We got to our room late. When we woke up, we discovered the tub had dried urine in it. We had to leave early without showering. We have not had any success in getting a refund or credit.

Our air conditioning was not reliable and kept shutting down giving an error message. We reported it but nothing ever done to fix it. On the positive side it was very convenient to the hospital which was huge
