Francisco Bay Inn

It’s a motel and under construction on the outside. The rooms are ok like you’d expect in a hotel. The staff were not helpful or very friendly, I would not stay here again.

Consistently a comfortable bed and clean room at a good price, in a good location

The experience was disappointing from start to finish. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and their treatment of another customer ahead of us was especially concerning. The customer appeared to be struggling with English, and instead of offering patience or support, the employee behind the counter spoke to her in a condescending and aggressive manner. Unfortunately, our own interaction with the same staff member was just as unprofessional. The issues didn’t stop there. The room itself was excessively noisy, the bathroom exhaust fan was not functioning, and the shutters failed to block out light. The furniture also felt low-quality and cheaply made, which only added to the overall negative impression. I will not be coming back.

Hotel is value for money.

Clean and tidy room, room was a little dated, needed decoration on one of the walls. The bathroom needs a little attention. Great view of the Golden Gate Bridge.
