Ice machine located in a dark area so a concern at night. Accessto rooms on the backside is difficult. You have to go all the way to the end of the building or cstep over a low border wall, walk through a planter and across a grassy strip. Rooms don't have adequate outlets to plug in or charge electronics. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The entrance to the office was roped offed to get in for a car, the Elevator didn't work, the eggs for the breakfast was too salty, but other than that everything was fine. When asked for more towels and wash clothes the housekeeping was great and polite.

It was a little pricey for the location and the inside elevator buttons didn’t work so I was stuck in the elevator after the doors closed until someone outside hit the button.

The front desk was a bit difficult to locate and I think it’s some kind of construction going so there are yellow tapes around so at first I thought the front office wasn’t open so I went to next building which is actually another hotel. It would be nice if they put some kind of sign. Other than that, room was really clean, the breakfast was nice and area was quiet. I’ll use this hotel again.

The bed was comfortable. The AC was cool and quiet. The bathroom was a little small but clean. Staff was very friendly. The hot tub was perfect temp, but no pool towels at the pool area. The property showed it's age, was maintained well. The free breakfast was standard, and included eggs, sausage, gravy, waffle maker.

While the staff was nice, this was absolutely the most discussed that I've been staying at a name brand hotel. Getting up twice in the middle of the night to turn the lights on in the bathroom and find cockroaches running across the floor. They would run up behind the mirror in the bathroom out of the sink in the bathroom and around the toilet in the bathroom. Absolutely would never recommend anyone stay there. And if you're staying in room 305, that's the one. Be careful.

Room was not cleaned. There was hair on the bed sheets and cigarette butts on the floor of a “non-smoking room. After I told the front desk the room had not been cleaned I was moved to another room. That room had stains on the bed cover and hairs on the sheets. I told the front desk that I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in a bed that had not had new sheets and cancelled my reservation. I had to scramble to find another room at another hotel.

it was great in location, but it was a little run down. the non carpet floors meant it was kinda cold (maybe this is better during the summer) and we had to keep the heater on. the door could lock technically, but i could see through the door/door frame connection area all around the door, i.e. could hear and feel wind chill from around the entire door frame. Also the pillows were very shallow and small (could feel my arm bone under the pillow) and i'm only 5'6.

Rm 227 was HORRIBLE! The rattling of the heater or a/c was SO loud, it woke me up at 12:15am, then did it off & on after that. The bathroom fan also rattled dreadfully loud, and the toilet would not flush everything, even after 7 attempts. The handyman said the heater & bathroom fan were new but they were terrible. I was allowed to move to another room as I was getting ready to go to Thanksgiving dinner (that was not fun). Rm 224 was better with sound, except for the person above stomping around. No carpet was GREAT! Breakfast was better than most places. Sweetened thawed strawberries and small chocolate chips for the waffles was a nice touch, but do warm the butter first!! Chopped up pre-cooked eggs were decent, and they had a cheap-type shredded cheese and salsa available for them. They had shredded/pressed link-like sausage, too. Apples, hard boiled eggs, and other options were available. Coffee was just ok, but a machine makes it at a press of a button. Staff was very nice & helpful. They did give me $35 off for the major inconvenience of the horrible room and having to move. Rm 224 was much better. The Shampoo & conditioner were provided on the shower wall. The conditioner left my hair with static, so I recommend using your own. It's a short drive to other locations.

We paid over $300 for a room smaller than Motel 6, 100 feet from the I-15 freeway. Locks didn't work, AC didn't work, building run down, TV small, only 3 towels for a double queen room(3 people occupying. Nice lady at front desk helpful, but the whole experience NOT QUALITY and certainly OVERPRICED.

We booked this on Saturday afternoon for a Saturday night stay so options were limited and $$$. We chose this hotel as it was close and less expensive. Location great, bed comfortable, clean, great shower. Motion detector lights in sink and bathroom area unusual and a little annoying for night time bathroom visits. Breakfast offered hot options which was great. Easy parking. Weak WiFi.

The rooms were a very nice size. We had two queen beds, and I must admit the beds were extremely comfortable. The bed covering was perfect. The sheets were clean, the comforter was plush and warm. If there was a downside, it was the TV, it was a small TV in such a large room. There was a table and chairs so you could sit and enjoy a meal without having to eat on the bed. The bathroom area was a nice size. There was a walk-in shower in our room. The sink was outside of the actual bathroom area, which was good because there was more than one person in the room. Now the continental breakfast was everything. I was surprised to see that they had biscuits and gravy and a variety of drinks, yogurt, eggs, and more. That was the best breakfast I've seen in a long time and it was good.

Pretty quiet except for the barking dog next door and the extremely loud refrigerator that I had to get up at 2am to unplug. Not tech friendly- inconvenient outlet locations for charging plugs. Toilet didn’t flush properly & was very tight to the wall - I doubt it met clearance code. Online pictures much nicer than reality. Staff nice & friendly. They did give a slight refund for the noisy refrigerator.

