City Center Inn and Suites

There were signs of mice and I saw one in my room. There needs to be an inspection asap.

We went to go see if we could check in early at 2pm for a 3pm check in time - the front desk didn’t even ask me for my name/reservation and immediately said the room wasn’t ready until 3p. When we finally were able to check in, the elevator was broken so we had to carry our large suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. Our room had an odor to it, the wallpaper was peeling off of the walls and the shower did not get hot even after running it for several minutes. When we expressed our concerns to the front desk and inquired about a refund, it was denied. We were then told to call the manager the next day (who did not answer when called). We booked another hotel instead as we did not feel safe/clean in this hotel room - I would not recommend this hotel.

Convenient location, pleased to have free on-site parking, inexpensive cab ride to dinner. Staff very friendly, we could tell older hotel but room was clean. Pillows were too hard which made it difficult to sleep.

Reasonably priced. On the fringe of Downtown but easy walk. Older style motel but clean with good amenities. Only issue was the need to use doorbell to enter which felt awkward at times if after hours.

I had an awful stay, I left after 2 hours and killing a roach in my room. The whole hotel smells like mold, roaches in my room, floor feels like you are going to fall thru it, wifi is awful constantly discounting and a broken elevator when you have people staying on the 3rd floor that are disabled and no help offered by the front desk. The hotel feels like a 1/2 way house. Hotel refused to refund even though it was not as described. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!
