Our room was nice and large. The staff at the front desk was very nice. The included breakfast is only open until 9:00 and was average. The pool was not open. This was one of the things our kids were looking forward to. We should have been notified that it was closed and drained before we came.

Not worth the price you pay. Walls are thin you can hear your neighbors. Rooms are old and very out dated not much light in rooms. Pictures are deceiving our king bed suit shows a picture with a couch and we got a chair we asked for a roll out bed and they charged $25 extra a day for a roll out bed and they charge for parking with very minimal parking. Do not stay there look elsewhere or try the holiday inn next door it looked more updated than this. Pool was not available just all around a mess.

The room smelled like dog. We had to open the window and run the ac to air it out. The shower was lukewarm the whole stay. They said they’d check and gave me an runaround about how to work the shower handle that did not work. Breakfast was good, beds were good. But charging for parking at a Hampton? Cmon!

The lobby and hallways were under construction in mid August!!! We were surprised why do it still in summere vacation time and not wait for Sept.? Lots of workmen tearing up concrete to put ne flooring, making dust & debris and noise.

Stacey at the front desk was very nice! The room was comfortable I would have given 5 stars but we had to air out the room when we arrived it had a body odor smell.

It smelled at the lobby. Help was horrible parking was trashy and when we got to our room it was filthy - we had got the suite there was a shirt on the floor empty bottle on the bed jacuzzi with water and dirty - when we called front desk they were just like oh we can’t accommodate you almost like it was normal to have that problem most horrible experience ever

Our view was horrible, an entire week looking at nothing. The mattresses are super firm and can be rather painful after a few hours of sleep. Pillows are non existent, they’re flat and better off without a pillow. Definitely needs new pillows and a mattress that’s not so firm. Nevertheless we got stuck in the room above the hotel entrance and could hear the sliding doors. The freeway is so close to the hotel that you have a constant noise. Employees were great and willing to assist that made the stay pleasant. The evening registrar person was a plus she was excellent.

Horrible front desk. I travel a lot and am used to front desk clerks having a rough day. However, this clerk was rude and condescending. Worst check in experience ever. Hotel was not the usual quality of Hampton either.

We had an overall nice stay for 5 days. When we arrived, we did not receive a room key because they said there was a computer system outage. Still no key the second day, so each time we needed to go to our room, the staff had to walk us up to our room and open the door for us. Third day, the issue was resolved. Talking to family staying at other hotels in the area, there was no computer system problems for them. The room was very clean. The air conditioning during the very hot week worked almost too well as the room remained chilled (my wife’s preference). Something had spilled on our bed after the maid service had come around, so we informed the front desk and they sent a young lady up right away to change all of the bedding. Parking was a bit of an inconvenience. For two of the nights we had to use the parking lot of the hotel next door because the small lot was full. Half of the lot was taken up by EV hook ups, of which only a couple were being used at a given time. Besides the issue of the room key and the parking, everything else was excellent. We would stay there again if we were in town.

I booked a king suite room and paid in advance. I got a dual queen room confirmed, but hotel would not switch my room even though they had some available. The hotel blamed Hotels.com. Foundation of Hotel is shifting and bathroom door would not latch. Staff was not willing to help. I promise that I was polite!! Will never stay here again- there are 6 hotels within .25 miles- lots of better options.

The night staff Sam was extremely disrespectful and rude. Poorly trained. Does not know what customer service and hospitality means. There was issue with payment from Expedia and kept telling me “not my problem. It’s your problem” and give me a blank stare. Never have i experienced this disrespectful treatment. Maybe he needs to learn from cleaning toilets before greeting guests. Or this is not the line of work for him. He needs to seek another profession where he doesn’t interact with patrons or customers.

Upon checking in, front desk staff had no record of our reservation. It took over hour talking with Expedia agent, being on hold and the 3rd party booking dipshit to finally check in. A total waste of time and stress!!!! Expedia did nothing in the way of compensating our time and am completely disgusted with the lack of customer service and lack of detail.

Was nice except we asked for a wheelchair accessible shower and didn’t get it. They brought a shower chair but that was too big for the shower. Otherwise it was a nice stay. The girl that checked us in was awesome.

Horrible service, I made reservations in advanced for the JALO fest and the day off thwy canceled my reservation, the “Managers” exact words where “I HAD OTHER PEOPLE IN FRONT OF ME WHO NEEDED THE ROOM” mind you I dont live in the area I drove over 2hrs to get there just to be told our room was given to someone else AHBI IS THE ONE WHO CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This is the second time I have stayed at this location. It is easy to get to, central to many locations and in a quiet area. The area is industrial, so it is not walkable. The breakfast in the morning is a great addition. Their recent remodel is nice. Staff supper friendly.

The entrance is a bit hard to find at night but it's right off the freeway and good size parking lot. their room was clean, better then expected, comfortable bed and I enjoyed the weekend stay, will be back here next time i am in Sacramento

I forgot to mention at the front desk. Our bathroom lock didn't lock. Chopsticks were found on the floor on our check in day. We asked room service for more towels but they told us to ask the front desk for more. I'm assuming that's the policy. The batter was low for the waffle maker and staff didn't want to make more. But they did manage to give us enough to make a waffle. With so many guests eating breakfast the batter should be checked periodically so it doesn't run low. Other than that we had a good stay.

Convenient to auto dealership when major repair was required. Facilities were in very good condition. You had to go across the parking lot for a full breakfast at the Holiday Inn Express. May be a temporary thing. There were some 'to go' bags for those not wanting the meal.

Stayed here with family for a concert we were attending this hotel was very nice clean and the breakfast was surprisingly good I will be staying here for now own when we travel for business anyone seconding guessing no worries this is a great hotel stay.

The room seemed very new and I liked having the extra sink in the room. But no decaf coffee at breakfast downstairs? I asked and they said they didn't have any. Kind of shocked. That's pretty standard.
