The room was nice and spacious for our family of four, with a good-sized bathroom, plenty of storage, and a private patio with seating. Every space in the hotel was clean and beautiful. The gym was spacious with plenty of equipment. The pool was refreshing in a beautiful courtyard area and has a sizable hot tub. The hotel restaurant had great food all day long and even better service. Housekeeping was performed daily, but if you choose to forego it, you get a restaurant credit. We were able to get a complimentary late check out. We didn’t want to leave!

I love this hotel. California Hacienda feel, pool, great restaurant in Harvest which serves super healthy food. We enjoyed the service Hector provided he was delightful. I stay here at least 4X per year.

Beautiful property. Self parking is close by, but there is a nightly charge. We got a double bed room and it was very roomy with wood floor throughout. Bathroom clean and new.

Staff at the front desk very nice. I was not told about a $10.00 fee a night for parking when I checked out. Very surprised. Something about non guest parking in their spots. Seems weird parking lots everywhere. She did waive the $30. 00 fee. Restaurant was great for breakfast and buffet. Good sysy.

I was eaten by bed bugs during my stay at the Hyatt Regency Westlake. After switching rooms following the first night due to noise issues, I was placed in a nearby room on the 3rd floor. Apart from minor inconveniences, such as there being no soap/body wash in the bathroom, the room seemed fine enough until I woke up to a bed bug crawling right next to my face. Confused, I popped out of bed to get a better look. Sure enough I saw several beg bugs on my pillow and bedspread. Even worse, I saw my blood smeared across the sheets and on the parts of my body where the critters had feasted (mostly face and legs). I'm not generally a squeamish person but this was a truly disgusting/skin-crawling experience, which did not put me in a great headspace for the business meetings I had planned for that day. I quickly raised this issue with the hotel. I first spoke with someone at reception. This gentleman was shockingly unsympathetic and seemed to brush off my concerns. Unsatisfied, I next spoke with the director of hotel operations. He seemed more concerned, and after hearing about my experience, promised to follow up with me. However, it's now several days later and I have not heard anything from hotel staff or anyone else on behalf of the Hyatt organization. I can safely say that I will never step foot in a Hyatt again, which is particularly disappointing because I paid a premium to stay in what should have been a great hotel, free of blood-sucking pests.

Checked into our room and the ceiling AC was dripping water and made a large puddle by the front door. Called the front desk and they didn’t answer so I had to take the elevator to the lobby and complain and get a new room. The next room was ok but the four pillows had blood on the pillow cases and the pillows. Yuck. Housekeeping obviously didn’t even look at the pillows when making the bed. Totally obvious. When they came with replacement pillows they said it was stains. So throw them away. No water glasses in the room but luckily we could get “glass” glasses from the bar.

I was very disappointed that my room was not clean as it should’ve been. The floor was covered in dust and hair, especially around the edges. Absolutely sick. The closet had cakes of dust on the bar as well. The bedding was clean and the bathroom had some dust and hairs on the floor. Very disappointed in my room condition considering this was a Hyatt Regency Property.

Generally the property is clean and near and the staff is friendly. However, Hyatt chooses to not use fitted bottom sheets and that results in short sheeting at the bottom of the bed, sheet bunching and a generally unrestful night of sleep. Further, maid service missed a day without notice and finally, shower was so hot as to be nearly unusable. Paper cups and an open closet rounded out a just OK room and experience.

