Great price and nice to wake up to a hot breakfast. The parking lot was being repaired and repainted which made it difficult for parking. The pool and hot tub was closed. The bed was very comfortable and the room lighting at night was mostly absent. I would stay again:)

I was a little disappointed that when we checked in we found out that there pool was closed, the ice machine was out of service and the Apps for the mobile device had not been set up. It was a family weekend with grandchildren so it did not turnout as well as we expected.

The pool was broken upon arrival, but the staff was wonderful and called the embassy suites and asked to let us use the pool. it was a bit away and we had to uber over there, but it worked out. And then there were ants in our room and also my sisters room, and they did move us to another room. The staff was fabulous in accommodating us. It was just a inconvenience. And to be honest, the embassy suites looked like a nicer property and we said we would probably stay there next time. since the pool was a big part of our travel. we like to relax by the pool when visiting with family. The manager did give us a discount for the first night.

Great location. Rooms were nice and comfortable. However, the pool area needs an upgrade. The chairs(no lounge chairs at all) were ripped in 80%of them. Very uncomfortable. Definitely needs to purchase new pool furniture.

The pool was closed due to maintenance. We were looking forward to swimming. We did not know the pool would be closed. We were very disappointed. Would you please discount our bill. We would not have stayed if we knew ahead of time that the pool was not up and running.

When we arrived they did not have all 3 rooms on the itinerary. They were able to accommodate us but 2of the rooms were not Queen suites as paid for. Pool was closed most of the ice machines were not working. Laundry wasn’t working. Breakfast the first day was plain scrambled eggs and potatoes they hadn’t gotten their shipment of breakfast meats. Other choices were lacking as well.

Location to Old Town is perfect! Staff was very sweet! The only disappointing part was the chairs at the pool were torn directly down the middle. They definately need an upgrade and loungers at the pool.

It was good: close to downtown, clean, nice breakfast. It's the little things that disappointed, like the jacuzzi and the ice maker being out-of-order. These things you pay for and yet they didn't indicate any of this when I booked.

The bedsheets had dried blood on them! There were questionable white stains behind the door. The whirlpool tub had a clump of what looked like black cat hair in it. I can put up with a lot of inconveniences, but proper housekeeping is a non-negotiable. I don't care how friendly and receptive the staff is, I will never stay here again.

This was a great hotel. Would stay here again if back in Temecula. The room was huge and had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and the location was perfect! The staff was very helpful and the breakfast room was comfortable.

There was a roach in the room , towels were stained, the walls were dirty, there was hair in the sink a bad experience with the room overall. We got a partial credit but thinking of disputing the whole amount at this point. It was not worth over $325!

There was physical dirt in our bathtub when we checked in and our room door lock didnt work. When we called the frontdesk we were told the staff had left for the day and td they had no more rooms because they were 100% booked.

My husband and I have stayed at this location several times for weekend getaways close to home. In the past, we've always appreciated the clean rooms and friendly staff, which made it a reliable choice for us. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was a big disappointment. We stayed for four days, and from the moment we checked in, it felt like we were inconveniencing the staff anytime we asked for something. We needed extra towels and toilet paper during our stay, and the response from the front desk was far from accommodating. When our toilet kept overflowing, we were handed a plunger in a bag and told to handle it ourselves—which is not what you expect when paying for a hotel stay. The room was not up to the usual standards. It was not thoroughly cleaned, with visible grime in the shower from a previous guest and dirty floors that turned our feet black. There were even pieces of the room—like parts of the baseboard in the bathroom—missing. What truly shocked us was the unprofessional behavior from the night staff. They were often on personal phone calls, disengaged, and outright rude when we approached them. At one point, there was even a verbal altercation with my husband over a basic request. We’ve had many good experiences here in the past, which makes this one all the more disappointing. Sadly, after this visit, we’re not sure we’ll be returning.

This hotel is a wonderful facility. The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Our third floor room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Downtown Temecula was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Lots of good dining options in town, and wine country is a short drive away. I highly recommend!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The construction of the building is poor. We could hear every door open on the floor we were on and the floor above. We could hear the luggage wheels rolling in the floor above us and it was pretty annoying. No sound deadening material used to keep it quite in the room. There was no water in the room and we were not offered water at check-in.

Great location. Free breakfast. Close to Old Town Temecula. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. Couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed. I won’t stay there again due to the beds.

The Woman at the front desk was tremendously helpful and kind to me and my wife who was feeling a bit ill. She helped us to check in early and was very generous with everything. I highly recommend this place and know that people judge a place primarily by the persons with which they interact. Hampton Inn gets perfect marks from these happy travelers.

The check in was slow. The front desk was talking with someone on the phone ( business call) but we were on line for about 15 mins imagine? And then when she assigned me in a first floor , I asked if I can have a higher floor, she lectured me about specifying this during my booking . Your sink at room 313 is clogged .

Me and my sister had booked a double queen bed room 2 months in advance. When we arrived to check in at 3, the manager told us they only had a king bed room available for us! We had two senior citizen family members with us and that wasn't going to work. They offered a roll away bed. It was horrible service. The manager should have put us up at another Hilton with the same rate but instead she said we would have to pay $100 more for that. Horrible guest service. Stay away if you have a party more than 2 because they might give your room away!!!

Upon arriving the hotel receptionist, Abby, was very accommodating in trying to find us the two rooms we booked. Since we arrived early, she said she’d call call me immediately when available. Seeing I was with seniors, she kindly offered the coffee and tea in the cozy lobby, but I told her we would be back after I took them on a little wine tasting ride. As we were literally pulling out, she called and told me that the rooms were ready. I told her we would be back very soon and check in after we were done. Wonderful young man at the front desk, who’s name I didn’t catch upon return did a great job in accommodating us on the first floor, also seeing that I was traveling with my elderly folks and their relatives. Breakfast had many options, but I came so early that the oatmeal was barely getting warmed up. The options for vanilla or blueberry waffle mix were too good to pass up and cool thing about the waffle makers was that one was big and one was made for four little ones which I thought was convenient if families travel with children. There were three types of juices, muffins, breads, bagels, many condiments. They also had scrambled eggs as well as sausages. I really wish the chain hotels would have some fresh fruit available for guests even if it’s just oranges, apples, and bananas. I understand it’s hard after the pandemic, but I really wish they would give the option to the guests. They had a wonderful laundry facility and gym on the first floor where we were staying on.

The rooms weren't ready until after six pm, more than three hours after we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was lacking eggs and other options because the kitchen was not stocked. From talking to the staff this is a management/owner issue with staffing shortages. Won't be returning.

Nice proximity to wineries. Air conditioning machine in the room was very noisy. Breakfast was….FREE…..and with that, no bueno. No fruit options, pastries were not fresh, oatmeal was sticky….eggs were like plastic. Coffee was watery and cold. I would skip altogether next time.
