Basic rooms. Average cleanliness. Tried to contact hotel for itemized receipt for stay and was on hold for 45 minutes and never talked to anyone!

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at. There were ants in the bathtub. I called downstairs to ask if someone could bring me a bottle of water and I was on hold for 15 minutes just to be told no when she returned. The staff is useless.

The room itself was clean, yet very outdated. There was a lot of strange behavior in the building that honestly reflected sex work. The hotel is situated in the middle of Skid Row. Homelessness, drug use openly, and people even using the bathroom on the sidewalks.

Not a good hotel, stained carpets, dried blood on the wall, a smelly room and what I think were uncleaned sheets (that made me have an acne breakout). The team refused to refund me for my second night!
