Helpful, friendly and approachable staffs. Pet friendly with our 2 little dogs. Just wished there’s an elevator because it’s hard to bring heavy stuffs to the third floor. Overall, no complaints.

Terrible, Dirty, AC didn’t work, TV didn’t work, phone didn’t work, pool was disgustingly dirty, around the toilet was dirty, the Fan in the bathroom was broken really loud. I will NEVER stay here again.

Property is old and a bit worn out. No elevator which is an issue with older folks and those with a physical limitation. No access from or to Hwy 99 which runs right by it. Must use side street to get to the property. Staff is friendly and nice. Good shower. Adequate parking. Good but small swimming pool. Small guest laundry - better than none. Breakfast is minimal. Close to shops and restaurants (by car). A/C worked fine and sufficient electrical outlets. Bigger size mini frig was good. WiFi was OK and secured.

Our room was dirty with unmopped sticky floors and a disconnected smoke detector. There are no elevators to get to the third floor and the pool is not maintained. We also had to have our keys reprogrammed every day that we were there. Definitely would not recommend.

Super loud, homeless just hanging around. Parking lot is very small so a standard pickup is even tricky to get parked. Lobby looks like maybe things were remodeled but stairs to rooms stink and had a literal pile of dog waste. Glad we weren’t hanging around the room and had other things to do so we just slept and took a shower. Bed was not very comfortable. I wouldn’t call 2 slices of bread and a couple containers of yogurt and 2 bagels breakfast but I guess it would be if you’re desperate. I realize you get what you pay for but this is technically a 1star not a 2.5 and certainly not a 5.0 like Expedia claims through their reviews.

I stayed at the Sutter Inn and found a bed bug infestation in my room. I documented live bugs and bites, and immediately reported it to management. The experience was unacceptable — the room was clearly not properly maintained or inspected. I strongly advise others to avoid this property until they address this serious issue. Public health should take notice.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This place is absolutely disgusting! Trash in hallways and hallways and my room smelled like urine! Roaches in the room, people fighting with each other all day long. Forfeited my $$ and went somewhere else. If you are a decent hard working person DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

The inside of the room seemed pretty clean and bed was comfortable but the filth in the hallway, stairs and outside was appalling. It did not match the pictures online. Smell of pot everywhere was overwhelming. People and kids making noise all hours. A/C did not work and it was very hot. Guy came and reset the breaker on the wall and got it on but most buttons were missing. The soap dispensers in the shower were empty. I kept checking to make sure my truck was still in the parking lot because the people around were so sketchy.

It was really gross in the room. Spots on the walls, stains on bedsheets and shower curtains, mini fridge was leaking, not one but TWO daddy long legs in the room. The only good thing is the staff was nice.

First off size of room great! Hot water perfect! Beds were comfy and pillows were nice and soft Now the issues:1st night- room was dirty, squished cockroach guts all over the walls, plugs suck, nothing was plugged in, phone didn’t have a plug in or a line, no one at the desk has any customer service, lots of random people walking around the parking lot, no elevator, ac was tapped together and didn’t cool room down, very basic breakfast options, kids running up and down hallway in the middle of the night, cops in and out of parking lot all night, hallway doors propped open all night, deadbolt to our room didn’t work so used the change plus pinned the ironing board up against closet for extra protection. Also cords running across floor SECOND NIGHT- returned back to hotel around 10pm to find neighboring rooms trash outside in the hallways, a dead cockroach body on the floor in our room and a live cockroch came crawling out from under the beds around midnight( have small children so I didn’t pack up to try to find a new hotel). Also wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Third night- went to leave for lunch and the wet floor sign was changed to say “caution wet p***y” with a graphic drawing, returned back to room after being out with family all day to find another dead cockroach body on the floor and Finally some the trash was removed from the halls.

The room we checked into smelled of smoke so we asked for a different room. Second room smelled good but there was standing water in the middle of the room and the shower was not clean. We originally booked two nights but only stayed one, without taking a shower. Will never go back there again.

Just an overnight stay, enough to shower and sleep. You get what you pay for. It was clean, but the remodel on the room was not done well. Bed is very basic. But it did have a fridge and microwave so that's cool. Spacious room. Basic hotel, need a quick sleep, good for that.

The walls are very thin so you can hear the neighbors all night. The rooms were not cleaned properly and there was food in a brown bag from a previous tenant, that was still in the microwave. I would not recommend this place if you want peace and quiet when sleeping.

