No staff in the middle of the night. Door does not work to get into the building so my son slept in the car until 6am. The phone number to call is disconnected to get in too

The place was dirty to the point of scary. Wasn't sure it was safe, but didn't have a choice as it was last minute and couldnt afford to pay for a 2nd hotel (and not get back my Lamplighter $). Was afraid of bedbugs or cockroaches. Didn't get any sleep. Why is it so run down and still getting7-8 stars? Fals advertising. I did not thinki I booked a 2/10 star place. For a few bucks more, go somewhere else. I would like a full refund honestly.
