast. Get better options for the same price at Denny's. Food was cold, french toast was hard and couldn't chew, eggs had to much water in them.

We paid more for the room to be on a high floor, which it was, but it faced a wall! Not even a parking lot view! So disappointing. The room itself was very nice. The breakfast bar was a great bonus!

Spacious rooms, upgraded and clean.

Amazing staff! Rooms are huge! Bed is comfy! Food and drinks are great!

The staff were very friendly. The property was very tidy and quiet especially considering there was construction underway in the lobby. We were provided with earplugs and a cute chocolate hammer by way of apology for the inconvenience which was mild. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The only drawback for us was the lack of a microwave in room or common area, you needed to ask the front desk to microwave your food for you (less ideal for introverts). Convenient to several restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the Roseville Galleria Mall for more options. We enjoyed our visit and will be sure to book again if we find ourselves in the area.

The property was fine all around. We didn't spend much time in the room, but the configuration was a bit odd: the sink was outside the bathroom and the desk and counter area were all spread out. It was like a long, narrow room with a string of furniture rather than feeling like a comfortable place where you would want to spend any time. All the decor was somber and the blind didn't open so the room felt dark and dingy.

There was a nightlight attached to an outlet near the bathroom that stayed on all night and could not be turned off.

They couldn’t find my reservation. I was told it wasn’t sent over by Expedia. It took over 30min to check in. Security knocked on our door at 1:30am!! Apparently someone was smoking in their room. We don’t smoke!! It was so inconvenient. They offered a complimentary room for all the trouble!

Excellent customer service

When arriving at the front desk the older lady was nice enough but the gave attitude when I asked for a later check out time. Once we were actually in the room, we found someone else’s raisins all over the floor, after deciding that wasn’t a huge deal for us - we then found our feet were BLACK when walking in the room for a short period of time without socks on. As we were only staying one night, once again we said whatever let’s just deal with it and wear socks. Then with 3 kids that were over tired and starving we just decided to order from ‘room service’ - which is not actually room service. It’s from the restaurant downstairs but turns out they don’t bring it to your room. When I called to order, once again, the older lady receptionist was rude, condescending and said she couldn’t hear me because I had my baby crying (I understand that’s annoying and I apologized multiple times, but she didn’t change her tone) once the order was placed she said we would get a call when the food was done. Waited almost an hour and finally got a call from a different girl saying ‘um so your foods actually been done and sitting here’ I asked her then if there was any way to bring it up since I had 3 kids trying to get ready for bed (I know it isn’t their problem but thought I could ask for some help) she said no. I would need to come get it. Brought it upstairs and of course am missing multiple things. This place is a joke and definitely do not recommend for families in the area.

Stayed here just for a few hours for a wedding we were attending neary by. With a Starbucks in the lobby, and an Electrify America fast chargers just one block over at the mall, it was super convenient for our short trip. Super friendly staff.

Housekeeping staff were wonderful- the older lady that finally checked me in was awesome. The initial staff offered me nothing I unfortunately was dropped off early around 10am and I waited until 2pm to check in - I had all my stuff with me and couldn't go anywhere because I didn't want to drag my stuff so i miserably waited until 2pm then the person told me if I wanted to check in early they needed to charge me- I wish I would have been offered that earlier -so I waited until 3pm - finally received some customer service - I will never stay again-

The staff was amazing at the front desk for check-in. Shelby was so friendly and even remembered me from a previous visit. The coffee bar staff was exceptionally accommodating. Everyone there was warm, friendly and kind.

Convenient location accessible to shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The area is safe and clean and quiet. Nearby highway for easy transportation to greater Sacramento area.

The location is excellent.

I am from Roseville Ca and recently moved to Reno Nevada. I had to make a trip back to Roseville for appointments and decided to stay by The Fountains a high end upscale shopping complex and the Roseville Galleria a shopping mall, and the hotel was conveniently located smack next door and a super safe area, which is why i chose the hotel, mostly because of the upscale location. Hotel was clean and safe location.

We stayed here for a wedding. The wedding place is just across the other parking lot which was very convenient. Shopping malls and dining options are really close within 5-10 min drive tops. Airport is 30 mins away.

The check in process was as usual. My wife and I went to the bar that is advertised as a full service bar. I asked for a specific drink Captain and Coke, bar tender said were are out of Captain. I said how about a Jack and Coke bar tender laughing all out of Jack Daniel’s. My thought is why isn’t this bar stocked properly, who is running this place. I get to my room and my first thought is the room looks old, the bathroom light wouldn’t work. I had to catch an early flight so I just went to bed. Just a horrible experience.

One morning there was no hot breakfast because the cook was not there. In our room, if you open the door from the shower side of the bathroom, you can hit somebody right in the head when they’re standing in front of the bathroom sink. we were on the bottom floor and did not like the fact that we cannot open our curtains, because anybody in the parking lot can see right in to our room. The stuff was very nice. And apologetic that there was no hot breakfast that first morning

I was there four nights, and the property is located by two suburb restaurants. Would definitely go back! The breakfast was fantastic!!

Did not like that I was not advised prior to checking in that complimentary breakfast is ONLY included if you join the rewards program. Otherwise, I would have been charged $11 per person per meal. Also, did not appreciate that complimentary bottles of water are ONLY offered to rewards program customers as well. Once again, was not advised of this prior to checking in. Should not have to join a rewards program to receive a bottle of water.
