The pool was not conveniently located inside the hotel. We had to cross a busy street, in our bathing suits, and find the pool in a different building. As a result, we only used it once. This was the biggest disappointment. I wish this had been marketed more clearly in your online advertising. There was also no microwave in our hotel room, much to our surprise. The bathroom amenities, such as conditioner, had not been refilled. The hot water in the bathroom sink was scalding hot (even with the cold water turned on). Otherwise, the breakfast was delicious and offered a sizeable buffet.

When we first got there, we didn’t have parking available because the garage was full. We had to park 2 blocks up and walk our way down. We should have had some kind of discount for the inconvenience. We had to pay $70 to park away from our hotel. Also when checked in we didn’t have a sofa bed and had wait for a rollaway bed to come up to our room. $85 to park and not have the option of self park is a little upsetting but overall real nice hotel.

Overall a pleasant stay. Cleanliness of the room was top tier. Valet parking attendants could have been a bit better for the price paid for services. $80 a night is higher than average, definitely recommend prepaying with your reservation.

Everything was good except when looking online to make reservations it shows your hotel with a pool. That was the only reason i choose this hotel. When we got there. We found out we had to go to a different building to get there. Being its not that warm out at night. Having to go outside down the road to go to the pool was a disappointment .

Room and hotel is very nice. Staff is very friendly. Pool situation is funky though - you have to exit the hotel and walk across the street to get to the hotel where the pool is. Also awkward that they don’t mention this during checkin, so when you want to go to the pool, you have to get back in line to get a key to the other hotel.

We loved the location, especially its closeness to public transportation (BART and Muni). The rooms are larger than most hotels in San Francisco, with large windows and a couch. The elevators were amazing! LOL. You key your floor in, and immediately one of the seven elevators is right there.

The lobby and restaurant seemed new and remodeled. the rooms though, not so much. The rooms smelled a little stuffy and they were a little outdated in my opinion. Average room, nothing special. AC unit was tricky and also outdated. The actual bathtub or bath curtain smelled like wet towel. Not the cleanest . The area surrounding was great in day time, a lot restaurants walking distance but pretty scary at night. We were walking to grab some snacks at night and we saw a guy get punched and robbed for his backpack.

Not only was there blood in two of my pillows, but the gift shop/store was only open one day out of my three days there. They have no vending machines to get drinks for the room, and if you want to get something to drink after 10pm? They tell you to go to their sister property down the street, while walking through a crowd of homeless on dirty streets with a bag of snacks and drinks. This was a horrible experience. Plus the basically forced valet, because parking isn’t very close… so you’re paying $85.10/night with tax included for parking your car. The staff was nice, but I felt like I lost all my money staying here. Wish hotels were like Amazon and refunded based on poor experience. I advise people to not stay here.

Location in Downtown SF was perfect for the things I wanted to do and security made me feel safe. Rooms were spacious, fairly priced and everything was very clean. Staff was so helpful during my check in/out process. Please save extra money for their on site valet parking! Would come back here again :)

It was clean, elegant, and safe. The staff was amazing, from the bell desk to the concierge, to the room attendants-all were very helpful and respectful 10/10 service. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. 10/10 for the strong AC. For the pool and parking we had to travel across to Hilton but it wasmt far of a walk which was nice. I really enjoyed my stay. Hope to be back soon!

I booked and paid high rates for three rooms with exceptional harbor views and only one room had some water views, other two had views with a garbage on the back deck..Why you have to pay a high price for the something you will never get??!!!! Wil never book a trip to stay there..

The beds were small but comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned the entire time. The bathtub would not drain so showers were not possible by day 2. The staff wasn’t exactly rude but they weren’t friendly. It is in a good location if you are taking Ubers or taxis around town. Overall our stay was ok for a stay in the city.

We had one of the corner rooms spacious enough for 4 (2 adults 2 kids) to sleep in. It was on the 19th floor with a good view. The room was comfortable, with a large bathroom. We wish there were chairs in the room. Some street noise is inevitable but nothing terrible. The breakfast features variety but could be more affordable (it cost us around $140 for a family of 4). Parking is $80/night so if you are renting, keep that in mind. The staff was great!

