This hotel is doing a major remodel, pool, lobby area, restaurant is being remodel. The pictures of the future style look great but there is a lot of noise every single day including weekends. It seems like they are on phase one of four phases and won't be done till around April of 2026. Just know this is you are planning to stay anytime soon. Room rates are good just know there is a price to pay.

This hotel is undergoing major renovations. One part of the hotel is closed. The part that is open is poorly maintained. Carpets are dirty. Bathroom is old and fixtures not working well. Shower drain is slow. Pool is closed. This would be a major disappointment if traveling with kids.

Property is in the middle of renovation so amenities are closed and not available and certain things in the room is showing wear and tear. Stayed here due to the price and we can deal with the construction. Also the location is convenient

I don’t like that we did not get any kind of heads up that the hotel was under construction for remodeling reasons. We were all expecting to take our kids to the pool. If I had known about the remodeling I would not have booked there.

At time of booking, there was no mention of the fact that the entire atrium was being remodeled and only oneelevator was working. I would probably gone elsewhere if I knew that beforehand.

Well the hotel is undergoing renovation, the staff is friendly, the pool is nice and all but no fitness area. But i did find a busted electrical plug ins through.

Our room was dirty. We had hardwood floors and our feet were black less than an hour being in our room. We asked for our room to be cleaned bc of the floor and they only came and cleaned the floor. Didn’t clean anything else or change bedding/make the bed. Ice maker machine on 1 and 2 floor don’t work.

I entered the room which smelled of garbage and stale cigarettes. Carpet was absolutely filthy and linens were stained. AC broken, fridge broken. Zero care by staff. I had to leave for honest fear of health. I’ve never seen a hotel this gross. Luckily hotels.com called the hotel and refunded me.

Everything was very dated. Beds lumpy, showers dark without exhaust, water pressure low with a shower head that sprayed like a water hose. Everything was dusty, patio tables were filthy, no notice property was under construction prior to booking. Pool was closed for several hours. Lack of room service as well.

The room condition was terrible. The carpet had many big stains. The upholstered furniture had stains and the wooden furniture was chipped and looked like it was purchased in at a flea market. There were dirty tissues behind the end table. I did address this with the front desk staff in the morning and requested a different room. I was told a different room would be an upgrade and cost an additional $40. I have never been this disappointed in a hotel especially a Hilton before.

There was construction going on so they got rid of all their cots we had to have children sleep on the floor! Carpets were filthy, tub was dirty when. We got there and the overall ambiance of the hotel was dark and dingy. Even the upgraded portion wasn’t anything fancy. Not worth $200 a night. The desk people were extremely unaccomidating when they didn’t have cots she didn’t offer a solution I had to call back and ask for blankets and pillows for the floor. Staff was rude. Pool and jacuzzi was the only highlight but construction was happening right next to it. At least give a discount during that time!

Overall bad experience my plus one had to leave because the room did not have AC, it had an AC unit but would not turn on we assumed bc of the renovations but once we called we were informed it had nothing to do with that they said be we were just staying one night we could be given a partial credit for the inconvenience but the inconvenience was we could not sleep in the room bc it was too hot even without blankets it was in bearable to the point we had to leave so this became a solo trip unfortunately.

Room had very dated furniture. The tv did not work. The bath towel that was for the floor was totally shredded, and there was a lot on construction noise. The fridge made so much noise that I had to unplug it so I could sleep. Not my best stay there.

My room key quit working 3 times, so we had to go back to the front desk to get new keys each time. The hotel is in the process of remodeling and our room hasn’t been renovated yet and it was in pretty sad shape. I felt like it was overpriced for the shape it was in. Otherwise the staff was friendly and our room overlooked the airport runway so my grandson enjoyed seeing the airplanes.

The staff was nice. Got there late in the evening and had to park in the last of 2 spaces. The room.looked like it had not been updated since 1995. Some of the towel had black hair on them. The beds comfortable. I would not go back.

Do not stay at this property until renovated rooms are available. Excessively stained carpet throughout the room, ac/heat not powered and hanging out of wall, lamp shades torn and mini-fridge lukewarm at best…it was a mess. Renovation underway but would NOT stay here again until current project completed. Not Radisson or even a Holiday Inn in current state.

