The staff is nice. One of their chairs in the room has a protruding nail underneath the chair on the left side- could be dangerous. I forgot to mention it to the staff.

The Queen Anne is quaint and ornately decorated, and our room was clean and comfortable. The cookies and coffee/tea/water were a very nice touch. . We appreciated the historical significance of the hotel as well. The only concern was the heater, which was difficult to adjust because the writing had worn off. Location was perfect and it was a quick walk to Japantown and Fillmore street. I appreciated having parking available right across from the hotel. Overall a very nice stay and I would absolutely stay here again!

The room was nice and clean, the hotel in general had that "old" smell. Breakfast ok, a standard simple hotel breakfast. Was about a 15 minute Uber ride to Fisherman's Wharf, so not a bad location. Seemed over priced, but maybe all San Francisco hotels are?
