Room is much smaller than I thought an extended stay place would be. It had a fridge with ice trays, no ice machine. My grandson wanted to stay with us and we could barely get an air mattress in the room. The hallway smelled terrible, but I’m sure that was a guest cooking in their mini kitchen.

Besides the elevator not working most of the time. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The room was clean spacious. Restroom clean. The kitchen was great for my week stay. SUSAN WAS GREAT !

Not really the property’s fault but one evening the power kept going out - for 10-20 min at a time.. I also expected that at a property like this, there would be cups, plates, etc in the room without having to ask for everything piece by piece from the front desk. I also had VERY heavy footed upstairs neighbors my last night 11 PM on.. I called down- not sure if anything was done.. the noise seemed to continue.

This was definitely a situation of "You get what you pay for". There is no pool, no ice machines and no late check out requests. This was told when I asked if there was a pool. I was told I had to make my own ice with the ice trays in the room. The cabinets in the kitchen area definitely need some TLC. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom, but a note that says you need to walk down to the front desk to request it. We only needed a place to stay overnight, and rooms in the surrounding area were running super high, so I wasn't mad at the rate. It was a bed to sleep in & a freezer to make our own ice. Luckily I brought shampoo! LOL

My bed had dirt or sand in it. I couldnt sleep in it. The room heater did not work. There was nobody available to fix it. I asked at the desk for extra blankets, they did not have any until 10 pm. The kitchenette had nothing in it, no dishes, pans, silverware.

check in was fine, Laura was polite and just trying to do her best. Room was barely passable, floors were dirty, bathroom was peeling, old, all the furniture was chipped. But was clean but squeaked and bounce like a toy. No ice machine, no gym, no pool. extremely basic. ill pay more to stay somewhere else.

We checked in with no issues. My key card lost its memory sitting next to my iPhone. The room was older and cold (a/c worked great!). The toilet rocked forward and back. Pretty minimalist accommodations. Decent value. “Breakfast” was very minimalist with no area to sit. The drink vending machine broke after 2 drinks. My first time will be my last time.

The hotel was welcoming and clean, the only real issue was the kitchenette was empty, no plates or anything to cook with and no coffee maker 😞 other than that it was a 5* stay! Will book again in the future. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly as well, neighbors were kinda loud at weird hours but thats to be expected.

Oh gosh ok so it’s nice building from outside then u go In and it’s like totally different! Smells like old people aftershave and I’ve never seen an elevator that has a push door then the room wash really dusty the burners were bad.there was dried up urine on the toilet, bathtub had a crack, I didn’t know that actual people live there! I could hear dogs barking at nice and a lady yelling in the halls and also no ice! It’s not a place to stay like for a vacation or mini vacation it’s literally a MOTEL!! My girls didn’t feel safe but they would give me a refund

I found bed bugs as soon as I walked by the bed. They were crawling all over the blankets. I immediately went back to the front desk to inform the manager of the situation. The manager didn’t even apologize or offered us another room. The manager just said “I will refund your money.” I will never reserve another room with Extended Stay America again.

The property was in a busy area next to the freeway and the freeway overpass. The exterior of the property looked like it was kept up. OK the inside of the property by the check-in filthy carpets does not look well-kept. Well, laying on my pillow, speaking to the person in the bed beside me, all of a sudden there was a scream, and there was a giant cockroach like bug, crawling up my pillow towards my face. It made sleeping uncomfortable that evening. I was glad to check out the next morning.

The younger lady, always smiling and interacting with customers. She knows her job and answer questions accurately. The hotel is not clean, rooms are only cleaned weekly, and when cleaned it’s half cleaned towels and wash clothes are not readily available so one is encouraged to return later because laundry is being done and bring your dirty. Just because the place comes with a refrigerator and stove they jack up the price but the upkeep and polices are a fail.

The rooms are quite dirty. There were broken furniture not fixed. The bedsheets were dirty and smelly. Rooms are not clean. Overall rating is poor. Will not recommend. I will not stay in this hotel until they get their acts together.

The receptionist was very nice but rooms are very dirty. The first room I was put in looked like it had blood splatter on the lamp shade that had been covered with paint and there was sticky stuff all over the counters that came off when wiped so I don’t think the room was cleaned. Second room was a lot cleaner except the dried vomit splattered on the bed skirt.