It was the worst experience. We stayed there on 14 February night. Our room heater was not working, and even after complaining to the front desk they did not send any one to fix nor changed our room. The room was so cold, we could barely sleep. I never had this kind of experience. The lady in the front desk was rude and was not even paying attention. I guess they hate their job, which is understandable . But the service!!! Omg!! So bad!!! The room was dirty, had water damage and bad odor. We arrived late and had no option but to stay the night there after 6 hours of driving. Worst hotel experience, till to date. Not recommended.

Good hotel and front desk service. We booked an accessible room, but when we got to the room, it definitely was not accessible. Went back to the desk and they immediately found an appropriate room. Beds were comfy and shower adequate.

This is the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The parking lot was over crowded, and there were 5-6 construction trucks taking up two parking spots each. I tried to let the girl at the front desk know, but she continually interrupted me and wouldn't let me talk. The room had a funny smell in it. I had no 2nd day maid service, which meant I had no coffee on my 2nd morning. The worst part is on the 2nd day, in noticed there was a stain on the foot stool, and it was obvious what the stain was. By far the most sickest thing I've ever experienced at any hotel I've ever stayed at. I will never stay at any Radisson hotel ever again!!

The hotel is located next to the regional airport of Santa Maria. The area is quiet, not much traffic and didn't hear any plane noise. The bathroom inside my room needs a renovation badly. I had the most uncomfortable shower as the poor shower head was blasting water in piercing strength. It couldn't be adjusted as the adjusting knob was not functional and leaking, splashing water side way and flooded the bathroom. Had to soak up the water with towel. There's no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it got fogged up and stuffy. They put me on second floor of the four floor hotel, and the view from the room was the roof of the first floor structure. There was a leak in the lobby next to the front desk, so they put three buckets to catch the water. It was like that for the whole time we stayed there. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet inside the hotel, hallways, lobby, etc. even though the hotel was fully occupied.

The place is run down. I know they are doing remodeling but our room was worse than a Motel 6. The carpet was so stained I didn't take my shoes off. The wallpaper was peeling everywhere in the room. The curtains had stains on them. For the price I paid the room was not acceptable. Plus the location is at the end of town. It is not walkable to anything. If you are flying in, it's a great location. Otherwise, I should suggest you stay somewhere else.

We go to this Radisson in Santa Maria for short getaways. Even next to a small airport it’s quiet. It’s close to restaurants, site seeing and lots of events.

They were doing construction to most of the hotel (not advertised ANYWHERE). Construction Crews were loud, blasted music all day. The pool and hot tub were closed, the Restaraunt was closed and the staff was rude. Never coming back here again.

You should state that the building is under construction at booking! Dust everywhere, unsecure rooms, noise… no comp bfast as offered. I would at least expect a complimentary glass of wine, rather than 13$ for a 3 oz glass, and a twenty minute wait. Close it til you are ready to provide a semi-comfortable experience!

When I booked it, they said they had a restaurant showed the menu with breakfast lunch and dinner. That was not the case. It was a buffet and no lunch at all and dinner starts at four. I was kind of stranded here due to my husband being in a meeting till four. There are no close restaurants so had to pass on lunch, even the bar doesn’t open until 4 o’clock, no bloody Mary’s for breakfast

The property is constantly under renovation but still not up to par. The sink in the bathroom had a big crack in it and the faucet never shut off. I am 5'3" and the sink and toilet are too low for easy access for me, let alone my elderly 6'4" husband. Ordered takeout Saturday night from the restaurant (make shift) and ordered fish and chips. Got fish tacos instead. I should have known when the waitress did not write it down and I should have looked. Never really pleased with this hotel.

Our stay was good. The room and hotel were clean. The water pressure in our shower was not good at all and the toilet did not flush well. We also decided to try their breakfast buffet. The man at the counter was definitely not welcoming. It almost felt like we were a bother for dining there. Two breakfast buffets and one mocha was $55. The buffet was no frills (eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, mini yogurts, and fruit) and essentially the same kind of buffet we have had for free at hotels of similar quality and pricing. We were there for a car show and they did have wonderful parking for those of us with car trailers and it was located a few minutes away from the car show. I would stay there again, but will never visit their breakfast buffet again.
