From outside it looks lovely. Our reserved room was not serviced & ready!! The office staff told me housekeeping would be in @ 9am the next morning, I said I’m not staying in this room I cleaned. We were given a different room which had been serviced but it too was a HOT MESS! Obvious water damage, bubbled wall paint from water, horrible upkeep…If not for the late hour we would have fled!! We cancelled our 2nd night & booked in Quality Inn!! The Roadway outdoor pool is tiny & the hot tub is an empty disaster. Not worth what is charged.

Great location. Pricey though. Quaint enough. Had what we needed for an overnight trip. Pool was clean and cute. Super close to all of downtown Temecula so that was great to be steps away.

The bathtub in room 107 has black mold all around where the tile meets the tub. Hot tub was fenced in and looks like it has been drained years ago with no repair

The front desk lady was very friendly and recommended some great places to eat at. The parking lot is small so we had to park on the street one night. Overall I would recommend and stay there again.

Check in was a disaster, for some reason their system kept declining my card when I had used it all day with no problem and used it after check in with no problem. Embarrassingly I had to ask the person I was with to put it on his card. They only gave two small towels to use for showering. The room was tidy but wasn't clean. The pictures make it look better than it actually was. I will not be staying here again.

Dirtiest place ever , got out of the shower and my feet got dirty from the floor . You could literally see the stains left on tables . Felt very dirty staying there Put a rag on the tables and it was so dirty after wiping a table . Save your money

By far the worst room I’ve stayed in. The room smelled like cigarettes smoke, the sheets had cigarette burns, and the pillowcases hadn’t being swept from previous people.. Pillowcases had hair all over them. Bathroom was dirty and the tub looked like it hadn’t being washed or scrubbed in months.. Very disappointed!!

This hotel is conveniently located in Old Town Temecula. The non-smoking room had a very distinct smell - it smelled old and musty. The AC would turn off automatically after 3 to 4 minutes. The bed and restroom were clean but it’s hard to appreciate these things with a musty smell. Our mattress was old it just had several indentations (this along with no AC is what I think contributes to the old smell). If you’re planing to hangout in old town Temecula and spend almost no time in the room, then perhaps this is a good option. The price is affordable and it’s close to all the shops, bars and restaurants.

Older property, needs some repair in the rooms, the staff did correct an issue with remotes, pretty fast reaponse. The rest of the place is ok, worn but an excellent location. You can walk to all the hot spots in the old town area.

If you don't might the music from the Stampede shaking the walls until 2am, the noise might be bearable. Needs a lot of TLC. But, you get what you pay for. Super close to downtown Old town. Might be ok. Sun through Wed.

Location wise is great, very convenient! You can literally walk throughout the town, Pechanga Casino is about a 5-7 minute drive. My biggest issue was the bed; very old and noisy. We stayed on the ground floor, I could hear people from upstairs having sex because of the constant rhythmic noise. Too noisy, even as you sat on the bed would make a lot of noises. Location is GREAT like I said not so fond about the entire furniture.

Old motel and very basic, but quite clean and in generally good condition overall. Location can’t be beat, right in the middle of the Temecula Old Town area, and it is markedly less expensive than other options in the area. Also the room was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the freeway. Staff was also friendly and polite. The only major downside was that the bed was easily the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. They seriously need to replace the beds.

Have stayed at this location a few times because it's convenient. I was surprised at the condition of the room itself, the blinds and shutters were broken, it was obvious that the entire room and bathroom needed new paint and upgrades. The staff upon check-in is professional and the process was quick so that was good. The room itself is large and the air conditioning unit was good but blocked by a table and two chairs. The remote for the TV did not offer a menu so changing channels just to find some things suitable to watch was a bit annoying. We do like staying close by Old Town but unless there are upgrades to this hotel we may opt for a different hotel next time, especially for the cost

I liked how easy it was to book and pay for a reservation and that we were allowed to check in earlier than the normal check in time. All i had to do was ask and he allowed it. Very nice and great location right in old town Temecula it was beautiful

When we arrived, the staff to check us in was rude. She had informed me that she tried to charge my card without my permission before we even arrived to check in. That was a big red flag. Then when we got to the room, it was disgusting. It smelt like mold and the bathroom smelt like weed. The bed was uncomfortable, and I’m actually afraid I had gotten bugs just from how disgusting this room was. There was actual garbage and filth outside of my door. And the shower /tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. I really would never reccomend this hotel. I’m not one to leave reviews, but it’s deceiving since it’s in such a cute part of town. But I absolutely would never stay here again. The pictures are deceiving. The comforters are brown and probably haven’t been washed in a while. Our neighbor blasted music until 4am.

If you are in Temecula to party this is your place. Fairly modern and clean rooms for the price. Not great pillows. Walking distance to about a hundred bars and restaurants. If you're here to sleep bring some earplugs because the areas (and hotel the night I stayed) was very loud. I got no sleep. Checked out after one night (booked two) because a group was partying outside my door all night and the hotel staff was unable to quiet them. Hotel refused to refund second night even though the place was fully booked and I'm sure they rented out the room.

Great budget stay. However, if you want to sleep on Friday and Saturday night, bring ear plugs because the Bailey's bar across the street has a disco and you can hear it from the rooms and at 2:15 a.m. all partiers yelling after partying at Bailey's. This is a great place to stay. If you want a party at Bailey's you can walk across the street. The hotel should provide earplugs I asked they didn't have any

Nice place overall. Very clean. Front desk was excellent-accomodated my early check in with no issues. Only issue I had was website showed breakfast included-that isn't accurate. When people are on tight budgets these days, services such as free breakfast is a necessity if it's advertised.