Wifi poor in room on 3rd floor - so if you are relying on wifi (as you non USA!) then not so great. Pleasant hotel otherwise, good room (2 Queen beds), bath and WC together (shower over, good pressure), basin and mirror/hairdryer separate. Fridge, coffee machine, microwave. Small safe as well, secured to floor. Staff were helpful. Moved due to wifi - refunded two nights and lsot $100 deposit - fair enough with the change.

Room smelled like dirty feet when we entered and the smell never really dissipated; I think sorry to say we just got use to it overnight. Additionally, the walls are paper thin and we stayed on the second floor and heard every footstep from the third floor all night.

It’s alittle old in our room plug by the bed was very hard to get to once you get to it it’s so loose the plugs barely stay in! The hairdryer is falling off the wall. The towel hanger on door is loose just little things like the light switch in bathroom isn’t finish out Just small details would make it a lot nice like the chair replaced it’s gross the furniture by the pool definitely needs to be replaced. It’s alright but I wouldn’t stay again.

The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. One issue was the lack of outlets to charge our equipment. There was one outlet behind the bed, which was unreachable, and one under a desk. Nothing by our beds. Other than that, we liked the hotel. The free breakfast was a nice addition as well.

First time trying Quality Inn and I didn’t see Quality anywhere!! I woke up at 3:30 am after experiencing a series of pinching on my back and side of my body, which turned incredibly itchy until I went to the mirror to take a look and realized I had been beaten several times by a bedbug!! So I went back to the bed and confirmed it, there it was! So I took pictures with my phone to show the person at the front desk and requested another room to move and try to sleep but the person who was there was extremely rude and disrespectful. He never apologized for what happened and instead, he said “ARE YOU TRYING TO CHANGE ROOMS AT 4 IN THE MORNING??” Even when I told him what I had gone through and showed him the pictures of the bedbug on the bed. I also took pictures of the bites on my body to prove that!! So he finally got me another room saying “CHECK OUT IS 11am!! And again, never apologized for such inconvenience. What a horrible experience for me and my girlfriend. I will never choose Quality Inn again and expect a response from EXPEDIA about this terrible situation. I have pictures to document my claims.

The AC in room #211 did not work. The manager at 3 am said there was nothing he could do but tell me to talk to the manager in the morning. He even came to the room at 3 AM to try and get it on. Talked to the morning manager and she said she will have the maintenance guy check it out and give us a call later after we’ve checked out and left. Not sure how that helps me sleep in my room last night. Every time someone runs the water above, the pipes bang inside the walls. Not a very pleasant stay. Wouldn’t recommend. Will not come back.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms have a lot of space. The bed is comfortable, they offer a breakfast which is very convenient for those of us out on business. The area offers a lot of eating options and feels safe. I had struggled initially to connect to the wi-fi, but the issue was resolved a few minutes after I notified the front desk of my problem.

The staff are great here. My experience here was very good in December when I was here for 2 weeks, so I returned for a 1 week stay in February. This is a very good location in central Temecula. Hotel is well managed and maintained. The only issue I really have it the internet that is incredibly slow. Not only is is slow there's a clumsy backwards method to log into the wifi. Every 2-3 hours you get disconnected and it can take 5-10 minutes to get reconnected due to the poor process often requiring me to restart my computer, revist the hotels advertising page that does not always pop-up or connect each time you have to reconnect and log back in. I have lost important work online due to this backwards and nonsensical internet at this hotel. It's way too slow for 2024 standards. Very few people in this hotel this season during my stays. I doubt it would work at all during busy season when there are hundreds more people taking resources from the WIFI.

The hotel has rooms on both sides, but its parking is only on one side, the other side has parking that belongs to another hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and standard hotel rooms for a Quality Inn. The hotel is behind a shopping center, so you have to keep a sharp eye for the driveway. I would stay there again.

For a quick overnight trip, this was perfect. Super close to OldTown, the bed was comfy. Our bathroom light kept making noise and a few other guests were very loud late at night and early in the morning. The parking are was small but adequate.

Nice hotel with wonderful breakfast and lots of choices of coffee and tea. Service in the room is great, nicely made up rooms and they even did my dishes when there was anything in the sink. Nice surprise. Highly recommend this hotel.

I would stay here if l confirmed my room only didn’t know riverbeds were there — room was a bit stuffy because of hot day —- tried to open door and widows river smells were horrible ..with doors closed can’t smell it I understand not hotels fault, just nature. There continental breakfast was actually very very good in comparison to so many other hotels that I’ve eat at, nice and warm not overcooked not over dry the eggs and the sausage were kept warm and moist ,not full of butter just very well cooked and plenty to eat ,thank you

Overall it was a good experience. The free breakfast could be improved. Eggs were too salty and the milk that was put out was spoiled. Also, a couple of homeless guys were helping themselves to breakfast. They were asked to leave, and I think they let them keep the food they had plated. That was a nice way to handle that situation.