I'm going to be perfectly honest. We almost checked out as soon as we checked in. Immediately upon check in we could smell Marijuana eminating from one of the rooms. Our choice was carry all our stuff to the third floor or take the room on the first floor someone had smoked in. The smell wasn't terrible but the curtains had holes in them and the chair in the room had a cigarette burn. There was no screen on the window and someone had removed the device that doesn't allow the window to be opened all the way so if we wanted fresh air we risked leaving the window open and someone possibly entering our room. People kept walking along the back of the hotel which was annoying. There was a big rain storm which is nobody's fault but the drain pipe had a constant tick tick tick due to water dripping all night. Also why only 3 pillows for 2 people? The bed itself wasn't terrible. Baseboards were dirty also. It could be a decent place but it seems not a lot of attention to detail. Deluxe Continental breakfast? If that's deluxe I'd hate to see what a regular one is like. Also would it hurt to get a new toilet seat?

The place is filthy, like stains on the walls, I even killed a roach. The walls are thin so you can hear people stomping around. Even the toilet was beaten the heck up. I would only recommend it if you have no other option.

Room did not live up to the pictures shows on website: mirror was on the floor, cables sticking out of the wall, very dirty windows, very small TV, old furniture, nails on the wall, badly painted room, super loud. Have never felt so uncomfortable staying at a place. $223 for a night here was not worth it. Very very disappointed

First night (Thursday) relatively quiet room on 1st floor close to lobby. "Deluxe" Continental Breakfast consisted of bagel, frozen waffle, toast or cereal - no fruit, no hot entre. 2nd and 3rd nights (Saturday & Sunday mornings) forget about sleeping in past 6:30am - Rooms have minimal sound insulation with bare floors, so every foot-fall, toilet flush, and shower spray from rooms above are amplified. Breakfast selection was even skimpier. Front desk staff was sympathetic, but could do nothing other than suggest moving to a third floor room (no elevator) and none were available on Saturday night.

Air conditioning was broken with literally knobs and buttons broken off, outlets sparked when we tried to plug charging devices in wall outlets inside the room. Staff was friendly, but mediocre helpful. There were loud tenents in the room(s) above us... I approached the staff member at the front dest 3x throughout the night to help, they insisted they called the noisy rooms but then I realized THERE WERE NO PHONES IN THE ROOM. We got no sleep, I felt unsafe, my kids were traumatized by the noise of screams and constant banging (It felt like the roof was going to collapse on us while laying in bed with the heavy man doing whatever he was doing above us). Breakfast was nice, and my young kids enjoyed the pool (although it wasn't very clean, and regular tenents with loud music, dogs, and heavy smoking occupied the pool area). I Do NOT recommend.

Not great, but you already know that I called ahead to let them know we'd be arriving later in the evening When we arrived (5 mins earlier than I'd called to inform them) the attendant was unbelievably slow and, frankly, very limited grasp of why a guest would like to sleep at night. We had to wait 20 mins to get into our room, although I never grasped what we were waiting for, since there was no one in front of us in a line.

First of all we have never heard of an early check in fee, the pictures they show about the rooms is fals advertisement the room was nothing like the pictures, it had a bad smell, there was no hot water and the place looked like hopeless people lived there and it gave the place an uncomfortable feeling the people were very loud all threw the evening into the late night!!

Upon arriving at the location, we noticed heavy foot traffic, some bicycle junkies, and a side exit door propped open with a wet floor sign. Needless to say. Someone is running drugs through this place with kreepy krawlies all over. Recovering addicts can see this from a mile away. Very unsafe location.

The staff was okay, no problem there. But I slept with one eye open. There was a man that came out his room watched my daughter and I until we got to our room. As if he was waiting to see what room we went into. Kidnapper vibes. Did not feel safe at all. Very loud through the night. People coming in and out of their rooms all hours of the night.

The property is unkept, the doors outside are busted so they dont lock closed. Amyone can come and go. The two people i talked to at yhe counter were less than helpful. The continental breakfast is a joke. Coffee, toast, bagel, yogurt. No cream cheese, no juice, no creamers. The room was a double bed room on the second floor. The door was open when we got there, the maintenance person tried to open the door then apologized and told ua he had work to do. The hot water was in and out. A lot of the people there looked like they live there.

There was no soap at sink in bathroom; There was no place to hang clothes: no closet, rack or hooks. There was adequate wall space for at least hooks. Breakfast was served from 6-9A. There was no replenishment of food items: yogurt, raison bagels, muffins. We came at 7:45A and people who came after us did not have above mentioned food items and there was little coffee remaining. We don't know if food items were not replenished before we came. Otherwise, the hotel was adequate, clean and comfortable.

The stay itself was okay, there wasn’t a purified water source which was ok so it was only tap water. Also the complementary breakfast was basically coffee toast and cereal when I checked at 6:30 and again at 7:30 cuz I thought it might have been to early
