La Luna Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Great stay. Close to deli’s and coffee shops. Almost next door to the Presidio with wonderful views and walking paths.

Staff was great. Location was great. But, I could hear other guests walking around late at night (woke me up). The room needed a deep clean and they should start by cleaning the walls in the shower (those were beyond description gross.)

Plenty of hot water and great shower head and they provide soap, shampoo and conditioner. Ample off street parking in front of room for $12.50 per night. Beware, big vehs might have a challenge. Updated place, no frills with typical, noisy in wall heater (ear plugs fixed that!). And (as with any big city) street noise. Building is on Lomard with view of golden gate bridge from street! Walkable to some food, gg bridge and palace of fine arts. Provide Keurig inroom coffee with costco kcups. Checkin and out with staff was unexciting. Good enough for $136.
