We have stayed at this property several times over the last fifteen+ years. Although, not upscale, it is clean, with a nice staff and conveniently located to Old Town and not far from the many wineries of Temecula. They offer a full breakfast and also have several restaurants close by. We will continue to stay here in the future and recommend this reasonably priced property.

I checked into this property with my two registered service dogs for a prepaid three-night stay. Within five minutes of briefly stepping out of the room, I received a call on my cell phone claiming my dogs were barking and stating that I could not leave them. While I understand standard noise policies, this was a clear case of selective enforcement; there was another guest with an unattended, noisy dog on the property who faced absolutely no scrutiny or restrictions.When I brought up this unfair treatment and requested to check out due to the hostile environment, the front desk agent was completely uncooperative. She claimed she "did not have a corporate complaint number" to provide and refused to offer clear answers regarding financial reimbursement for cutting my stay short. Dealing with this staff was incredibly stressful, and the selective application of rules felt entirely discriminatory. I strongly advise guests traveling with service animals to avoid this hotel.

my room had an wall air conditioner that leaked water all over the floor for two days. I didnt realize it was leaking until the first night, when I stepped to change the temp on the unit and got my socks totally soaked. I told the front desk about it on the morning of my second day and asked them to look at it after I checked out the next day. My concern was for leaking to the floor below and also the event someone ( a young child) could stand in the wet puddle on the carpet and touch the electric outlet which would be an awful situation, Hopefully they fixed or replaced that air conditioner. Maybe they should also check other rooms too.
