Very nice and clean, even a swimming pool and all of the amenities. The only negative things were the drapes didn't close and only a white see-through curtain did, and paying $13 for parking.

Good property if visiting local attractions. It's a little outdated, but still clean, very friendly staff and the coffee and pastries in the morning was very nice to have as a grab and go before we went on our adventure. I would most likely stay here again. Especially if you're on a budget, and you need a good spot. The pool is very nice too

The property was great, parking was about $13, the pool was clean, the pool chairs were comfortable, there were 2 fire pit areas, lots of tables with umbrellas, and 2 water features. The rooms were clean, the bedding was Nice, and the AC worked great. There were a ton of amenities in the room TV, mini fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker. In the bathroom, there was a hair dryer, dispensers with soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was an ice machine next to our room as well as a vending machine.. From 7am-9an there was a continental breakfast of muffins, danishes, yogurt, cuties, and coffee. It was on a main street so there was noise, but there were also lots of coffee, breakfast, and food nearby. We stayed because of its short distance to Universal Studios. The staff was very friendly.

There were cockroaches that swarmed from behind the bathroom mirror and also crawling in the shower. I was not able to reach anyone at the front desk and was denied a refund. I moved to another hotel and was denied a refund. Expedia also tried reaching out that night on my behalf and no one was answering. Disgusting property

The room and the furniture is old but the sheets and towels were clean. The place needs a serious renovation. It was very nice that they were offering cupcakes and coffee for breakfast even though it wasn’t mentioned in their service. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were little cockroaches in bathroom.

Although the layout for our family of 5 was great, the rooms were very outdated, with very few outlets, the tiles were all popping off the floor in the bathroom and there was a hairball on the floor in the bathroom.

Hotel was just for one night for business. Had to move rooms tiles were falling off in shower. 2nd room had hair left in bathroom shower and overall, the hotel was not clean. Would not stay here again.

Walls are kind of thin but it was a chill stay. Right next to the street so there is lots of car noises. The pool was open from 9a-9p and people use it often. It was a good stay for what it was.

Both TV and phone malfunctions in my room. Had to unplug phone due to constant ringing. Had to reset TV several times due to random switching inputs. Curtains looked ratty. Room was clean & comfortable, easy access to restaurants, relatively quiet.

Conveniently close to most areas that I wanted to go. Although it was clean it wasn't well kept up. the A/C was noisy and not easy to adjust. It did have lots of spaces to store clothing, suitcases, etc.

I had reserved and paid for a room. When I got there their credit card reader wouldn't read my card. They don't have an option to insert the card or use RFID. I only had one card with me, so I had to go find a bank to get cash. This has never happened to me before. I use this card every day at every store I go to. I paid the $150 in cash. When I checked out they wouldn't give my deposit back. No discussion. They said they smelled cigarette smoke. Just wouldn't give it back. I assume the rude clerk at the desk just pocketed the cash.

Had an issue with the plumbing the night we got there, they moved us to another room with no problem. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but convenient and did what we were looking for on our Universal Studios trip. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The manager, apparently who I spoke with, was so rude and frank and didn’t care at all that I wasn’t able to check in on time and when I called to ask if I could get a refund, he said he would call me back and he never did. It was so unprofessional and courteous that I never want to stay here again.

I experienced a perfect stay. I booked through Expedia and when I arrived it was a very smooth check-in just needed to see my ID and credit card for a hold for $150 and I was given the keys to my room. They found my reservation right away no problems with itinerary numbers or this or that. Very smooth. The attendant was extremely helpful and polite. I will definitely stay here in the future no problem. I slept perfectly it was not loud I got a lot of rest bed was comfortable pillows were nice. The decor is older but I didn't go for a fashion show. All the water worked. Hot cold, television worked microwave worked refrigerator worked. Everything was in working order and nice.

A great very reasonably priced choice for someone who needs a place to stay for a night or 2 in LA/Studio City area! Very convenient (lots of restaurants and shops nearby, including a cute strip mall with breakfast options, coffee shop, and boutique gyms right across the street), and the rooms are spacious and tidy. This is my new go-to hotel for a quick work trip in LA!

Close to LA downtown, universal studios and santa monica which is the places we visited. Nothing fancy of this hotel. But good confortable beds, heated pool which the kids enjoyed. Would come back for the price and location.

This hotel was nice for the most part. Lots of amenities were included for my stay. The pillows were a little weird, because they are square, not rectangular. The bed was comfortable though. They had cute, little pastries available in the morning too. I didn't try the swimming pool as I was really busy during my stay. The staff were mostly accommodating, but one of the men working was pretty grumpy any time I would ask a question. I asked maybe three questions during my three night stay, and every time he seemed like it was an inconvenience to answer it. Overall, I really liked it here though.