Great location and amazing views of the city. The room is looking tired and needs a renovation. There was no extract in the bathroom at all so for a family of 4 the room got very steamy when showering. The bedroom could easily take bigger beds so was not great for a couple sharing in small doubles. The team were incredibly friendly and provided great service,

Stayed at Parc for 3 nights. The hotel is very well kept both outside and inside. We arrived late afternoon and had an easy time checking in. The main lobby doors to lock and close at night so the only way to reenter is the car drop off/pick up and security asks to check your room card which I appreciated. The area has many restaurants and bars if you want to leave the hotel for food and drinks. We ran into no issues when we went out at night but you should always be vigilant. Lots of public transportation near by to explore the city and all very convenient. Overall our stay here was lovely and I would opt to stay here again.

The staff was friendly and professional, especially Mavis at the registration desk. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is located near the BART/MUNI station, the cable car turnaround, and Union Square. Highly recommended.

The hotel is perfectly situated across from the Powell subway station. However, to my dismay, the Market Street area has become a wasteland. Only 5 stores left in the old Westfield Mall, which is closing completely. Most of that stores down Market street and even most around Union square are CLOSED. The Wharf is a shell of its old self. So if retail shopping is your jam, forget it.

Wonderful hotel and the location is easy to get to via BART. However, if you aren't familiar with the location you could easily find yourself a few blocks down and deep into the tenderloin that's LITTERED with bums and people visibly using drugs. With that being said don't yourself miss out on this gem of a property. The staff is extremely welcoming and very helpful. There is TONS of shopping and so much within walking distance.

It is a great location as far as accessing public transportation. There is shopping and some dining in the area. It is close to the tenderloin area so some of the residents of the area are seen sleeping on ground near BART station. The security presence is good too!

Hotel borders on the Tenderloin area - many homeless and drug addicts. Also, tents set up on the sidewalk. Although inside of hotel was safe and had security, outside area did not feel safe at all. I did not notice any police or security in the area

I give the low rating because of the terrible service at dinner. One of us recived the starter and main meal at the same time. The other's meal came 20 minutes later and again both hot main and cold starter arrived together. We complained tothe waiter and he saud thst theybwere understaffed. Our breakfast was buffet style and was on a par with others. The parking and receptionist were both pleasant and willing to help. Choosing the lift was a challenge, was it A or G? We laughed. The room was again on a par with others. Would we use this again, yes.

Just one thing- there is $42 fee per night of which you can use $35 for breakfast, but the options for breakfast (outside of the buffet) are very limited and lack quality. Convenient location! I took Bart from SFO Airport to the hotel.The hotel was right by Powell St station, and one block from the Cable car. The area was not the safest (lots of homeless people on the street), but there were lots of tourists on the streets so I felt safe. Front desk staff was not very friendly, but Bell Station staff was very helpful. Room was a bit outdated, but clean. Bathroom didn’t have a fan, so it got very steamy.

This hotel is really beautiful, safe, well-kept and clean inside and we really enjoyed our room. The beds were comfortable and fresh, and the room had a lovely view as we were several floors up. The staff were very kind and helpful, and even provided us toothbrushes and toothpaste since we both forgot ours. My bestie and I were in town for a concert and only stayed one night, so it was perfect for that. My only complaint is the exorbitant amount of money we had to pay for parking. The hotel has valet only parking and it was $90 per night per vehicle. Since my friend I were meeting in San Francisco and live in different cities, we both had to pay for this which I thought was ridiculous. I wish valet was an option and not a necessity, and that they had self-parking or other more affordable options. Just beware of this and prepare for the extra cost if you stay here.

We booked the presidential suite and it was like a home away from home. 2 bathrooms, lighted mirrors, living room, dining room, kitchenette, king bed with upgraded linens, a jet tub and the best view of the entire city! We will book that suite again for sure!