Amazing staff and great customer service! (front desk, maid service, restaurant etc!) Great pool and hot tub. Food in restaurant is wonderful. Full bar and also coffee drinks. Beautiful hotel. Love the fruit infused water in the lobby 🙂 Lots of comfortable seating in the lobby. Parking easy. Rooms are up to date with beautiful updates (not sure how old hotel is?) Only "issue" was it was dirty in a groove behind room door when we arrived. Im assuming they prop the door to clean and didnt notice it cuz door was blocking it. I saw housekeeping and she swept it right up. Again thats the only issue i saw and it was minor. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

The rooms in this hotel are pretty dismal. A king room for two people but one sink. Small bathroom wash area. No carpet in room just vinyl wood toned floors and very cheap furniture. Hotel lobby and common areas are beautiful, rooms very Motel 6. It is not just our room my friends is the same

The hotel lobby was lovely, the staff were friendly and responsive, and the hotel offered nice amenities. Although the hotel room was modern and comfortable, the walls between rooms must be so thin, as I could hear perfectly clear the conversation being had in the room next to mine. I was panicked that it would mean no sleep for me, but luckily they mellowed out by around 10pm. Regardless, this gives me pause when considering ever rebooking here.

Rooms were so dark. There was no lighting. The room was freezing and no way to control the temperature. Blankets were dirty. The whole hotel was dark and freezing. It was also cold outside so no air conditioning should have been used. There was no heat.

The staff was my favorite part of my stay here. Very friendly. Unfortunately my rating is quite low because of how horrendous the bedding is. I wish I could attach a photo, the comforter was literally see-through. It seemed like 98% of the filling is gone and it was essentially two sheets sewn together. The sheets did not feel very nice, either. That alone is worth a bad rating, as having a comfy bed is one of the most important things for a hotel. Way too expensive for that, there’s no excuse. For that reason I’m not sure I’ll ever stay at a Hyatt again if that’s an acceptable way to dress the beds.

We liked the room, but thought that it was too dark in the evening. Also, we could not effectively use the television remote control.

Check-in available from 3pm. We checked in at 5:20pm and our room was still not ready. Waited 10-15 more minutes. The condition of the mattress is poor, sagged. The comforter is so so overly used that the wools or whatever material that's in it are gone. So you will basically be sleeping with three layers of sheets. Had to ask for blankets and turn the ac off. I appreciate the staffs tho. They did what they could to help.

Most everything was great. Sadly the bed was terribly worn out, so bad that it was painfully easy to feel a dip in the mattress where ones midsection rests. I couldn’t sleep well at all on this mattress, stayed two nights and both were terrible even tho I switched rooms. Both rooms had equally bad mattresses. Everything else was good but I would never consider coming back unless I knew that they had replaced the mattresses.

A beautiful hotel in a surprising and great location. The moment I walked in the door I was impressed with the open, airy, clean and welcoming vibe. The registration staff were very friendly and efficient, as were the bell persons (a fairly rare commodity these days). Across the street is a multitude of shops, unique and fantastic restaurants and other essential businesses. I would return in a second!

It is close to the 101 and 23 so rooms can receive a lot of traffic noise. Andrea H. at the desk put me in a room that was away from those noise sources. So, a quiet room, which was most important to me. Also, very nicely appointed rooms.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious with many options and the staff was attentive to our particular requests. The pool and hot tub were available and just what we needed at the end of a day. Hotel is super easy to get to off of Highway 101. There is a big shopping center with many restaurants just across the street.

The hotel is very clean and quiet, which is what we needed. All of the staff were helpful and cheery. My only quibble was food service. We arrived on a Monday and the hotel was pretty empty. I had my dinner in the bar area, as the dining room was not open. The salad was very good, but the main course (flatbread pizza) was tasteless and bland and not worth the cost. Breakfast was worse and not what I'd expect from a top tier hotel. Although listed on the menu, the "fresh squeezed" orange juice was just bottled juice and very pricey. If I stay here again, I will walk to the breakfast places in the shopping center across the street.

I've stayed at the property several times over the years but not for a while prior to this trip and sad to say, the place hgas declined - it looks tired, the room was not cleaned thoroughly and cleaning was missed on one day. And to cap it all, I was told by the breakfast team in the restaurant that there were no gluten free options - I'm celiac so what that meant was no breakfast for me!

So disappointed regular black or orange pekoe tea not available in the dining room or hotel room, only herbal teas available. I specifically asked the waiter & was told only herbal teas available. Unbelievable! Tea of any sort not replenished in room either.
