The front desk was super helpful when we arrived, even got a map and showed us areas to go and avoid! The hotel was close to major attractions and felt safe. Parking was easy, worth the $25/night! Not a super fancy hotel, but a great place to stay for the price and location.

This was the cleanest travelodge ever. But cmon guys. No microwave. They are 20 bucks. All this great food around and no leftovers. Also a bathroom fan would be good. No towels last day

Just a few steps away from the Black Magic Voodoo Lounge, the only New Orleans Saints bar in the area! And it’s always extremely hard to find parking, so having a place to stay that is nice and clean and comfortable, with parking ($25) and I can get up early to catch those 10 am games.

Clean and parking was $25. Felt safe in this area and the area was not far from Fisherman’s Wharf. We actually walked and enjoyed the sites. Never used my car. I would stay here again. Used the Trolley and site seeing bus to get back to the Hotel after our day was done.

Nice and clean hotel room! Check in was simple and the staff were friendly and gave us tips for our stay. Not too far from fisherman’s wharf and the piers and can be walked to. Parking is available but costs €20 a night

I would have given 5 stars but the ice machine on the side I stayed on was down with a note to get ice from the other side which would require me to exit the building walk around the outside. If there was a connection somewhere they didn’t mention that.

Good location only a short walk to fishers wharf, lady at the front desk was nice letting us check in 1.5 hours early and letting us store our bags when we checked out. Only thing I could say was a slight downside was there was no fridge or microwave but still ice bucket to keep drinks cold.

The room was nice bed was comfortable and I liked the lil patio we had. I just wish they had a mini fridge and/or microwave in the room but that was ok. The ice maker on our side of the hotel was broke so that was a bummer. I would stay again if needed.

Very nice clean and updated. Small and cozy with great staff. As a female traveling alone I felt completely safe. Beds were comfortable and shower was terrific with such soft water. Great location and everywhere walkable. Fantastic pizza next door at Chico’s and a Japanese restaurant I didn’t get to try but food looked fantastic. Great stay for reasonable cost in San Francisco

The hotel was not the cleanest place I’ve stayed in. My room floor had numerous stains, which gave it an unkempt appearance. The parking spaces were also quite cramped. The shower was small, leaving little room for my toiletries. To top it all off, a family member ended up being charged three times the usual rate for parking. When we arrived at midnight, the night staff assured us that our transaction had gone through. However, the next morning, I received a notification indicating that the parking fee hadn’t been processed and that I needed to provide my payment information. I had hoped the staff would be on the same page, but this mix-up ended up costing my family more money. Now, we have to take the extra step of reaching out to request a refund for a charge that shouldn’t have occurred in the first place.

Stayed 3 days and it was perfect. All of the staff were friendly and the front desk made sure we knew all of the many attractions within walking distance. There are a lot of nice options nearby for food and coffee. Room was clean and the area/property felt very safe. Will definitely put this spot on the list for any future trips.

The place was well kept and very clean which is impressive. Really appreciate the clean sheets and towels and room. For the most part, it was quiet, which was desired, but the walls were older and sounds from the other rooms could readily be heard. There is no mini fridge or microwave is something to consider. The desk staffs were very friendly and that is a plus. The location is close to the Golden Gate Bride and the Painted Ladies but driving in San Fran can be a little tedious because of the traffic and limited parking space. Overall, this was a nice place. Not a modern hotel but a very serviceable clean place to stay for a couple of days.

The room had 2 doors for the bathroom. There was a toilet and sink in a little room that was so small that the door hit the counter before fully opening. The toilet was right beside a wall. The bath tub was in a separate room with no fan or maybe there was one that didn't work. Not sure. It had a heat lamp and those usually have fans. The handle was leaking water which I notified the desk of. The shower head was at chest level (I'm 6 ft 1.) so it was annoying to wash my hair. The heater/ac unit didn't work. I think the breaker was out because the gfi on the work wouldn't reset which usually means there's no power. Luckily it wasn't cold out or too hot. The pillows were flat but the bed was relatively comfortable. Floor was clean. Probably would stay again but I'd try something else first.

It was the most inexpensive option in that area. Maybe a 10 minute walk from Ghiradelli Square. The motel was pretty busy on NYE and the people on both sides of us were pretty loud and the walls are really thin. That was to be somewhat expected. It still felt like we were being packed into a small section of the motel, maybe that is normal. We stayed around for a couple extra days and the motel was much emptier by then, but it always seemed like we had people in our section even though it is a fairly large structure. Other than it feeling really crowded and cramped with other people (when I think it didn't have to be), it would have been a great experience.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable, bed was very comfy. It is in a good location that is in walking distance to Pier 39, Fisherman's Wharf and Cable cars. it was quiet at night so we got a good nights sleep. Room was an older style but was fine.

I booked almost midnight and didn't realize that the dates automatically shifted to the next day. I found out when checking in that is not that night but the next night. The Front Desk did accommodate and matched what Expedia gave: $133. However, he said that he can bring it down to $92 and give him $50 cash. Because I don't have a place to stay and that's after midnight, I agreed on the unprofessional transaction.

I made this reservation gor my father in law with my wife’s credi tcard because she is in the hospital and the worker refused to take the card from my father in law and then told him about the parking. Whoever was working the desk last night was not very helpful

Honestly? This place was clean, quiet, reliable, safe, and centrally located. It's not going to win any awards or blow your mind, but it was exactly what I needed. Ice machines, elevator, vending... reliable front desk staff. Parking sounded expensive, so probably take the bus. Easy ride to downtown, the wharf, and more.

We had such a fantastic time at this nicely located motel. The rooms were a little dated but large and the bathroom a little small but everything inside and out was very clean and well kept. The walk to Ghiradelli Square is only 15 min. There are 3 coffee shops, a pizza place and even a couple of bars and a liquor store within a 5 minute walking distance. We took advantage of the very reasonably priced parking and walked or took an uber everywhere. My car was accidentally left unlocked for a few hours and nothing happened! We felt very safe and thought it was pretty quiet for a city neighborhood. You can spend a lot more money to be slightly closer to all the tourist attractions and/or have fancier accommodation. But if you would rather spend your time and money enjoying SF and like a reasonable, clean safe place to sleep, this is a great option. I would stay here again.

Only a short walk down to Ghirardelli Square and to buses. The pizza shop next door has awesome food and the subs/sandwiches in shop a couple doors up were awesome too. Over all the place was clean and tidy, access to public laundry through hotel. Need to pay for parking each night. The sheets were old and had pilling all over but looked past it, didn’t worry about complaining.

It is close to everything. Everybody friendly close to a bar the black magic voodoo Lounge Breakfast wonderful coffee and bakery place very close by. Sushi and pizza close by too.

In town for 2 days, good hotel for sleeping and showering. Front desk really nice and helpful for good information about keeping safe and good places to eat from coffee to dinner. Parking is a little tight but overall good place and close to close to everything. I would come back. The pizza next door is the best and the hotel even has sitting area that’s on the second floor. I would come back, for the price it’s worth it!!

Came here not knowing what to expect for an Inn but all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Walls are somewhat thin so you can hear your neighbors next door but other than that overall it’s a good place. Great location, adjacent to all attractions, and a great Ramen shop just across the street.
