Great value for your dollar, but…no in-room safes or ice/ice buckets. We had to go down to the basement to get a bucket of ice. We did feel safe because you had to use your room key to make the elevator move. Great views and quiet.

This is a fantastic property near the Ferry Building. Can't beat the location, safe neighborhood and walking distance to points of interest. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. Love the lobby area with a variety of free coffees and teas. The guest services and free fill up water station on each floor is so thoughtful! There is a terrace and work out room, too! I felt safe and secure here due to security at the door and elevators that only function with a room key. The room I stayed in was small but that is the norm for many big cities and I felt perfectly comfortable staying here. Slept well, too! Thanks for a wonderful landing pad for a weekend get away!

The front desk was awesome. They always greeted us. Coffee is good and the layout is nice in the fitlrst floor. The top deck is nice but small. The layout to get to the rooms is like a maze. No parking on property. The cheapest parking is $37 one block away. Noticed it was cheaper at the hotel website then Hotels.com. unable to honor lower price since I didn't book with the hotel direct. The elevators are slow and to get ice its on the lower level only.

The hotel has reasonable prices at most times of the year. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's quiet if you have an interior-facing room; if you have a room facing the street, it's quiet unless you open a window. There isn't much hotel staff in the lobby, but check-in is generally quick and easy. The Embaracadero parking garage are nearby that you can park at for $37 overnight if you want more peace of mind about your car's safety, but I parked on the street a block over and was fine.

There was mold in the bathroom. On the ceiling and in the shower in the floor. The check in proccess wasn’t the best. They had out reservation wrong in the system. So they took an extra 30 mins to check in.

Room looks like a prison. The bathroom looked so dirty so I was too scared to take a shower. Didn't even offer liquid shower gel there was only bar soap.. The walls are paper thin and we couldn't sleep because of the people staying in the room next to us. Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Bed felt like it’s not queen bed it felt so narrower than queen bed but front desk confirmed it’s a queen beed . Can’t stream on th tV Just local channels. However , the filtered water made up for our stay , unlimited filtered water on the hallway floor which is free.

Read previous reviews that there were pastries FOC in the lounge but nothing there. Coffee machine in lounge was regularly not working. Most things closed in surrounding area at weekends and closed early in evenings. Room was a little noisy with road outside. Room clean but a little in the small side.

This was so perfectly centralized for all the major sites to visit in SF. 1.5 miles from oracle park, 1.5 miles from fisherman’s wharf, quarter mile to the SF Ferry building & market place, half a mile from China town. Both the BART and muni stations are barely a block away. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get a true SF experience.

Great location, felt very safe walking around. The water stations on each floor are nice, but 3 minutes to fill a 20 ounce bottle is terrible. Biggest complaint is no in room safe.

Our room was clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly, and the location was absolutely perfect! It was close to lots of restaurants, Chinatown, and plenty of tourist attractions. Super close to train and bus public transport as well. Highly recommend:)

Parking is across the street and a little too long of a walk for my liking, but not too bad. We had an ozone generator running in our room upon arrival which can be dangerous to breathe so we had to air out the room for a while. Otherwise a nice stay. The man at the front desk was very helpful and checkin was very fast. Room was small but good.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and once again, we loved it. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a spacious room on the 9th floor, complete with a comfortable couch and a private balcony. The room was very clean, quiet, and exceptionally roomy. Check-in was smooth and quick — we arrived early and were checked in within five minutes. The rate was excellent, especially considering it was during the 4th of July weekend in San Francisco. The hotel’s location is perfect — within walking distance to many major attractions. We also had breakfast at the on-site restaurant, which offered delicious food at a great price. The only downside was parking. Overnight options were limited and very overpriced, and we had to find parking on our own. Still, overall, this is a great hotel, and we’ll definitely be back.
