Newly remodeled roomd. Was a great price and good parking. Close to shopping and food. If you are in a wheel chair the handicapped rooms are not for you. There is a step up into the room. Overall very pleasant and I would stay there again. Large refridgerator in room.

Upon arriving the air conditioner was not put on in our room... It was 101 and the room was very very warm. It didn't cool off until near 3:00 in the morning. Ice machine not working. Floors were extremely filthy

The weather strip on the bottom of the door was hanging off and there was a gap under the door were you could see outside. I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and there was a couple of roaches on the bathroom floor.

Unfortunately no coffee machine but they did have coffee in the morning downstairs. I went to talk to the employee downstairs about our room and the girl did not speak englush very well. A language barrier for sure. I just went ahead and checked out. It was quiet there, the parking lot well lit up.

Property is in disrepair. Significant paint chips, portable fire extinguisher missing, exterior air conditioners vents missing or bent, showers stall has mold, towel racks down with holes on the wall apparent, hold bar in shower missing! Overall run down!

Most Motel 6's do not have a microwave & fridge, but this 1 did, which was great. The room was not very clean, there were patches covering holes in the walls. I did get some type of bite on my arm, I am pretty sure it was bed bugs.

When we got there the room door was open and the pillows had no pillowcases. Granted, we got there close to 5 pm and check in is at 3 pm. Should have been ready. The bathroom had broken fixtures and very low amount of toilet paper. The floor was dirty, as my feet were dirty after I walked on the floor with no socks and shoes. Just not what I expected. Next time I will reserve someplace else than this place when I go to concerts at Toyota Center. Thank you!

First room wasn’t the room I paid for. Wasn’t clean, toilet didn’t have a top. It was 2,queen beds instead of one king. When we complained the office person filed a complaint against Kathy and she couldn’t extend her stay. I was told the motel was full , but check with us on Thursday for an opening. We did and I was told yes it could extended but when they took the room number; I was told it had a do not rent on the room; due to Kathy having complained about the room and she took pictures to prove her point.

The hotel is extremely dirty! I had to request to change rooms. The sheets were stained, pillow cases had hair. The 2nd room was just as dirty. The walls are gross. The floor is dirty. Obviously no one here has pride in their jobs. Check out is at 11am. Im leaving asap.

Long black hairs left in the shower which made me question whether the room/bathroom had been cleaned at all. No sanitation strip on the toilet. Many people outside talking and drinking until after 1am. I just needed a place to sleep after moving a family member and would not recommend this property.

Needed an inexpensive one-night stay after a show at Toyota Amphitheater and this place was about as close as you can get at a good price. My only expectations were clean and safe. My expectations were exceeded in both areas. Although the parking lot and general neighborhood don't present overly well, the room was clean, everything worked, and it was quiet. A good overall value.

The shower was dirty, it looked like they never cleaned the walls. The toilet paper holder was falling from the wall. The bed sheets were stained. We found a dead bug in between our sheets. We could hear everything from the upstairs room and because of this we were not able to rest. Also by the smoking area there was human poop on the floor. This was the most uncomfortable stay I have been at a motel 6.

I’m not sure how long this has been a motel 6, you can seen the old days inn sign under the now open motel 6 sign. So it may be I hit it before they have done much to fix it up. The place is definitely looking worn down, there’s paint chipping off the doors, patches on the wall in the room, dirty dingy walls and baseboards. It needs a good scrubbing and a fresh coat of paint. It was a Sunday night, but super noisy with people talking loudly and stomping around and kids crying until 1, then people up slamming doors at 6. The bed and linens were ok and the staff was very friendly. But you definitely are getting what you paid for.

Would not stay here again. They moved me to 3 different rooms because they weren't ready for us to check in at 6pm! Then didn't give the deluxe room we paid extra for. Then the AC broke in the middle of the night and the tweakers up stairs were stomping all night. Don't stay here

Don't expect much from Motel 6 but the towel bars were obviously broken off the walls. Easy fix not done. Bed was comfortable though.

The shower had pubic hair all over, and there was a girl coughing from weed smoking at 2 to 3am. I don't mind the weed, just go cough in the smoking area. They need to police that kind of disturbance.

The people at the front have no idea what’s going on.It appears to be a nice motel from the pictures but when you arrive it’s actually a motel 6.The coffee maker was broken and the area was seedy at best!

I could have stayed in a nice property. There were a few shady deals that occurred in the parking lot. I think there were some long-time residents. I would have preferred a room on the other side of where all the drama was

Its not the property or the management fault for my low rating they are doing the best they can. Its the location near the highway. Was a lot of traffic noise and sirens. Also the homeless and drug use in the area does not help. If it wasnt motel 6 and pet friendly i wouldntnstay there
