Parking is expensive and only valet is available but no concierge service was a huge issue. We had to pay and go to the hotel across the street to hold our bags when we arrived because rooms weren’t available and when we left because our flight was in the evening

The hotel was clean and very well kept. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very quiet at night. For the most part, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. If you are driving in and are unfamiliar with the area, pull right in on the east side of the hotel and valet park. It's costly,($75 per night), but well worth it. The only thing I can say that is negative is that they have a night time "security" guard who really needs to brush up on his people skills. If you aren't in the lobby very late, or very early, (I'm an early riser), you won't see him. Other than him, everyone is wonderful. I would definitely stay again.

Great location for walking and exploring along the Wharf area. The gym and bar/restaurant are clean and functional. However, the front desk does not hold luggage after checkout, although the hotel across the street will. And the service in the restaurant for breakfast was incredibly slow and the food was subpar. There are great places to eat and drink all around, so don't use the hotel for anything but sleeping. The windows do open for fresh air, which was nice. Overall, I would recommend for convenience, cleanliness, and price.

We walk to pier 33 for a tour to Angel island and Alcatraz island, so it is convenient for us. There is no self parking on site, but $75/night valet parking, it is expensive.

Property itself was good. Clean rooms and a gym. Down falls, our room had a weird odor that never went away and one HUGE downfall was there was no bell service so we were unable to leave bags until our flight left

The room was very clean and felt very comfortable. The area is very convenient, very close to the shore. The staff was very nice and welcoming. There's a nice gym with a washer and dryer too, which is unusual, but appreciated. The only minor issue is that there's no view of the beautiful surroundings, just for those wondering, but this is not a problem.

The only thing I can say was not Marriott standards, towels were cheap quality, the pillows had a bad odor, and the cleanness was very not good at all. For Gold Elite members they didn’t do anything for us, no lounges for members, the lighting in the room was very poor the WiFi queue was very bad.

The hotel was extremely clean and the room service was done daily. The hallway scent was so fresh and I like how the hotel gave me water bottles so I could fill them up whenever I needed to. The location was super convenient and I was able to navigate around easily.

The location was great-close to the Fisherman Wharf area, restaurants and shopping. We took the public transportation (BART and bus) and the stop was right in front of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and best of all, we had a great experience with each staff member we met. I would definitely recommend this place and we will book this place if we ever come back to San Francisco!

I booked through hotels so upon arrival I was told they were overbooked. Receptionist told us that is usually the case with third party. She was nice and tried her best to accommodate, however, I paid for an outside view and due to the conflict, I was given a room with no view.

The location of this hotel is great to get to Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Ghirardelli Square, Cable Cars and a stop for the Big Bus. King Room was surprising large with lots of storage (drawers) to put clothes in. Had a mini fridge but no Microwave. Bathroom was nice with a large shower. Everything looked recently remodeled. Bed was comfy, pillows not so but everyone has a favorite pillow type. Lobby non-descript but most desk clerks were friendly. Restaurant open for breakfast and dinner only. Very Expensive. You can find better and cheaper options outside the hotel. I would book this hotel again.

This was the first time I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where Wi-Fi required an additional daily fee — quite surprising in this day and age. On top of that, if you need to store your luggage after checkout, the hotel offers no storage space at all; you have to pay extra to store it at a nearby hotel. Another thing to note is that the ground floor is actually considered the basement, and the second floor is the main floor. If you’re staying on the second floor, be prepared for potentially unbearable noise. Overall, not a great experience given to it’s cost.

The hotel itself was nice. They charge a $30 destination fee each night that you can use at the restaurant for a credit or lose it. Which we were not aware of. The water pressure in the shower was awful. Staff was really nice. Not sure if we will stay there again if in San Francisco.

The employee checking me in was terribly rude and tried to make me feel like I am committing a crime for booking through Expedia which is one of my most favorite sites. If I wanted to spend a few hundred dollars just to gain some extra points on my bonvoy membership, wouldn’t I? She also said she cannot accept tips? I have never heard of this as the rest of the employees were happily accepting of the tips that I gave. It seemed she was unhappy to help me from the beginning which was rarely something that happened to me and my family. Would never return to this hotel

Arrived around 10PM and hotel was overbooked so were placed at the nearby Marriot Courtyard. Next morning we were checked in at Fisherman's Wharf, with satisfactory accommodations due to the overbooking, particularly happy with the tourist vouchers for various activities. ONLY gripe is that booking did not make clear that parking was Valet-only; listed as parking being available. Staff was attentive and welcoming, esp. during the transition process from the latter para. Rooms were clean, comfortable, 2x bed had space to organize vacation baggage, and the hotel restaurant was a excellent alternative for last-night dinner. Fine experience, would consider again.

The staff at this property far exceeded our expectations. The two girls who initially greeted us at the front desk were very friendly. We absolutely adored Darlene at the bar. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and worked so incredibly hard bartending alone for a large number of patrons. I have to give MAJOR kudos to Grace B for going way above and beyond for accommodating us and allowing us a late check out. It helped tremendously and we appreciated her wonderful service so much. Lovely stay - will definitely return!!

Me and my family stayed here on vacation and I have nothing but positive things to say about it. Great location about a ten minute walk away from fisherman’s wharf, and about a 15 minute walk from little Italy. Clean room and they give you 25$ a day in food/ drink credit in their restaurant. Definitely recommend

This was an ideal location! Really enjoyed the close proximity to Starbuck, Cable Car Start, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens, and of course Ghirardelli and the bay! Great bus connections and Uber got us everywhere when we weren’t walking.

Good hotel for the price. Clean, friendly staff, short walk from Pier 39. Lunch and dinner options are okay, the breakfast buffet is average, but there is a la carte option. Owerall I would recommend the hotel.

The room amenities were very nice and well taken care of each day. I hung up towels as requested and still received fresh ones each day. The restaurant food was sub par, to be honest. The breakfast buffet was luke warm and a bit bland on taste. And for the love of God, hotel parking was atrociously expensive. I drive a four door truck, which is considered "above size limits", receiving an extra fee plus tax resulting in approximately $85 per day to park. That's practically the same fee as the room. It's ridiculous! At the very least, you could have washed my truck for making me pay that much to park it.