First room was near the freeway. Extremely loud and uncomfortable. Debris on the floor . No soap in bathroom. Second room quieter. Debris on the floor. Rooms. Room desperately need to be desperately upgraded. Counter tops splitting cigarette burns water damage. 80% occupied by permanent residents. Staff is kind and helpful.

The building looks much better from the outside vs the condition of the rooms. The bathtubs are worn, and the kitchen isn't fully equipped. There are no dishes, cutlery, or pans. The online advertising sounds fake. What's the point of having a kitchen without equipment. When families stay for consecutive nights and need to cook something simple, it will be impossible for them unless they pack their own pans and dishes. FYI: The breakfast included was coffee, tea and instant oatmeal. They just need to be clearer with the information they publish. It sounds like false advertising. it was very disappointment.

We stayed here after a day of wine tasting. The room was fine but when we used the shower, the entire bathroom ended up flooding. We tried calling down to the front desk to tell them about the issue but they seemed uninterested in helping us. They didn’t offer us a different room and even after we told them we didn’t have towels because we had used them all to clean the floor, they didn’t bring us anymore.

Bed had hair in it that wasnt mine. Shower had low pressure and I woke up with back pain. You shouldnt advertise breakfast. That is not a breakfast. Granola bars, instant coffee and packaged muffins are more of a snack on the go.

If there was no place to stay ever, I rather sleep in the car then go to this hotel again. Staff up front very rude. Went at 2:05 pm and I was told they don't do early check ins. I have stayed over 500 hotels in my lifetime and yet once no hotel has every told me 55 minutes prior to our check that "They don't allow early check ins", for me it was funny and not a proper way to start. 2ndly I canceled the hotel and booked somewhere else, especially finding out they had no pool. Now they don't want to refund the money when based on their body of email which I received that if you cancel before July 19th before 6:00 pm which I did then there would be no fee being charged. Complete opposite. I'm upset with the America Suites Temecula Wine Country and surprised at Expedia for not taking care of us where I have been using expedia for 12 years now.

Worst hotel experience of my life! I drove 14hours only to arrive at this hotel and not have a room for my reservation. I made a reservation 1 week in advance and was told when I arrived at 8pm that because I did not arrive earlier my room was given away to guests that showed up before me even though I was the one with the reservation. I was told it is "pretty much first come first served and there was nothing that could be done".

My last minute trip to Extended Stay in Temecula was very nice. The afternoon staff(young man that was super sweet) was excellent & surprisingly fast but efficient in checking me in. Completely making my check in hassle-free & overall my stay at Extended Stay in Temecula CA relaxing & chill!! The only small negative would be the street accessibility could be a bit easier to get to but other than that great visit!! Most definitely will be visiting Extended Stay in Temecula again!

When I first checked in to the first room that was assigned to me, I walked to a room that had just gotten a patch in the wall and it was a huge patch work that was done and there was a mess all over the floor which made my first impression of the hotel terrible. I was disappointed to have walked into a room in that condition and no one was made aware of the condition of the room. The staff needed to communicate better so that this would have been avoided.

The hotel and other guests were smelly and sketchy respectively. The room however was clean. The room didn't have shampoo/conditioner in room. If you wanted, I was told I would need to request at front desk in lobby. Not convenient. In addition, there was no coffee maker or supplies in room. Considering the hotel is advertised as an extended stay. . . Not as expected.

“Breakfast” is not really breakfast. It’s coffee and muffins. Not really what I expected when I booked the room here. Hallway by elevator smelled like a dog urinated. And I had to be changed out of the “non smoking” room because it smelled like cigarettes. But other than that, they staff were super friendly and helpful. In my opinion, it was still a little pricey for what the room provided.

The hotel smells like a bar. The room smells like a bar as well. No bath towels in our room. No water bottles or coffee machine either. The beds are semi comfy. I wouldn’t stay here again. It was okay for a 1 night stay

Its all nice but they should fix were it says breakfast because it just coffee n a muffin not eggs waffles ect. I rented it out thinking breakfast included to find out it was just a muffin
