Terrible experience all around. Staff was inattentive and very hard to hear through the poorly done plastic window. No entry end in the lobby to talk to the staff. No coffee, ice machine, broken, although the room was clean, the TV was poor and the people upstairs were very noisy.

Technically, did not stay at this hotel because the pool closed 10 minutes after I would check in. The lady receptionist was very gracious and gave me a full refund. I return several hours later because I could not find any vacancies in the area to reclaim a room for my granddaughter and I to stay. It was around 11:30 PM and there was a male receptionist at the check-in window. Not only was he going to charge me $20 more for a room, which I agreed to pay. But then he would not accept my credit card and told me I could only use a debit card. The end result was my granddaughter and I slept in my car with the temperature over 100°. Kudos to the lady receptionist, the male can go to hell.

Was drying a load of laundry in their facilities. Added money turned on timer went down dryer didn’t turn on. Went to front desk was told I had to wait til morning for a refund. The never put an out of order sign on dryer even after I said something.

My family and I enjoyed it. When we come back to California we’re definitely gonna stay there again. The pool was very clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the picnic areas and size of the room. The guy that helped us. I’m not sure if he was. The owner was very friendly. Would definitely recommend to friends..

The room was dirty, someone left eyelashes in the shower, dead cockroaches on bathroom window, stained bedding, broken doors, hole in bathroom window, phone didn’t work. It was just disgusting. I put my own blankets on the bed and still got bit by something.

We checked in, he put us in a downstairs floor bec I have an elderly woman traveling with me.. when we walked in the door, the door lock was broken, security lock was broken, when I walked around the corner there were roaches on the walls and in the tub. I have pictures, that was horrible. We asked for a different room and the response we got was "what do you expect for a 60 dollar room, but the other side is better". What?! You knew and put us in there anyways?! And think that's ok. I wouldn't put ANYONE in a room that was infested and unsafe. Horrible business practice

DO NOT book this place. First of all, you can't even enter the lobby and it sure as h*** does not look like that. The property does not feel SAFE. The room had a musty/moldy SMELL that immediately set my allergies off. The room was DISGUSTING: dingy, dark, mismatched furniture, rust streaks, mystery stains, and an outright busted up air conditioning unit. I didn't even set my stuff down before I turned around and left. On top of that, it's a NON-REFUNDABLE booking so I paid full price to be in the room for about 30 seconds. (Sorry, I didn't think to take photos--wish I had.)

The room was disgusting! It was dirty, the sheets and towels were stained, the shower was dirty, the floors were dirty, etc. The faucet pulled out from the wall at least 4 inches in the shower. I cannot believe Hotels.com would have this hotel on their app.

This was very dirty and disgusting. Roaches every where inside. Not safe for kids. You have people parting at 1-2am people throwing stuff over the balcony n honking their horns at 4am. Then you have people banging on ur sliding window in the back when they go to the pool area. The people at front desk very rude and gave a hard time to be able to get keys to go in n out. Our door didnt even work you could just open the door n walk in. Worst experience ever.

The guy who checked us in was pretty surly, plus it sounded like we had a basketball team above us. No ice machine, and hard to get the "constant fan" going. However, the room was clean & nice and had no problem with that. There was a gate at the front that made it safe (good, because our door latch was broken)

☹️The staff was friendly and kind but seemed ineffective. Past midnight the loud Mexican music and rowdy drinking crowd went on partying. We called the Office complaining 4x’s! The staff “tried” to stop it but never called the police. We left early and got a refund for the 2nd night. Wyndham needs to upgrade this place or remove their LOGO!

This was the worst motel I have ever stayed at. I got there at 10pm from a 7 hour drive. Check in was quick and easy. However, the property grounds were extremely unsafe. Especially since I was there with my best friend. 2 females alone, in a drug infected, homeless and prostitute motel. Once we entered the room, it looked nothing like the pictures online. The bedding was dirty and covered in white dog hair. We took the top bedding off and the white sheets underneath were dirty. Pillows dirty. Floor dirty and a ton of white dog hair. Why do they have house keepers when they don’t even clean the room. There was even cockaroachs in the room which I took video of. In the morning, we got knocking from the house keeper at 9:30am and every 30 minutes after that. I kept telling them I was leaving at 1/pm. But they still didn’t care. There was even 1 house keeper around 11am that stayed at the door for 10 minutes knocking non stop. She wouldn’t leave. I told my bestie let’s get out of here NOW so we showered and started packing to leave. The manager of the motel came banging on the door at 11:20/11:30am telling us check out was at 11am. I told him there was a sign at check in that said check out was at 12pm. He said he was going to charge me another night. Told him go ahead but we are leaving before 12pm. We ended up leaving at 11:45am. Please do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

The manager was wonderful. We arrived there too early, but he said we could check in and have the room in 1 1/2 hours, so they could clean. We were on our way home to Oregon and thought we would be at the hotel later in the day. He was so nice, he allowed us to cancel and not charge us. On our next trip to southern California (about two a year) we will definally stall at this hotel. Thank you

Horrible! It was loud at night, there was NO ONE at the front desk during check even though I completed the online check in at made them aware of what time I’d be checking in!!! I tried to use the outside phone but got a busy signal and the phone wasn’t working properly, I used the door bell but still to no avail and when the man finally showed up he was RUDE! Unbelievable!! I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! Oh yea the room was full of bugs and cockroaches! Just terrible stay! Never again!

The man at the front desk was rude. The girls that were working front desk when I first checked in, wouldn’t even let me check in 30 minutes early! There was literally so many available rooms that they simply could have just put me in and they didn’t. I had to wait outside in 115 degree heat! There was a few roaches in our bathroom. The hotel is run down and outdated. I thought the pool would at least be a good feature especially since it was hot but it was so filthy with bugs all inside like they don’t even clean it. I had room service already knocking at my door 30 minutes before checkout. Oh yeah and if they come knocking asking if you need new towels, DONT GIVE IT TO THEM. They WILL NOT give you new towels. They will take yours, go to every other room at the hotel, wash all the towels, THEN bring you yours back hours later. So you’re left without towels. The only good things were: the bed was comfortable, conveniently being right next to a gas station for quick drinks/snacks and a few blocks down from restaurants.

This place should not be on Expedia. Unless you are really desperate, DO NOT STAY HERE. It looks rundown and risky to stay at. One hint that you might have made a really bad choice on Expedia is that you cannot even enter the reception area. You deal with staff though a small window opening. This is very off-putting, as are the homeless people camped right outside the entrance. I feel sorry for those people and they should not be on the street at all, but anybody staying (or working) at this establishment should feel safe. That's not what it looked like to me and evidently the management feel similarly. Now I want to get my money back from Expedia since I cancelled my reservation (at the little window) and I stayed at a much safer-looking business. I'm so sorry to write this, the most damning review I have ever submitted about any business.
